About the Hotel

Jaipur city, a UNESCO World Heritage site, forms one vertex of India’s Golden Triangle circuit and is your gateway to Rajasthan. This palace hotel, a reincarnation of the royal mahals of Jaipur, is located in tranquil environs away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It blends the splendour of Rajputana and Mughal architecture with pristine white exteriors embellished with ornate jaalis and silver-lined chhatris.

Walk along the marbled corridors adorned with parchin kari metal inlays and walls sparkling with thikri mirror work. Pause to admire vibrant frescoes depicting historical scenes. Sit back and relax in one of our many airy pavilions dotted with marble fountains. At sunset, join the evening ceremonial ritual, a Rajasthani folk music and dance gala at the poolside. Wine and dine under the stars gazing at the Aravalli hills before retiring to your boudoir. At every turn, The Leela Palace Jaipur, a luxury hotel in Jaipur, wows you with true Indian luxury, truly living up to its reputation as a 5-star hotel in Jaipur.

Reviews for The Leela Palace Jaipur

Amazing hospitality experience

Thank you to Gaurav Verma, Food and Beverage Manager and Norgin and the whole team at Jamavar for your excellent hospitality and service. They helped me create a memorable experience for my mother. Food was amazing and they took care to explain the history, the nuances of Rajasthani flavours and also discussed their personal journeys with such warmth, creating a fond memory. Their actions were all heart led service. Thank you so much! The Jamavar restaurant is beautiful and a must experience for all food and heritage lovers.

Very comfortable say close to Fort Amber

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

The Leela Palace Jaipur is an incredibly beautiful property, no doubt. It's very clean and well maintained as well. My grand villa terrace room was astonishing and super comfortable. The bed and the Tisya toiletries were heavenly. Check-in was friendly and I really appreciated the resort tour I was given. I really enjoyed the food at Sukh Mahal. The location, about an hour away from city center, has pros and cons. I stayed two nights at another hotel in city center and then two nights at the Leela Palace, which is quieter and closet to Fort Amber, so that all worked out pretty well for me. The main problem, more than the distance, is that it is difficult to get a ride from the Leela Palace. For some reasons Uber drivers will consistently call you and as you for more money after you book a ride. On two occasions it took me almost 30 minutes to get a driver that wouldn't cancel on me and/or ask for 1500RS when the Uber ride was under 500RS. This is the only time I had to deal with something like that on this whole trip to India. Only on my very last ride, after I checked out, did a staff member offer to handle the negotiation and explained that this situation was "normal" due to the location. I wish staff would more consistently offer to help with getting a ride. Also, I was very disappointed not to be able to dine at Mohan Mahal. I guess I should have tried to make a reservation before I checked in. The Leela never got in touch with me in the days leading up to my stay to ask if I had any particular request or needed to make a reservation. I've been used to this with most other five-star properties. Great stay overall, but be mindful of the location and make your Mohan Mahal reservation way ahead of time!

Lights out

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 days ago

There are no lights but simply candles to illuminate the place. The food was good but the service was even better…it takes an hour and a half to get there from the city center, but worth the experience 🤗
