Our stay at Rambagh Palace, Jaipur, was truly exceptional and an experience that my family and I will cherish for many years to come. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the magnificent beauty of the palace, its regal charm, elegant surroundings, and the impeccable standard of hospitality. Every detail reflected the grandeur and timeless elegance for which Rambagh Palace is renowned. However, beyond the breathtaking property and luxurious amenities, it was the warmth, kindness, and genuine care of the people that made our stay truly unforgettable. I would especially like to express my heartfelt appreciation for dear Chef Apoorva, who holds a very special place in our memories of this wonderful experience. She is an exceptionally talented professional with remarkable skills, knowledge, and dedication across all areas of her work. What makes her truly extraordinary, however, is not just her professional excellence but also her beautiful personality. She is incredibly kind, warm, approachable, and lovable, and her endearing smile has a way of making everyone around her feel welcome and valued. Her genuine warmth and gracious nature left a lasting impression on us, and she made our experience all the more special. People like Chef Apoorva are rare, and Rambagh Palace is exceptionally fortunate to have someone of her calibre as part of its team. Her dedication and personal touch embody the very best of hospitality. If I ever have the pleasure of returning to Jaipur, Chef Apoorva will undoubtedly be one of the most important reasons for my visit. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to Mr Rahul, who looked after us at breakfast, and Mr Fazal Ahmed, Assistant Manager Butlers, who looked after us for in room dining. Both are tremendous assets to Rambagh Palace. Their professionalism, attentiveness, courteous manner, and commitment to making guests feel comfortable and valued reflect the exceptional standards of service that distinguish this remarkable hotel. Their efforts and thoughtful hospitality contributed significantly to our overall experience and made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. What made our time at Rambagh Palace so special was the perfect combination of extraordinary surroundings, the wonderful peacocks, we fed every day, and heartfelt human connection. Luxury can be found in many places, but it is the people who transform a beautiful stay into a truly meaningful and unforgettable experience. The kindness, dedication, and personal attention shown by Chef Apoorva, Mr Rahul, Mr Fazal Ahmed, and the wider team made us feel much more than just guests. My family and I left Rambagh Palace with wonderful memories, deep appreciation, and a genuine affection for the people who made our stay so special. We are immensely grateful for the outstanding hospitality we received and for the moments that will remain close to our hearts for a long time. I sincerely hope to return one day and have the pleasure of experiencing this wonderful hospitality once again.

Great stay and a perfect experience! We had a wonderful dining experience at Rajput Room. Special thanks to Mr. Prem, Mr. Saurabh, Mr. Mahipal, and Chef Kuldeep for their warm hospitality and excellent service. They were absolutely awesome! The food was very flavorful, and the service was truly top-notch. Thank you once again to the entire team for making our experience so memorable. We look forward to visiting again soon!

A royal stay with the best hotel in India, and TAJ’s hospitality… what more could i ask dor.. Stunning property, mind blowing suites and scrumptious food. I have to give a special mention for Arjun from front office team who made our birthday celebration simply unforgettable with so many surprises and goodies for us, Diya from fromt office who ensured our check in and stay was luxurious and smooth and Suchita - F&B Director, eho ensured our food was taken care during our entire stay!!! Super service and warmth by entire team. Kudos to all these guys..

The ambience was so peaceful. Food was tasty, the staff was polite, prem bhati ji’s behaviour was very nice towards us. It was an amazing experience and staff made our experience more amazing saurav ji and mahipal ji made us feel welcomed, would love to visit again
