The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful Especially Mr. Prem bhaati and Tarun sir….Food is delicious, and the location is perfectly convenient to major attractions. Felt like a home….overall experience is 5/5 with everything ….environment is also quiet, calm and good 😊….

I had an amazing experience at the Rambagh palace specially with my Butler Aryan Joshi. He is a fine Gentleman who is great at communication and has a Good Knowledge about the Palace History. He Also recommended me Food according to my pallate and customised according to my needs. I really appreciate his Hospitality to me and my family.

The hotel is great, and the food is excellent. A special mention to Aryan Joshi, who was exceptional throughout our stay. His professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication made our experience even better. He is a true asset to the team and deserves recognition for his outstanding work.

Location: The best location Atmosphere: very nice, sunny, peaceful with so many peacocks singing with their sweet Melody voice. Rooms: excellent big rooms with all the facilities. Feeling of Royalty, room service and cleanliness was the best. Very helpful room maids. Value: not sure as we were the guests of Tanti family who had hired it for the wedding of their son Rajan to Ruhi Safar Cleanliness: superb. Very clean Noise level: Very peaceful Service: the best service from all the staff members, however we must mention Priya Jangir from Reception area who went out of her way to help me with everything and specially saree draping and hair makeup. I learnt so much from her. She was very friendly and polite with us. Also my room assistant who cleaned our room 317 with so much care. He or she decorated my picture of God with fresh flowers. Amenities: superb, excellent.

I recently visited Rambagh Palace and had lunch at Suvarna Mahal. The food was outstanding, and the ambiance made the experience truly memorable. While exploring the beverage menu, I had a few questions about the cocktails. I would especially like to thank Prem Singh, who kindly called the mixologist, Aman, to assist me. Aman took the time to understand my preferences, recommended a cocktail that perfectly matched my taste, and explained the ingredients and the inspiration behind the drink. His knowledge, professionalism, and friendly approach made the experience even more enjoyable. The service throughout the restaurant was warm and attentive. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Suvarna Mahal team for making my visit so special. I would definitely love to visit again. ✨
