An unforgettable stay at Taj Rambagh Palace, Jaipur — every single detail was executed with warmth and precision. The food was out of this world — every meal, from breakfast to dinner, was a delight. The activities elevated the experience to another level: the pizza-making workshop, pottery session, croquette class, horse carriage ride, vintage car ride, and the evening lamp lighting ritual were all magical, especially for the kids. The staff service across the property was outstanding — every team member, from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant staff, was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. Nothing was ever too much trouble; every request was met with a smile and prompt action. This level of personalized, heartfelt service is what truly sets TAJ apart. Special mention to Vikram Ji and Prem Singh Bhati at the Rajput Room for their exceptional attention and hospitality, and to Priya Jangid for the beautiful welcome, thoughtful care throughout our stay, and for making our son's birthday celebration truly memorable. Our stay at Rambagh Palace in Jaipur was absolutely unforgettable, and what made it truly special was the exceptional care we received from the team. A very special thank you to Karan from the concierge team, who went above and beyond to make sure my mother and I were comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. He arranged the most wonderful room for us and surprised us with thoughtful details in the room that made a real difference and turned our visit into a truly memorable experience. We would also like to thank Nagendra from housekeeping for his kindness, attention to detail, and excellent service. Everything was beautifully prepared, and we always felt very well cared for. The palace itself is extraordinary, but it is people like Karan and Nagendra who make the experience so personal and special. We will remember our stay with great affection and hope to return in the future.

Our stay at Rambagh Palace was nothing short of magical, and a huge part of that was the exceptional service we received poolside from Mr. Manish. He was attentive without ever being intrusive, always sensing exactly what we needed before we had to ask. Fresh towels, extra gowns, cold water and everything appeared right on cue, making for a truly relaxing and satisfying time by the pool. When I mentioned I’d like to visit the sauna, he had it arranged seamlessly within minutes, and on my request, he even had the gym opened half an hour early. It’s this kind of genuine, proactive hospitality that elevates a stay from good to unforgettable. Kiran and Nagender were equally wonderful, going out of their way to ensure our stay felt luxurious and effortless at every turn. Rambagh Palace is stunning in its own right, but it’s staff like Manish, Kiran, and Nagender who truly embody the spirit of Indian hospitality. Kudos to them and the entire team!

Visited Rambagh Palace for my daughter’s 6th birthday during our stay at Jaipur.. a truly magical and special experience.. From their ambience to food to hospitality, ‘Rajput Room’ truly went out of their way to make the day more memorable for my daughter and all of us.. a must have experience whenever you are in the pink city next..
