Just got back from our stay at Rambagh Palace and I’m still thinking about it. This was far more than a hotel stay for our family. It was one of those trips that really stays with you. We were welcomed by Anjali and Himanshi when we arrived, and the check-in was smooth and relaxed. We ended up getting a room upgrade, which was a nice surprise and not something we were expecting. When it was time to leave, they handed us a parting gift in a decorative box. It felt thoughtful and left a good last impression. Mukesh, the concierge, was wonderful throughout our stay. He helped arrange cars, explained the history of the palace, and pointed us to some excellent places to eat in Jaipur. He also helped us take photos around the grounds, which we really appreciated. From organizing the vintage car ride to helping our kids feed the peacocks, he was always around and happy to help. Our rooms, both our suite and our boys’ room, were kept spotless throughout the stay. Thank you to Nagendra, Kamal, and Vinod for the consistent care and attention. The food was excellent across all meals, especially the vegetarian options. One moment stood out for me. I had visited Rajasthan almost 40 years ago and remembered an aloo sabji I used to eat with pooris. I described it to the chef without much expectation, and he recreated it for me. That meant more to me than I can say. Rambagh Palace is stunning, but what truly makes it special is the people. Every interaction felt genuine. We left with great memories and are already hoping to return.

We were so excited about our stay at the RAMBAGH palace. We arrived at 9:30 am and they were nice enough to give us an early check in. Only to find the room dingy, a verandah with no chairs or seating, looked nothing like the website pictures. After my husband requested them many times to show us other rooms. We got a better room on the 3 rd floor that looked just like the pictures on the website. The lunch at their restaurant verandah was average! The staff were very polite but service is still not up to the mark. The rooms are musty and the curtains are dusty. I even spotted a bit of mold on one of the windows. But I wasn’t going to make a big deal and ruin my holiday. We had an early check out and the reception at first refused to pack us some breakfast sandwiches. After atleast 2 calls back and forth they “obliged” ! On reading some of the previous reviews this is something the hotel actually provides when you miss their breakfast. We decided to pay the full amount in advance to make sure we had a quick and smooth checkout, the person at the desk couldn’t trace our payment and made us pay again ensuring a refund when she tracks our payment. We found this absurd but we decided to just pay and to trust the process. Fair enough they found a discrepancy on their part and promised a refund. It’s been a week and there is no sign of the refund. Rambagh was definitely an underwhelming experience and I can’t understand why this hotel is totally booked out. When you charge 7 star rates pls deliver 7 star service !

We celebrated Moms 80th birthday at Taj Rambagh Jaipur. The hotel was busy with a wedding event, yet we were accommodated at one of the exclusive venues the Steam (check out on website). Right from planning to execution of our event we just experienced flawless perfection, caring attention, and an overwhelming desire from team to make the evening unforgettable. The team led by Saurabh and Balraam succeding in doing so fantistically. I will not be able to thank Mr. Pradip Kumar enough for his leadership, can-do attitude and clarity of purpose shared with his team. My interaction of just a few days have left me with a lot of gratitude for his kind gestures, many first-evers at Taj for our small but very very special event.

We celebrated my friend's birthday at STEAM at the Rambagh - we got an excellent cozy coupe, that saved us from the cold windy evening. Though we didn't eat very much, all the food ordered was delicious. The chef did an amazing job of baking a specially ordered fruit cake beautifully presented on a bed of flowers candles. Thank you Rambagh Team, special shout out to Hardik & Saurabh.

We had a marvellous experience at Rambagh. The grounds, the rooms, above all the services…everything was brilliant. The food was amazing and it was so special to see peacocks everywhere. Special thanks to Bhavika, Damak, Kamal, the may Vikrams, Mukesh, the kindly server with a turban (Verandah cafe)…too many to name here but all wonderful staff.
