Rambagh Palace, Jaipur

We had a wonderful experience at Rambagh Palace. We went to celebrate our engagement at Suvarna Mahal and we were served by Sukh Lal. He served us really well and made our dinner date into an unforgettable experience. He filled our dinner with memories by telling us the wonderful history of the palace. He told us about the history of each and every aspect of the room. Then as we were roaming around, trying to click half decent pictures of ourselves, we met Danish. He took us on a tour of the hotel and clicked absolutely stunning pictures all around the hotel. He made our date a wonderful memory to remember, by treating us like special guests and clicking beautiful couple and solo pictures of ourselves. We were assisted by Kajor Mal who followed us an helped us with minor details of our shoot like holding our bags and helping us. All in all we were mesmerised by the the beauty of Rambagh Palace and the treatment we received from the entire staff especially Danish, Sukh Lal and Kajor Mal.

I am a regular visitor at Taj Suvarna Mahal, but my recent visit was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had — mainly due to the poor service and unprofessional attitude of Ms. Nayanika Chakraborty.We were welcomed with papad that were soggy (seel gaye the) — completely unacceptable for a restaurant of this standard. Later, my daughter suffered vomiting since the next morning, possibly due to those soggy papads. This raises serious concerns about food quality and hygiene.Our dinner booking was handled very well by Mr. Arihant Chauhan, but after that, the experience fell apart. It took over 15 minutes just to process my 25% Epicure discount, even with the help of Manish and Sukhlal Regarding the food Dal Suvarna Mahal had no taste and was returned. Kofta and Naan Suvarna Mahal were good. On my request, they did bring fresh papad, which was at least properly made. The most disappointing part was Ms. Nayanika Chakraborty’s behavior. When my friend requested a rose petal ice cream (a small gesture from the chef), she responded rudely that “only two scoops” were allowed — and even those were half scoops. She even taunted that if we needed more, we could order a full portion.Her arrogant and disrespectful attitude was completely out of line for a Taj property. Despite being a regular guest, I had avoided complaining earlier, but this experience left me truly upset.Taj hotels are known for their warmth and hospitality — sadly, this experience was the exact opposite. The management must take this seriously to maintain the Taj reputation.

I had such an amazing experience here. The restaurant “Steam” was a great idea to visit. Definitely eat in the train! It’s beautiful and comfortable. Special thanks to the team at steam specifically Zalak Patel , Saurabh , Kalpana. You guys made my birthday celebration very special. Thank you again !!!

Best dining experience I’ve had in Jaipur at the Steam restaurant. Special thanks to Zalak, Saurabh , Kalpana. We celebrated a birthday and they facilitated everything to perfection. Thank you for doing way out of the box. The drinks were perfect and food was amazing just because of these people our experience was out of the box and when ever we are coming to Jaipur we are going to come steam specially for them thank you so much again
