Well deserving of its BEST hotel status
This is THE most beautiful hotel giving beautiful service with beautiful people there to make your stay memorable in every way. The moment we stepped out of our car we were made to feel like Royalty with the friendliest of staff with beaming smiles. During our stay(s) nothing was too much trouble and surprises awaited us each time we returned to our room including a Happy Anniversary message laid out in rose petals. The genuine thought, care, attention and pleasure they put into making y our stay unique and special makes this no ordinary hotel. Well done and thank you. We will be back again! PS - if we are allowed to give special mentions, we would like to thank Nagendre (housekeeping team) and Suman (front office team) although everyone was great!

Truly felt like royalty on my birthday.
From the moment we stepped into Rambagh Palace, the welcome made us feel like part of a royal family. I was here with my family to celebrate my birthday, and the team made it so special – they upgraded both our rooms without us even asking and surprised me with a birthday celebration in the evening. It honestly touched my heart. The food at Rajput Mahal was delicious, but what really stood out was the warmth of the staff. They are so kind and genuine, it almost felt like being with extended family rather than in a hotel. This place has my heart. I’m already planning to come back for my next celebration. Thank you, Rambagh Palace, for making my birthday unforgettable. 💖

Magical stay at the Rambagh Palace
A magical stay at The Rambagh Palace to celebrate a special Wedding Anniversary having met there in 1988. It was beautiful, elegant & stylish a dream come true. We felt like a Maharajah & Maharani. The staff were exceptional & special thanks to Karan, Khateeb & Nagendra Anjali

Amazing staff and hospitality..
This property is amazing ...interesting activities hopitality staff food everything fabulous especially GRE Ms vaishali sharma she was great made us feel so homely and comfortable made us to all the activities in a easiest way...she handled us till check-out.and Mrs. Rama who was present in swimming pool washroom she was so generous kind and helpful ...thank you guys for making our esperience so special and unforgottable...😊👍
