We had a long day due to flight delays. We were welcomed with rose petals showered on us. Diya from front office welcomed us with a big smile and enthusiastic welcome. She immediately started planning activities for my 11 year old granddaughter. Next day my granddaughter had great time with feeding Peacocks, pottery, carriage ride etc. She took videos and pictures and surprised us with an album when we checked out. Lovely experience. Another person I would give special mention is Mr Om Singh , the restaurant manager. He worked with restaurant to get us a table by giving priority to hotel guest. He also helped us during another dinner during Special Christmas dinner. Only improvement I suggest is check out proceed took too long and by Taj Standards some service was slow. Perhaps , due to busy Christmas season. Overall, great experience

The most touching moment was when we were initially unable to get a table at Bar Palladio. Despite being off duty and at home, Karan personally came to Bar Palladio and made sure we were accommodated. This gesture went far beyond professional responsibility—it reflected genuine care and emotional connection. We were truly moved by this act of kindness. Such hospitality, warmth, and commitment are something one experiences only in India. Because of Karan and Khateeb, we didn’t feel like guests—we felt at home, in India. A special mention must also be made of Nagendra and Danish, who assisted us with a memorable photoshoot around the palace. Their patience, guidance, and eye for detail helped us capture beautiful moments, turning memories into timeless photographs. The culinary experience at Rambagh Palace was equally exceptional. Chef Arpit, Chef Aazam, and Chef Kuldeep deserve heartfelt appreciation for their outstanding food and personalized approach. Each meal was thoughtfully prepared, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented, reflecting both creativity and deep respect for guest preferences. Rambagh Palace truly sets the benchmark for luxury hospitality. However, it is the dedication, warmth, and heartfelt service of team members like butlers Karan and Khateeb, Nagendra, Danish, and Chefs Arpit, Aazam, and Kuldeep that elevate the experience beyond luxury and into something truly unforgettable.
