Mesmerizing and Wonderful

Our dinner at Rambagh Palace was nothing short of magical. My fiancée and I visited for a special evening, and the team went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. On my request, they beautifully arranged a surprise proposal setup with exceptional attention to detail. The elegant décor, a delicious cake, and stunning bouquets made the moment even more special. Every little detail was thoughtfully planned, creating memories that we will cherish forever. The hospitality was impeccable, the food was outstanding, and the ambiance of the palace was truly royal. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making one of the most important moments of our lives so perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our love. Highly recommended for anyone looking to create unforgettable memories in a truly luxurious and warm setting Also a very very Special thanks to Mr Pradeep , Ms Diya and Ms Sreeparna for doing this whole arrangement at a very short notice and in such a beautiful manner.

Most memorable stay at Rambagh Palace

It was the most memorable travel experience of our life. We stayed at one of the best suites Mountbatten suite. The hotel stay was extremely excellent and the staff were really wonderful. Mr Nimish, Mr Arihant and front office staff were very helpful and courteous. At restaurant Steam the Italian food was delicious and different. Mr Hoshiyar Singh and Chef Bhaskar were very nice . Flute mastreo Nadeem was master of his art and dedicated few songs for our special day. Food at every restaurant was quite memorable. Also visited Rajput Room restaurant there some time ago and Mr Vikram took special care for us. Above everyone Ms Priya Jangir took very very special care of us. She went out to the way to arrange our room, experience, celebration and food experience and even gifts to us on our special occasion. God bless her always.

Reconsider wedding season

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

We traveled to India on a mother-daughter trip and enjoyed a 5-day / 4-night stay at this magnificent property. To start, the property is centrally located, the grounds are immaculate, the rooms are luxurious, and the service is warm and personal. There were several individuals who truly enhanced our stay, which we want to make special mention of below. Prior to our visit, I expressed a desire to surprise my mother to celebrate our bond. Vikas on the concierge team was quick to reply and arranged for a lovely cake (my mother’s favorite) and flowers to welcome her which she will forever remember fondly. When we voiced some concerns about our room, Vikas and his team handled them swiftly and graciously. Bhagwat picked us up from the airport and we enjoyed our interaction with him so much that we requested his services for a half-day shopping trip and also our trip back to the airport. He is a proud Rajasthani and provided excellent recommendations for local reputable shops and even introduced us to the famous Lassiwala. I lost a precious bracelet while walking the grounds. Shekhar’s keen eye noticed my despair. He strongly reassured me that the security team at Rambagh would do all they could to retrieve it. My bracelet was luckily found within the hour but I especially appreciated Shekhar’s kindness. Perhaps the biggest standout was Vikram at the Rajput Room who espoused the Indian philosophy of Atithi Devo Bhava (‘The guest is God’). From the moment we entered the Rajput Room, he regaled us with stories of the hotel’s past and personally introduced us to Rajasthani specialties like Dal bati churma and Lal maas. I travel for food and enjoyed all his suggestions during our successive visits. His passion for his role in hospitality is apparent and he is a true asset to the Taj Group and Rambagh Palace. We witnessed him extend this level of professionalism to each and every guest. Our stay unfortunately ended on a more sour note due to hotel preparations for an upcoming wedding. We specifically planned our itinerary in such a way so as to enjoy our last full day in Jaipur, but also in India, on the property to make full use of its restaurants and amenities. We’re afternoon tea enthusiasts, having sought out traditional tea services around the world. It was a beautiful sunny day and we were looking forward to dining alfresco amidst the beautiful gardens and peacocks at the Verandah Cafe only to be informed that it was closed for wedding guests. We proceeded to our dinner reservation made much in advance at the Suvarna Mahal but the elegant ambience was ruined by the boisterous wedding party. What was more disheartening, however, was the sole focus of the staff on said wedding party. Our service was subpar and distracted as a result and it was the poorest fine dining experience I’ve had to date. We later attempted to enjoy a nightcap at the Polo Bar but were turned away as it too was reserved for the wedding party. The restaurants were closed on the day of our checkout as the wedding was scheduled to officially begin. Thankfully Vikram went above and beyond to arrange a lunch reservation at a sister property with Vikas and Bhagwat managing our transportation. My advice to any guest is to actively avoid flanking any part of your stay with that of a wedding though I anticipate this would be difficult during high season. Time is precious and Jaipur is filled with beautiful properties & restaurants. We were deeply disappointed that the hotel management did not convey the restrictions detailed above so that we could make alternate arrangements.

Stunning hotel and grounds. Amazing staff and customer service. Highly recommend a visit if you are in Jaipur. Special thanks to Karan, Vijendra and Danish from housekeeping who made our stay very memorable. They and the entire team went above and beyond to accomodate us and make my mother in law’s 60th birthday celebrations very special.
