🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Four nights at the Rambagh Palace confirmed what we've long believed — Taj hospitality is the gold standard, and this property is its crown jewel. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like royalty, greeted with a shower of fragrant rose petals at the entrance that set the tone for everything to follow. At reception, Diya took the time to personally familiarize us with the palace, offering a warm introduction to the grandeur that would be our home for the next few days. We were given two beautifully appointed rooms connected by a shared terrace, perfectly suited to our family's needs. Rambagh Palace is, quite literally, a Living Palace — the staff don't just attend to your every need, they anticipate them well before you've thought to ask. Wandering the palace grounds and gardens, with peacocks roaming freely and regally, felt like stepping into the world of the maharajas themselves — an experience as visual as it was visceral. Every evening, the palace also lays on a delightful array of complimentary activities to keep guests entertained — from henna art and clay pottery to horse carriage rides, vintage car rides, and a fascinating historic walk through the palace grounds. The food was equally memorable — traditional dishes, exquisitely presented, and full of authentic flavor. Breakfast was a highlight in itself, with a generous buffet and an ever-flowing menu. Rahul, Anjali, and Amar looked after us with the warmth of doting grandparents, forever returning with just one more dish for us to try. Head Chef Munish personally ensured our dietary requirements were catered to with great care throughout our stay. A true surprise was Steam — a restaurant set inside an actual vintage train that once ran through Darjeeling, complete with its own railway platform and waiting room. The pizzas there were some of the best we've ever had, and the team was exceptionally attentive. Dinner at Suvarna Mahal was equally unforgettable — a meal cooked to perfection, capped off with a delightful surprise as the hotel team brought out a birthday cake to close the evening. Ayaan's warm and friendly service at the Polo Bar added another lovely touch to our evenings. At the spa, Maya and Meenu ensured a truly fantastic experience, while massage therapists Sapna and Nikita left us thoroughly pampered and relaxed. Rambagh Palace isn't just a hotel — it's a portal into royal Rajasthan, and an experience we'll treasure for years to come.

Two days at the Rambagh Palace and I fear I will never be happy at any other hotel again. A beautiful building, grounds and delicious food. However, it’s the quality of the care provided by the team there that makes this a magnificent place. Everyone, everywhere made you feel special but you also get someone allocated. I was very well looked after by Khateeb & his colleagues Karan, Nagendra & Manish. Sorry I had to leave!!

Old world charm of a royal palace combined with all modern amenities. This was an experience to cherish. The staff gave excellent and personalised service catering to special requirements as required. There are ample things to experience on the palace grounds. Horse buggy ride, a vintage electric car ride, dining in an old hill railroad car to name a few. You may feel the presence of peacocks overbearing at times.

Our stay at Rambagh Palace to celebrate our 15th anniversary was truly exceptional. The thoughtful arrangements made for us were deeply touching and reflected the team’s remarkable attention to detail. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Karan, Danish, Nagendra, Khateeb, and Vijendra for their exemplary hospitality and warmth. Their professionalism and gracious service made our experience truly memorable. A special mention to Danish for capturing such wonderful photographs, which we will cherish for years to come.We look forward to visiting again.

Outstanding hospitality by the hotel as would be by a Taj property! The rooms just feel like you’re in a Palace (you actually are!). Special shout out to GM - Avinash Shehrawat who created a once in a time bespoke experience for us for dining. Also great service by Manish and Karan and team for the pool experience! Would definitely return!!
