Delicious food, great service by Mr Prem Bhati ji , Mahipal, Saurabh , Rakesh, Chef Kuldeep and Chef Mohit. Good hospitality

We had a lovely stay here. We had a Personal butler Karan who gave us exceptional service throughout our stay. He escorted us to the different areas of the palace throughout the day. He also helped us with the baby stroller. He made bookings for us for restaurants and ensured that we enjoyed the on-site activities. The grounds are beautiful the room was spacious and stunning. We enjoyed the on-site activities such as Peacock feeding and horse carriage ride, the swimming pool is clean and beautiful. There is an indoor, an outdoor pool and a Jacuzzi. The staff at the pool area are very attentive. We had a nine month old baby with us who was looked after very well. Karan insured that the baby ate freshly cooked food to his taste which was delivered to any area we were at, during his meal times. Our dining experience was very good. We ate at Suvarna Mahal. When next in Jaipur, we would come back to stay here Without a second thought. Thank you Karan for making our stay special.

One of the best days we’ve had, and truly a day filled with wonderful memories. A special thanks to Narendra and Manish Sharma by the poolside, and Karan who went above and beyond to make our experience so special. There are beautiful hotels, and then there are places that stay with you long after you’ve left. Rambagh Palace was very much the latter for us. The palace itself is breathtaking — the architecture, the gardens, the history and the sheer beauty of the surroundings make it feel incredibly special. But what really elevated our experience was the warmth and thoughtfulness of the people who work there. From the moment we arrived, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I was feeling under the weather on the day we checked in and, after mentioning it to the team, they went out of their way to arrange a steam inhaler for me at their own cost. It may seem like a small gesture, but when you’re away from home and not feeling your best, that kind of genuine care means a great deal. There were so many thoughtful moments throughout our stay. They surprised me with a beautiful floral Happy Birthday arrangement and a complimentary luxury chocolate cake — completely unexpected and such a lovely personal touch. One of my favourite memories was the palace flutist who played a couple of tunes we requested, Rambagh Palace is undoubtedly grand, but it never felt impersonal. Quite the opposite. Beneath all the splendour is a team of genuinely warm, attentive people who have an incredible ability to make you feel looked after without it ever feeling forced. We arrived expecting somewhere beautiful. We left remembering how it made us feel. Thank you to everyone at Rambagh Palace for making our time there so special. It was more than a stay — it was an experience we’ll genuinely treasure.
