About the Hotel
An oasis in the historic walled city of Jaipur, Samode Haveli is a traditional Indian mansion set in a glorious garden with apartments arranged around a series of courtyards. Built 175 years ago as a residence of the rulers of Samode, it is still occupied by their descendants, who have converted their home into a luxury hotel. Bedrooms are hidden all about the rambling building and are astonishingly decorative, covered in twinkling mirror work, with ornate paintings, tiny alcoves and soaring arches. Rooms have large beds and most have private terraces. The restaurant features a spectacular hand-painted dining hall which provides a special setting for dinner, and offers a choice of Indian food or delicious Asian and European meals. Guests can also take advantage of the hotel's spa, with sauna and steam room facilities, and a range of luxurious massage therapies offered by expert professionals.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with excellent staff
Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Can't speak highly enough of Samode Haveli. Our suite was huge and the hotel thinks of everything. Staff are also excellent, can't do enough for you. I'd happily recommend.

Perfect location in a historic property
Great place near the absolute centre. We had an historic suite an absolut dream. Here you can feel like a maharadscha. The roof too bar shows a great view when the sun goes down. The restaurant is excellent and the staff super friendly. I would come back

Jaipur first visit
Very nice hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a suite which was comfortable and welcoming after our walking tours. A nice experience. J&H

Jaipur First Time
Our first time in Jaipur and the moment you step into Samode you are transported to another place. The hotel is amazingly charming and the staff are fantastic. Special shout out to Pushpen who took great care of us from check in till our departure and shared a lot of history of Jaipur plus the hotel.
