Very exciting and remarkable experiences for staying here, very warm welcome and services from Bu Santi, Mbak Lisa, Mas Steavy and Mas Harjo. Attention to details and top class services is the highlight.

Great accommodation for a peaceful stay
Great service & great ambience. Lisa was super helpful during the check in process. All the staffs were very friendly and accommodating, definitely the highlight of the stay. Cleanliness of the hotel needs to be maintained, aside from that, our stay here was wonderful.

Best staycation for family
Went on a staycation here and it was amazing. The atmosphere, the room, the hospitality was amazing as well. Lisa, the junior butler, as very attentive to our daughter that got sick during the stay. Overall it’s a five star hotel with a five star rating!

Excellent service by all the staff including Mr Zico Fauzy the Butler. Love the pool area as well. Feels like Bali vibe but in Jakarta. We stqyed during Lebaran and they have some lebaran food for the breakfast, nice bomus.They were generous with giving us extra mineral water for free. Definitely gonna come back soon.
