Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta

The Four Seasons Jakarta is top notch. It is a beautiful hotel in a good location close to lots. Pool is so nice with a great view. But what sets it apart is the service, absolutely superb! Every employee I interacted with was friendly and genuinely wanted to help me and guests with anything and everything. Special thanks to Ridwan for luggage/bellhop, Awai at check in, Rizki, Valen, Rafi and especially Reggy at breakfast, Rannu and others at concierge, Aji for room service, Najwa for cleaning, Pki for turndown service and especially to Wahyu at the pool. All were so helpful and kind. Small touches such as leaving a microfibre cloth for my IPad really set this hotel apart from other luxury hotels in Jakarta.

The Four Seasons workmanship on the hard product was hard, but the staff were all smiles, incredibly helpful, and provided top-notch hospitality. They were very attentive and warm. The check-in process was quick and smooth, complete with a welcome drink and a cold towel. The room was spacious all units are suites, so the living area is separate from the bedroom. The living area featured a minibar console, a dining table with two chairs, a work desk and chair, and a sofa for lounging. I particularly loved the Chinese style wallpaper, which featured a design of branches and flowers in luxurious silver and gold tones. The bedroom contained a sofa, a bench, a king-sized bed, and a television. The interior leaned towards a classic style, featuring gray tones and a chandelier that added a touch of luxury, though as mentioned the workmanship in some areas lacked refinement. The bathroom was spacious and included a luggage rack. It featured a double vanity, a bathtub, a shower, and a closet. The luxurious feel was undeniable, thanks to the marble tiling arranged in a herringbone pattern. The marble near the bathtub featured a continuous pattern across large slabs, creating a really impressive look. The toiletries provided were from the "Bali Radiance Essential Bliss" quite refreshing. The in-room amenities were exceptional. An anniversary cake and a fruit platter were waiting on the dining table, while the table near the sofa held donuts and a balloon display. The bathroom was stocked with Appeles kids' bath amenities, accompanied by a pouch featuring a koala design. We were also given paper-based activities for the kids and monkey plush toys. On weekends, a kids' club is set up in one of the meeting rooms, featuring various toys, a mini ball pit, popcorn, and juice. The swimming pool was also beautiful, even if not particularly large. It has a very refreshingresort-like vibe. The gym is located near the pool and is well-equipped. Since we received a $100 dining credit, we ordered the salted egg tiger prawns, oxtail soup, and lasagna, followed by mango sago for dessert. Everything was delicious. The restaurant is lovely; it isn't huge, but the interior is luxurious. Breakfast was quite good, served as a semi-buffet with an à la carte menu. The à la carte options included: 1. Eggs Benedict, avocado toast, omelette, two eggs any style, egg white flat omelette, tahu telur (tofu and egg dish) 2. Sausage, bacon, beans, hash brown, mushrooms, tomato 3. Cocoa pancake, waffle, French toast, pancake, banana roll, chocolate roll, lemon dream 4. Soto ayam , fried rice, lontong sayur , nasi uduk coconut rice, porridge, wonton soup, miso soup 5. Coffee, tea, juice, hot chocolate, STMJ The buffet selection included: 1. Juice, yogurt, honey, cheese, pastries, bread and butter pudding, assorted breads 2. Noodle and porridge station, burgers, cold cuts, salad, cereal, fruit The food tasted good, though nothing stood out as particularly memorable or unique; however, the breads and pastries were beautifully presented.

We stayed here on our special occasion, room very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. the atmoshphere really comfy. The amenities was superb and delicious, Service was amazing from start till the end. The swimming pool is clean and well maintained, which we love to spend time on. The hotel location in the busy streets so expect traffic during office hours. The breakfast was super and great value, my family's really enjoyed dined at the paalm court restaurant.

Just stayed here for the 2nd time in August 2026. The experience has significantly declined since last year February 2025. So much so, that I might not reconsider a future stay. Upon arrival, the entire suite had a foul smell. It was obvious the odor was coming from the shower because the smell got stronger when the shower door opened. Seems it has probably not been cleaned properly, consistently. Also, last visit there was a welcome slice of desert cake on the table. However this year there was only 3 pieces of seemingly nearly rotten fruit (bruised/brown). The memory foam pillow was much too firm - couldn’t even use it. The hair conditioner was so horrible and not conditioning at all, that it left my extremely straight hair in rough knots. I have never experienced such bad conditioner at a 5 star hotel. I had to get back into the shower with my personal backup conditioner to fix it. Then the hair dryer burnt my hand while using. I didn’t even touch the hot back end, this was near the front where the attachment adds on. They did nicely replace the hair dryer with a different brand after I left a note for housekeeping. My room keys stopped working during my stay, so I had to go back down to the lobby to get them fixed. Room service dinner took at least an hour to arrive after being quoted 40 minutes (which is still very long). I had to finally call and check on the status before it got delivered. The food arrived almost cold and the flavor was not good at all. I got the zucchini basil soup and beef ragu pasta. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the mattress was comfortable and the breakfast service was nice. However, overall very disappointed in the Four Seasons.

I had a wonderful coffee and cake experience at La Patisserie, Four Seasons Jakarta. The coffee was perfectly brewed and paired beautifully with the delicious cake, which was fresh, elegant, and not overly sweet. The atmosphere was luxurious yet relaxing, making it a great place to unwind or catch up with friends. The staff were also warm, attentive, and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for high quality desserts and a memorable café experience in Jakarta.
