Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta

I had a wonderful experience staying at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta, especially thanks to the exceptional front desk team. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed with genuine smiles and professional service. The check-in process was smooth, efficient, and very well-organized. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, responsive, and helpful in answering all my questions. They explained the hotel facilities clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay specially Mr Robby who assisted my family on this staycation. What stood out most was their attention to detail and personalized approach, which truly reflects a world-class standard of hospitality. The aminites are amazing, kid brush and bath aminities and also tent, donuts, color paper was amazing making my child feels like home. Every interaction felt sincere and thoughtful, making me feel valued as a guest. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and would gladly return in the future. Thank you to the amazing service for making my stay so memorable!

3rd time staying at the Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta, once for a weekend getaway, and twice for my birthday, for 2 years in a row, and got the same pleasant experience. I noted one different thing in my suite, that this year, besides the window decoration, balloons, and birthday cake in my suite, there’s a new “Happy Birthday” pillow on my bed. Every single thing in my suite were in perfect condition, no single flaw I noted. I also got the early check-in as per my request… All the Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta’s team provided excellent service including the housekeeping that always greeted us every time we encountered in the corridor. But there were 2 name that were really memorable for me for going extra miles in doing the service: Albert from Palm Court, which came to my table back and forth, offered us if we wanna try their notable Avocado Toast and explained us why the Avocado Toast is so special, asking us if there’s anything we need, and to feel at home, I also noted he did the same thing to all of the guests and being really nice to a lil kid. Albert and othee 2 or 3 Palm Court team also tried their best to give me a birthday cake surprise when I had breakfast (just as last year, I forgot the people from last year), my husband noticed they already brought the cake when he was going outside to toilet, but as they knew my husband was going outside, they waited until my husband arrived back at the table, and when they noticed I might spotted them, they went to other direction and surprised me from the direction which I couldn’t spot them. Hahaha… Also, Ricky from Alto when we had Sunday Brunch. Despite my husband and I sat at the outdoor and no other guests sat at the outdoor, he came back and forth offered us their special menus to order, even brought us some menus to try from the tray. He as well poured our glass when it’s empty, and also offered us the lemoncillo. We were so satisfied with their services specifically. There were 5 Alto team came to our table to sang me happy birthday and gave me the birthday cake (Ricky, one other Server, two people with Chef’s hat, and one lady with blazer supposedly the Supervisor)… And upon check-out, the Front Desk Agent wished me a happy birthday also. Hahaha… Not to forget, all the dishes served at Palm Court and Alto were perfectly plated and tasted good. Also, as I always did, I ordered the Nasi Goreng Kampoeng from in-room dining service at night, and the Nasi Goreng Kampoeng still tasted the same as last year, the best nasi goreng I have ever tried in my life. My birthday for 2 years in a row at the Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta went perfect and even more than I could imagine because of the excellent service from the team. And surely will have my birthday in 2026 at the Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta, again… Thank you Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta, service at its finest, as always!

That is how service should always be. Everything from a warm welcome, checkin, the room, the staff, the facilities and breakfast were excellent. The architecture inside, specially the lamps, are beautiful.

This is my third time visiting Nautilus, and I forgot the name of the cocktail my friend and I ordered. The staff were really attentive, friendly, and helpful. Special thanks to Irfan for recommending drinks and clearly explaining the menu, which really helped us choose something that matched our preferences. Ariska, Febrin, and Bagus were also very friendly. Overall, a great experience!

The Only Hotel in Jakarta Truly Deserving of a Two-Key Distinction! We regard FS Jakarta as the best city hotel in Jakarta—without hesitation. What sets FS Jakarta apart is not spectacle, but intention. Throughout our stay, we were repeatedly touched by small, thoughtful surprises that revealed a philosophy of service rooted in authenticity rather than performance. Imagine returning to your room to find your favourite madeleines waiting for you—sent quietly, without announcement. Or discovering a dessert delivered later in the evening, simply because the team noticed we hadn’t ordered one at dinner. These moments were discreet, personal, and deeply genuine—true markers that separate great hospitality from merely good. We also love the design. The hotel feels intimate and tasteful without ever feeling compact. There is a clear sense of place, most notably around the Bensley–designed pool area, which remains one of the property’s most distinctive features. The location offers pleasing city views, anchoring the hotel firmly within Jakarta’s urban rhythm. That said, we do feel the property would benefit from a medium to major renovation within the next five years to remain firmly at the top of its game. The food and beverage offering is another major strength. Alto, the Italian restaurant, is particularly impressive—its outdoor terrace is warm and inviting. Palm Court, while historically less consistent, has shown noticeable and encouraging improvement in recent visits. And then there is La Pâtisserie—quite simply the most beautiful pâtisserie in Jakarta. It is also worth highlighting that FS Jakarta offers the strongest pastry programme of any hotel we visited in Jakarta. The season-themed afternoon tea is thoughtfully curated and elegant, and for those seeking a quieter, more intimate setting, The Library—adjacent to the pâtisserie—provides a calmer ambience away from the crowds and cameras. All things considered, Four Seasons Jakarta is a very special place. It represents a level of quality that is confident rather than loud, refined rather than showy—rich in substance, not style for style’s sake.
