Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta

We stayed here on our special occasion, room very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. the atmoshphere really comfy. The amenities was superb and delicious, Service was amazing from start till the end. The swimming pool is clean and well maintained, which we love to spend time on. The hotel location in the busy streets so expect traffic during office hours. The breakfast was super and great value, my family's really enjoyed dined at the paalm court restaurant.

Just stayed here for the 2nd time in August 2026. The experience has significantly declined since last year February 2025. So much so, that I might not reconsider a future stay. Upon arrival, the entire suite had a foul smell. It was obvious the odor was coming from the shower because the smell got stronger when the shower door opened. Seems it has probably not been cleaned properly, consistently. Also, last visit there was a welcome slice of desert cake on the table. However this year there was only 3 pieces of seemingly nearly rotten fruit (bruised/brown). The memory foam pillow was much too firm - couldn’t even use it. The hair conditioner was so horrible and not conditioning at all, that it left my extremely straight hair in rough knots. I have never experienced such bad conditioner at a 5 star hotel. I had to get back into the shower with my personal backup conditioner to fix it. Then the hair dryer burnt my hand while using. I didn’t even touch the hot back end, this was near the front where the attachment adds on. They did nicely replace the hair dryer with a different brand after I left a note for housekeeping. My room keys stopped working during my stay, so I had to go back down to the lobby to get them fixed. Room service dinner took at least an hour to arrive after being quoted 40 minutes (which is still very long). I had to finally call and check on the status before it got delivered. The food arrived almost cold and the flavor was not good at all. I got the zucchini basil soup and beef ragu pasta. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the mattress was comfortable and the breakfast service was nice. However, overall very disappointed in the Four Seasons.

I had a wonderful coffee and cake experience at La Patisserie, Four Seasons Jakarta. The coffee was perfectly brewed and paired beautifully with the delicious cake, which was fresh, elegant, and not overly sweet. The atmosphere was luxurious yet relaxing, making it a great place to unwind or catch up with friends. The staff were also warm, attentive, and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for high quality desserts and a memorable café experience in Jakarta.

This has been the most incredible stay experience ever for us. From the warmest welcome, all the small attention to beautiful curated details and surprises, anniversary celebration and most of all all the care for our little boy. He was over the moon with all the beautiful things the team did for him. Certainly felt like Christmas in the middle of the year. We are very greatful for the team, who made this stay absolutely memorable. Thank you

Our second visit to the Jakarta FS (I’m from the UK, partner from Jakarta). The whole team is great, naturally welcoming but going above and beyond in room service, the bar, and breakfast (we had custom embroidered room cloths for our side tables!) Specifically - Bunga, Tino, and Raka from house keeping, and Riska / Febrin from the Nautilus bar were excellent and made us feel very at home. We wouldn’t consider anywhere else in Jakarta!
