Didn’t Want to Leave! My partner and I came here for a little getaway, and wow, it was exactly what we needed. The pool area was so chill and relaxing, Honestly, every single person working there seemed genuinely happy to help – they really went the extra mile to make us feel pampered. Special thanks to Mr. Eko Agung for Little touches, made we feel special. We’re already daydreaming about our next visit. Truly a wonderful escape.”

Spend my weekend in Gran Melia and get to experience the RedLevel lounge as well. The food there is great and the ambiance is like no other, private & fancy. Also shoutout to Mas Doni & Mba Belva for giving us such a warm welcome & helpful guidance!

I was very satisfied with my short stay at Gran Melia, my second time at this hotel. Nice and large suit, very kind staff, especially ms. Ayu. She was very professional, with a with discreet approach.

strategic hotel with great staff that treat you like family, near to embassy and mall. The room is spacious enough if you are staying with your family. Also need to mention good from the buffet breakfast. And last, shout out to Fauzi, Katrince and Annisa for the hospitality!
