Experiencing grandness in Gran Melia Hotel
Wonderful staff, and concierge. Room service is immaculate. Kudos to Iphan and Erlangga for great work. Also to Dea for making sure the slippers are in place. Pastries were delish, fruits fresh and tasty. Would recommend the cheese choices. Service is a delight. Would love to recommend to others, especially on future Jehovah's Witnesses convention.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel during the Special Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses.. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very cozy, which made it easy for us to relax and rest. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. The place was quiet and felt safe, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely return and recommend this hotel to others. 🥰🥰🥰

Gran Melia, Dio & Ipfan
My sister and I stood at the Gran Melia for 10 days and it was amazing. The staff is so welcoming and caring. They made this trip so comfortable especially Dio and Ipfan who made sure we had everything we needed each day. They made us feel like we were home. Thank you so much to the Gran Melia staff for a wonderful stay.
