Gran Melia Jakarta

Chilled environment, good for business meeting or any kind celebration, great atmosphere, food and its presentation was great, service was attentive especially thanks to Martha, Citra, Yayan, Chairul and Reza. We had wonderful dinner.

Doni and Annas in the red level lounge are very friendly, accomodating and very helpful during my stay. Their service is worthy of at least 6 stars. Rooms were clean, comfortable and very relaxing. Overall my experience of hotel Gran Melia was excellent, influenced mostly by the red level staff and their willingness and helpfulness with all needs and concerns for patrons hotel-wide. Definitely recommend paying the little extra for the bonuses included in red level lounge service.

Excellent service provided by Annas and Doni! They made our time in the Red level lounge very enjoyable. The rooms were fantastic with giant spaces. One of the best hotel gyms i have been to with great sauna and pool. Overall our experience was outstanding.

After a long time , I came to Gran Melia Jakarta and I have to say I had a wonderful stay here. The staff were very attentive and cater to all my needs. Came to Red Level Lounge to relax and I was greeted by Doni Indra who was very polite ,served my meals with such good demure and was even helpful in answering some of my questions . Definitely would recommend this place to any of my friends and family in the future . Thank you.
