Grand Hyatt Jakarta

Superb Service , Our second home for nearly 20 yrs we have been visiting , and this Hotel never disappoints . If there could be 6 stars this hotel well and truly reaches this bench mark . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We have just been spoilt for 2 weeks by the most incredible Management and Staff . From arriving with “Welcome Back “comments to seeing familiar smiling faces , we are ushered by smiling and professional Fira who had been waiting for us as our flight had been delayed by 90 mins. to our room . A wonderful size room with large bathroom , dressing room to a large lounge / bedroom . All with magnificent , Bundaran Views . Our familiar 21 st floor. Being a Hyatt Club member for many years our room was decorated with fresh fruit , flowers and chocolates . Suzanna ( Front Office Manager ) and Steffi ( Director of Rooms ) Were fabulous , going over and above to welcome us back to our second home. Rooms are beautifully spacious , 2 huge windows and superb collection of fresh white towels . Beds are SO big and comfortable made with lovely fresh white linen sheets. A big Thankyou to Komang who is always ready and waiting to spoil us in our room . The excitement of our visit also is to see our wonderful extended family who we are greeted by every year in the Grand Club Lounge the best Club Lounge we have ever visited . Congratulations to Paolo , Bijendra and Ludovic all connected daily with serving beautifully fresh , interesting and delicious food 6 am -10 am , afternoon tea and Evening food and drinks daily . I recommend up grading to Club Lounge Access. You won’t be disappointed . I must mention these beautiful Grand Club Team who attended to us over the period of 2 weeks. Rully , Erma , Millenia , Riska , Ricky , Windi , Afiful , Ama, Tan , Rama , Rajesta and Ado. I hope I haven’t forgotten anyone please accept my apology . Many chefs spoilt us but Tika and Adam remembered our likes and dislikes!!!! Just incredible .Fabulous , relaxing , quiet atmosphere looking out from level 22. We do always appreciate The Jakarta Post , as we love knowing what’s going on in this great City. We will miss our omelets , fresh fruit , healthy juices ect . Served by the most fabulous team . Morning and evening . Great wines and cocktails available also of an evening . I recommend you visit the newish Restaurant called Club Italiano on 4 th floor. This is the place for fabulous food and wine , under the guidance of Chef Ivan . The BEST grilled fish I have ever eaten !!!!! Intimate and Happy atmosphere , once again served by first class staff . I had a birthday celebration while we stayed and this has set the bench mark very high for my husband for future birthdays . The birthday cake presentation was theatre at its best . A huge Thankyou to all the team .Id recommend this restaurant for a special occasion as well as popping in for a champagne or cocktail. Position of this Grand Hyatt is first class Connected to Beautiful Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia across the road . Great shopping and eating places. Cantika ( Duty Manager ) was often on hand to help me with any little IT problems ect. Soo special ! 👏🤣👍 Levvy , Front Office Desk who always wore a big smile when he saw us over our stay. He remembered us as his first guests to check in some 4 yrs ago . Ama , a young trainee , a gorgeous smile also and I’m sure a big future with the hotel . I can’t forget Level 5 . The BEST hotel pool area in any big city of the world . Also to all staff at Club Olympus . My husband enjoyed the team , massages and general recognition of a first Class Gym . It’s all a very positive move forward in the hotel under the leadership of Paveen ( General Manager ) and Anumodit ( Hotel Manager ) . Look forward to returning soon . everythings in grand hyatt jakarta great as always.. since the 1st time i got here at 2001, until now..it's always make me wants to come back again to here..

Grand Hyatt Grand Club lounge is definitely one of the best club lounge in Jakarta. The bakso soup is delicious & truffle egg bun at breakfast was amazing. Look out for Affif....he will take a good care of you.

Tinus always a pleasure staying at Hyatt. Great service , friendly staff and good and clean rooms with excellent beds. 1 negative thing is the enormous noise on Sundays from outside starting at 5 am

Excellent location. Roomy facilities, well appointed. Generous breakfast variety, quality could be a little better. Great SPA and pool. Welcoming staff. Excellent access to malls.
