We loved our stay at the Grand Hyatt Jakarta. Location is unbeatable, being on top of the shopping centre and the pool feels like you are at a resort with lots of greenery. Room was luxurious and nothing was a trouble for the staff. Can't wait to return.

Staying with our extended families, we got upgraded to suite with great view of Bundaran HI. The breakfast at Grand Cafe and the evening food at the lounge were delicious. Resort feel like with big pool area, 2 tennis courts and half basketball court. We already plan to stay here again at year end 2026!

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service

We stayed for three nights (Thursday to Sunday). Early check-in was arranged for us, which was very convenient as we were traveling from Surabaya by train and arrived early in the morning. The location is very convenient, with direct access to Plaza Indonesia and within walking distance to Grand Indonesia. All staff were very helpful throughout our stay. There was a minor hiccup during our stay, but it was handled very professionally by the manager, and we appreciated the thoughtful service recovery.
