From the moment we were warmly welcomed and picked up at the airport by Mr. Tri until the day we returned to Malaysia, every detail was handled with care and professionalism. Mr. Tri was outstanding — he assisted us throughout our entire trip and made everything so much easier. 1st visit to Jakarta
The room is comfortable and clean. Location is very strategic since it is a walking distance to many exciting malls. The breakfast buffet spread is great. Staff are also very friendly polite and helpful
