Hyatt met expectations
The room and service were up to the expected standard. Regarding the food, I suggest it could be more varied to accommodate long-stay guests. For me, having breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Grand Cafe, I am quite familiar with the variations, as only 1 or 2 menus were changed. Overall, Hyatt met expectations. Thank you.

A luxury hotel in the heart of Jakarta
The hotel is conveniently located near Bundaran HI, which is next to various attraction areas such as shopping malls, offices, museums, and the National Monument. It is also a walking distance away from an MRT station. The room is very spacious and the bathroom has a bathtub. Bed is comfortable and aircon is working properly. There are downsides though.. it may not be completely silent at night since it’s located next to a busy street. TV has limited channels and doesn’t have installed YouTube and Netflix apps. The hotel also has a spacious sauna and hot pool that are good for relaxing.

Hotel with a great view and good Gym
Great location with connecting to the Plaza Indonesia mall with plenty of food choices. Great lap pool and fitness facilities with high quality Technogym equipments.

Great family bonding in family room
Overall, we are happy with our stay in Grand Hyatt Jakarta. The family room was a great choice as it has separate living space where family can get together enjoying one another company, chatting and eating indonesian delicacies.
