Hello Grand Hyatt Jakarta, We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the entire team for making our family stay truly memorable and special. From the moment we were warmly welcomed and picked up at the airport by Mr. Tri until the day we returned to Malaysia, every detail was handled with care and professionalism. Mr. Tri was outstanding — he assisted us throughout our entire trip and made everything so much easier. Special thanks to: Ms. Ajeng (Front Desk) for the smooth, friendly, and professional check-in and check-out Mr. Tan (Concierge) for escorting us to our room Mr. Awang & Mr. Rahmat Fauzi (Housekeeping) for keeping our room spotless every day Mr. Dani (Concierge) for helping us with food orders through the app Ms. Miah and the team at Grand Cafe for the delicious daily breakfast and the wonderful birthday surprise Ms. Rania, Ms. Rey & Ms. Aina (Guest Experience) for arranging our Goldenbird airport transfers and for the beautiful birthday surprise that truly touched our hearts Mr. Eli Setiawan & Mr. Sigit Kurniawan (Security) for their calm guidance and assistance during the student demonstration day, and for helping us get necessities from IndoMaret We felt safe, well-cared for, and genuinely appreciated throughout our stay in Room 1009. 1st visit to Jakarta
The room is comfortable and clean. Location is very strategic since it is a walking distance to many exciting malls. The breakfast buffet spread is great. Staff are also very friendly polite and helpful
