Superb hotel and exceptional staff
Superb service from attentive and professional staff who go up and beyond to be warm and helpful. Eve could not do enough to make my stay memorable and provide support worthy of a CEO’s PA! Morimoto was a highlight for dinner. Smashing views, food and service. Our waiter — Yudis — was engaging, knowledgeable about the menu and made us feel attended to but never crowded.

Exceptional service and a beautifully designed hotel. The only downside was that the windows were not well sound-insulated, so some traffic noise could be heard even on a higher floor.

Short yet a wonderful stay!
We had a short yet wonderful stay at The Langham, Jakarta. We truly appreciated the room upgrade and the cute cake amenities. The property is beautiful, and the service was outstanding! Special thanks to Sebastian Geraldi for the thoughtful service he provided, the bellman who assisted us upon arrival, and Larry who was very kind in helping us with our luggage when we were leaving the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic and our overall stay was very memorable. Thank you to the housekeeping, whoever left the sweet note in our room and for keeping everything clean and tidy. We look forward to returning next year!

stay at The Langham was lovely. The SCBD view from my room was amazing, and the location is very strategic with many places within walking distance. Breakfast was good; more variety could help make it even better. I also noticed a small stain on one of the towels, but overall it was a pleasant.
