Perfections with some imperfections!
The hotel building though is old but is well kept and maintained. It still maintains its classy and cozy ambience. It is a good location within walking distance to major shopping malls. As we stay in Urban suite, the room is spacious. For those staying over the weekend, do note that on Saturdays expect some noise from the racing motocycles (as I was told) and hence the provision of ear plugs. The breakfast spread at Cinnamon restaurant was ok but can be further improved on its offer of vegetarian option. The staff are proficient in English and is very attentive to guests needs. Loved it!
What made the difference for us was the service!! The attention to detail and the kindness was second to none. Nupri made our stay extremely special and celebrating my father's and my birthday there was amazing. The hotel location is perfect, very central next to malls and restaurants. The security staff was as friendly and kind as the receptionnist team. Lily was great showing us around. The housekeeping perfect. The room was spacious and beautiful with an amazing view. The bathroom was large and amenities very good. We will be back, thank you so much

Extraordinary service 5/5 definitely!
We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and the whole team in front office, F&B, concierge, and housekeeping did an outstanding job by pampering us with non-stop cares and smiles! We really love the service given, no doubt. We got the room located in the highest floor with the best view of Bundaran HI (we booked the Monument View Room type), it's clean, spacious, and no complain about it. The hotel itself is within a walking distance to Grand Indo and Plaza Indo so it's very convenient for us to walk around the area. We love the hotel breakfast, flavourful and quite a good variety. We are definitely planning to come back and again thank you for the very memorable experience being it our first time stay at MO Jakarta. Shoutout to Kelly, Xavi, and Ochi in the front desk team, and Anna in the F&B team, such a great service!

Excellent hospitality
It was the right choice to choose Mandarin Oriental for our holiday accommodation. Service and hospitality standards by staff are praiseworthy. We enjoyed our stay which was made more memorable by Housekeeper Dewi who put thought and effort in making our room a joy to rest in. Kudos!

Our family stay in the Mandarin
We had a great experience in Mandarin oriental Jakarta. Everything was outstanding. The location is great and the rooms were incredible. Special thanks to Dewi who kept out room so clean and had surprises for the kids. We will definitely come back! Big plus is the pool and the in dining restaurants.
