For me personally, it's a refreshing staycation, the dinner and breakfast in Cinnamon is superb, wonderful sleep in a cozy room ... my heart is content 🥰. Thanks to Arin , an intern for giving me chance to get Signature Buttersquash Puree , so delicious that i want to cherish every bite of it ,later in my own home ... thanks to all Mandarin Oriental staffs , it's been a wonderful experience. 😍👍🏻

Stay 2 nights this time, full of satisfaction as usual, more benefits for fan of MO, but the main benefit is the real amazing hospitality that MO offer, from front line to the back, all staff doing great job! High quality hotel, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable stuff, Quality of cleaning amazing, Maya took a great care of my very comfortable room. Any time of the day she was ready to help: extra cleaning, towels or anything.

The hotel was amazing, very clean and centrally located. The rooms were top notch and superb. I found absolutely no faults with this hotel at all. The most wonderful thing that made our stay at the Mandarin Oriental Jakarta great though was the very friendly, amazing, lovely & always smiling staff. They really made our stay very memorable, joyous and made it feel like home. I would like to thank all staff at Concierge & Front Reception especially Maria, Dilla, Richard, Oki, Mayro, Neha, Rhendy, Vollyn, Bayu, Grace, Xavier, Tami, Darin, Kershe, Ika & Ben for always helping us out a lot and having nice, friendly chats and always greeting us with smiles! We learned a lot about food and places to visit in Jakarta through their information and advice. I would like to thank all security staff for making the hotel feel safe and secure at all times. I would also like to thank all housekeeping staff for making the hotel and the room look very clean and sparkling at all times. Your attention to detail is superb! We had buffet breakfast every day during our stay and the restaurant was great, clean and the choice of food available at breakfast was exceptional! Such a vast range of food were available to suit every palette. The restaurant was very clean and once again the staff there were just so friendly and helpful and that enhanced our breakfast experience! Big thanks to Syafira, Dinda and all the staff there for taking care of us and making breakfast always awesome! I would like to thank all of you once again and also the countless others I haven't named or forgot to mention who made our stay wonderful & memorable! I remember all of your faces. You all are truly the best!! Big thanks to all staff at Mandarin Oriental Jakarta! I will definitely stay here again next time I come back to Jakarta!
