Very disappointed
Disappointing. Was looking forward to experiencing all the Mandarin Oriental had to offer and received an email the day before arriving that the air conditioning in the hotel had broken down and they were unable to accommodate us. The hotel organised an alternative stay at the Pan Pacific, which we appreciated. I find it extraordinary that a hotel with such a global reputation had a malfunction of its essential infrastructure... This experience left a bitter taste, although the staff were apologetic and polite, this just should not happen in a hotel of this calibre.

Feels like home. Actually my flight is midnight so the staff name ika accommodate lated check out. Very helpful and good service. Thx for ur hospitality. Definitely will come back
