An absolutely magnificent stay, room was very spacious, wonderful bathroom, food was tremendous, particularly the breakfast, and the club lounge food & drink were really really good. Can't find anything to fault about this place. All interactions with staff were great, and every staff member we spoke with delivered exceptional service. Cannot recommend this place highly enough can't wait to return in a few weeks

We had a very pleasant stay at Raffles Jakarta. The check-in went efficient. Our room was very nice at 24th floor. The hotel is connected to Lotte Mall from their 1st floor, which is very convenient. The room itself was big and spacious, with separate space for living area from bedroom. Bathroom has both bathtub and shower cabin. I do LOVE the pre-heated toilet 😍. The room amenities are 5 star standards and top-notch. I didn’t bring my own hair conditioner. So i used the conditioner from hotel. It was so good. Not only that it smelled nice, it also made my hair soft 🤩. I am in love with the smell of the shower gel too. Room was cleaned everyday. The hotel has relaxing pool, whirlpool and lush & beautiful garden at 14th floor. The breakfast was impeccable. Mixed from international & local food. And very good varieties. Besides buffet, they also offer ala carte menu which we can order. The food is pure indulgence😋. Some local food was switched every other day. The most point i need to mention is : the staffs. Every staffs were so friendly and helpful. From house keeping to the front office and especially in the restaurant (Arts cafe). One day i got flu, and one of the female staff (I unfortunately don’t know her name) asked and prepared me ginger tea. And when my husband was sick on the last day. We met Kevin at the Arts-cafe. And He was so attentive and kind to offer assistance whenever we shall need it. On my 1st day breakfast, Kevin even asked me what I miss most from Indonesian food, he shall try to ask the chef to prepare for me…A very OUTSTANDING attitude of Kevin!! Wow.. we do really appreciate it all. Not only Kevin, everybody in the hotel and breakfast restaurant showed the same excellent and guest-oriented attitude… Well done, Raffles! We love our stay here. The room, location, staffs, the food, the service.. everything is top notch. Highly recommended. If i could give 6 stars, I would 👏 👏

I genuinely don’t have enough words to describe how special our stay at Raffles Jakarta was. From the moment we were picked up in a Range Rover Velar, we knew this wasn’t going to be an ordinary hotel experience. But what followed exceeded every expectation we had. We arrived as newlyweds, and from that first step into the lobby, the team made us feel celebrated, valued, and completely at home. The honeymoon touches in our room, the roses, the personalized messages, the beautiful desserts, were emotional in the best way. It felt like they weren’t just hosting us… they were celebrating with us. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the butler service. It is honestly out of this world. Having a dedicated butler available via WhatsApp made everything seamless. Whether we needed recommendations, room arrangements, dining reservations, or just had a small request; it was handled instantly, warmly, and flawlessly. No waiting. No repeating ourselves. Just effortless, thoughtful service at the highest level. Luxury can sometimes feel formal or distant. Here, it felt personal. Genuine. Like a home away from home - just elevated to perfection. The property itself is stunning...artistic, elegant, peaceful but it’s the people who make it unforgettable. Every single interaction felt sincere. And even our departure was memorable being dropped off in a BYD was such a modern, classy final touch. I have stayed in beautiful hotels around the world, but I can say this with complete confidence: This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at and without question, the best Raffles in the world. It wasn’t just our honeymoon stay. It was the perfect beginning to our marriage. ❤️
