Great hospitality and Nice room
Late review, but everything was good during my stay with my mom's. Thank you for cared my mom's health when check out. I really appreciate it. Breakfast at lounge was delicious and more calm and quite also exquisite. Will be back again on August 2026

Fantastic Stay.
Fantastic Stay. It has been my 3rd stay and still loving the service and suite. As ALL Platinum member received an upgrade to a lovely Signature Suite on the highest floor. I was brought straight to the suite for check in upon arrival. The suite is very spacious, cozy with comfortable bed. The service from arrival to departure is impeccable. This time had the chance to experience The Rafffles Club that provides complimentary afternoon tea and evening cocktail. Superb menu. For breakfast I had at Arts Cafe and I felt has the best breakfast selection. Really enjoy it. I've already booked for a return trip in November 2026. Can't wait!!

Such a relaxing place
Had such a great stay at Raffles. The staff is amazing. Celvin at pool side took such incredible care of us. Highly recommend this place.

Best Hotel stay experience
I'd like to commend a few of your staff such as Kevin fachrul Rico Etho and Salma have made a huge difference in my experience during this stay! Fachrul is so attentive to my needs and often go beyond the call of duty! Rico has exercise some flexibility to delight customer! Will definitely be back!

Dream Hotel in Jakarta
Fantastic hotel. Would like to live here. Suite is 140m2. Rooms SCE great. Bathroom huge with 2 showers, fast internet. Great breakfast.
