Hospital service and great food
Hospitable and meticulous service even when I first enter the hotel. Enjoyed the food throughout my stay, from the lounge, restaurant to the welcome ammenities. Love the desserts!

Excellent service
I stayed at this hotel for two days. Everything was great. The staff were very attentive and took care of every detail. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the hot water in the bathroom was at a perfect temperature. There's a convenient entrance on the first floor connecting to Lotte Department Store for shopping and dining.

Amazing Staff
Pak Rico was so welcoming and helpful. I always enjoy my stay at the Raffles. It’s the ideal spot for work since it’s downtown and the rooms are set up well for desk work.
