Dream Hotel in Jakarta
Fantastic hotel. Would like to live here. Suite is 140m2. Rooms SCE great. Bathroom huge with 2 showers, fast internet. Great breakfast.

Offers tailored services and connects to mall
This hotel has been my preferred choice for the past 10 years. Their pre-arrival services have improved and the response is within 24 hours. Check-in is now directly in room. Rooms are kept clean and housekeeping is enthusiastic, although they have a tendency to do more than is necessary, such as not removing items I had thrown nto the bin, and reorganizing my stuff. Rooms are stsrting to show its age, but its spaciouness and cleanliness make them livable. Breakfast at Artist Cafe offers a selection of both Western and Asian cuisine. To keep meals fresh and to minimize waste from buffet, you need to order main plate, hence allow more time for breakfast. I had arranged for breakfast on the go but did not get what I ordered, nor communication that the item is either not avaliable or alternative choices. Perhaps concierge and F&B can improve communications as previous years this was impeccably done. Lastly, the hotel connects to Ciputra World mall which offers good shopping and dining.

Great Experience
Celvin was amazing during our engagement dinner at Raffles. He took time to explain everything dish and how it came about. He’s very customer service oriented and loves to joke who can made us at ease. This was the best experience and I will definitely come.back.

Modern and Great Facilities
Our stay here was amazing. The hotel had pretty much all kinds of facilities, tennis court, gym, swimming pool & huge garden for a morning jog. Service was great. Room was modern and spacious. The most memorable part was their breakfast selection, which had poke bowl as one of their option. Overall, super memorable stay.
