This was my first time experiencing the Butler Signature program, and it was truly refreshing and unique. The food was excellent — I requested fully plant-based meals, and the team prepared them perfectly while explaining every detail with care. I would like to especially thank Raffles Butler Dawiki for his exceptional service throughout my stay. He was always respectful, kind, and attentive, which made my experience even more enjoyable. His warm attitude and professionalism truly stood out. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit a wonderful and memorable experience.

My last and first visit to this hotel was 9 years ago in 2016. I expect some worn out furnitures and outdated look but I was absolutely mistaken. The building, the guest room, and the public facilities, all are amazingly well kept. The design, especially, does not feel outdated at all, talking about timeless. The only thing that might need to be reconsidered is the TV size, seems pretty small compared to the newer hotels around Jakarta. Talking about hospitality, Raffles Hotel Jakarta is still one of the best there is in the city. Raffles Club staffs addressed me by name and professionally handles all my needs during this short stay. I was upgraded to Artist Suite which was such a delight. Offerings at the lounge were wonderful, especially the breakfast and the evening canapes while the afternoon tea felt somewhat lackluster. Would be nice if everything's made to be uniform as in all the menu is ala carte and ala minute. Spa was enjoyable and a perfect place to rewind, gym has adequate equipments to train hard, and the pool is huge considering this a city hotel. All in all, would always recommend this hotel, amazing property, wonderful staff.

Our second visit to Raffles for our wedding anniversary in two years and we were reminded straightaway why this felt like a home away from home. We experienced impeccable service worthy of the Raffles brand from check in to the day we left. Ragil and Drego surprised my wife with a bouquet of flowers for the special occasion. Our experience at Raffles Club left us raving to our friends about the service, epitomised by head butler Fachrul, who was always obliging and hospitable. Stacey and Selma at the Raffles Club catered to our requests and their attentiveness made for a delightful dining experience. The room is luxurious as always and well accented with local motifs and housekeeping kept the room in tip top condition. Raffles set the bar so high that many aspire to but few reach it.

We are repeated guests in this hotel and we are again very satisfied and amazed about the hospitality from the staffs. The hotel itself is a beautiful and clean hotel, well maintained, we love the room with stunning view and the beautiful garden and pool area. The food and beverage in all restaurant has high standard and we all very happy about the choices and taste. Smooth check-in and check-out also important and they are all well prepared. We are very delightful and hoping to stay again soon. Thank you.
