Raffles Jakarta

A truly great hotel. The rooms were airy and wonderful. The bed is a dream. The breakfast buffet is great, and with tasteful a la carte options. The swimming pool is a delightful place to spend some time and relax. And most importantly... The service (everyone) is impeccable. The concierge, the waiters, the pool boys, ... Everyone is super friendly and professional at the same time. They all have valuable advice to give to discover the city. Wonderful staff. We enjoyed our stay from the minute we stepped through the door until the last second. In a frantic city like Jakarta, Raffles is a gem.

First time in Jakarta to continue my birthday indulgence across Asia and I picked Raffles as the starting point in the city. Room is very spacious and well designed and decorated and their F&B offerings is perhaps the highlight of my stay, particularly in the Raffles Club lounge. The extensive menu for ala carte breakfast as well as the massive drinks list for the Evening Cocktails makes it a 100% to indulge daily after a relaxing time in the Raffles Spa and gorgeous landscaped pool and garden. Thank you to the team in Raffles Club (Eto, Salma, Rashya, Kevin, Qorry, Neisya and Hady) for the excellent service daily and making an extra effort in making a different sambal when I mentioned my preferred sambal for the nasi goreng dish the day before. Also thank you to the Butler team of Serina, Ragil, Bayu, Ritdah and Juan for the pre-arrival setup and ensuring requests are prepared, Daniel from Arts cafe for his personalised service during breakfast and lastly Indri and Sion from Housekeeping for keeping my room in tip top condition and attention to detail by providing extra luggage rack to arrange my things as I travel heavy! If there is anything that this property can improve on would be to emulate Raffles Bali where upon check-in, the Butler team would have set up a communnication channel via WhatsApp and send over hotel information which guests can access readily which in my case I have to call to request them to send the info. Thank you all once again for the great stay!

We had a really nice stay at this hotel! The service was great and everyone was very kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Rahmat and Dicki for being so nice and taking good care of us during our stay. They really made us feel comfortable and made the experience even better. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back! ❤️
