Amazing stay at raffles hotel
Excellent service from Raffles team. Especially with butler incharge that help us from offering room service menu to express check out just by whats app. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Pillow a bit too soft but not that’s ok. Breakfast was superb

Wonderful stay - perfect for families with baby!
We had a fantastic stay at Raffles Jakarta with our 6-month-old baby. The service was outstanding and incredibly family-friendly. They provided a baby crib, high chair, baby amenities (shampoo and lotion), and even had baby food options available. The facilities were luxurious, spotless, and very comfortable. The kids club was well-equipped and great even for younger children. Highlyg recommend for families traveling with little ones! Location wise very strategic, connected to the Lotte Shopping Avenue mall, and walking distance to One Satrio which made it easy to pop out for stroll. All staff were excellent and attentive! The butler service was very helpful and fast responsive. Will definitely comeback.

Superb Luxury Accommodation and the best service
We spent several days here for the most relaxing of vacations. The best welcome to the hotel from being met at the door and stepping into the most beautiful of lobbies. We had gorgeous huge garden view suite accommodation with a fantastic butler service and use of the beautiful Raffles Club. Accommodation quality was first class as was every aspect of service delivered by the lovely staff. Food and drinks service wonderful. For those who love the shopping experience a very convenient direct connection to Lotte Mall from within the hotel. We were lucky enough to experience a very special Valentines Celebration dinner during our stay delivered flawlessly by Raffles Team. We were made to feel very special by all and is an experience we will never forget. Thank you Raffles Jakarta Team for some wonderful memories.

A wonderful and relaxing stay
The butler service at the Raffles Jakarta Hotel was excellent. The staff are very professional and friendly, and ensured our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Our room was superb, very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely stay at Raffles Jakarta on our next visit. A big shout out to Yuli, Kevin, Aca, Eto, Rashya, Salma, Qorry and Felix representing the Raffles Butler team.

Wonderful experience
An absolute luxurious accommodations, serene surroundings, and attentive staff make it a perfect place for relaxation. The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me , big shout out to Danielle, Francisco, Wahyu , Gio and Refita for their hard work as they go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. What drove me to this hotel was its comprehensive amenities , a WhatsApp group who’s available 24 for any request you may ask for. Raffles Jakarta is highly recommended and will go there again and again:)
