Kamar nya sangat nyaman nginep disini, dan dapat mengakses club lounge and turns out the food was so very good!!! Makanan nya banyak lengkap bgt semua, variasi menu nya kreatif dan yg paling penting staff staff nya very helpful and warm terutama mas Irwan and team mas krisna, jonathan, riffat, prama. And the new menu of cocktails golden pomelo is amazing Thankyou for hospitality! What an experience to have

I stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta to celebrate my wedding anniversary and the staff made the stay truly memorable. Special thanks to Azis, who arranged a complimentary breakfast for us with warm, attentive service that started our day perfectly. The team also decorated the mirror in our room with a tasteful “Happy Anniversary” arrangement. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the overall service felt thoughtful and professional throughout our stay. Small gestures like the mirror decoration and Azis’s kindness showed real attention to detail and made our anniversary feel special. Highly recommended for couples or family celebrating special occasions. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our visit so pleasant!

The staff at the Ritz Carlton provide nearly perfect service. All are warm, professional and extremely competent in what they do.

We stayed at the Ritz Carlton on a stopover on our way back to Australia. We were picked up at the airport and it took about 45 minutes to arrive at the hotel. It was a very impressive experience. The lobby is enormous and the staff are extremely welcoming. Our room on the 10th floor was very spacious and comfortable, the shower and bathroom were fabulous. There was a welcome gift of fruit and petit four waiting for us. We were so tired we didn’t leave the hotel at all. The breakfast room was enormous and had the most amazing selection we’ve ever seen. We also chose to have lunch at the hotel and just relaxed. We arranged a late checkout and headed straight to the airport. We were so pleased with our choice of hotel and would definitely recommend.
