The Ritz-Carlton, Jakarta, Mega Kuningan

It’s located close to a lot of malls, food. Great atmosphere. Exceptional service, by far out of all the countries I traveled this was the best experience. Great clean rooms with 2-3 times cleaning each day. Worth more than what I paid for. Fabulous spa facilities and services!

This was my second stay at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan, and the main reason I chose to return to this property was the outstanding Executive Lounge and, most importantly, its incredible staff. The entire Executive Lounge team is exceptional. No matter how busy it gets, they continue to provide warm, attentive service with a genuine smile. Their hospitality truly makes the stay special. I would especially like to thank Ms. Callula for taking such wonderful care of us during our stay and for arranging our airport transportation, including both pick-up and drop-off. Her attention to detail and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. Thank you to the entire Executive Lounge team for making our second stay so memorable. We look forward to returning again!

My stay at Ritz Carlton Jakarta Mega Kuningan was a very positive experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. As a platinum elite member, I was originally hoping to get a room upgrade. When checking-in, the front receptionist said unfortunately there were no room upgrades available, so originally it was a bit of a let down. The rooms are very big (considering I am originally located in Hong Kong), the breakfast/dinner buffet was amazing. However, the highlight of my experience was when I visited the spa, my massage was slightly interrupted by some noises caused by plumbing in the neighbor room. The spa staff handled the situation very well. They were very apologetic and even wanted to offer me another free session. Although I was short in time and kindly declined, they still insisted to send me off with a small gift. That said, it was a perfect example of great customer skill. In fact, I’ve already booked my business stay next week for another few nights. Hoping the hotel can keep up with its customer service level, and I strongly recommend Ritz Carlton Jakarta Mega Kuningan. Look forward to my visit. Mr. Mak

The Hotel was great! The breakfast buffet was comprehensive and the best part was the service. I especially have high praise for Alfi who was very attentive and helped us all the time! He went above and beyond the already great service everyone expects at the Ritz.
