I am craving 'nasi goreng'. Feris as a server was attention to me and enquiry my order. Then Wardi sent out the 'nasi goreng' to me. Mbak Mutia the hostess, Jahliani the MOD were very professional and courtesy. Akbar the CDC also ensure my 'nasi goreng' and all the rest of the pasola food. Their dedication was a benchmark and examples for the worker. Saltue to them

Having stayed here many times in the past and always have a good time, I decide to stay again for 2 nights. And as expected, it was great stay. Will be returning again in the future.

Honestly such a terrible experience, An outdated room, too much street noise that I couldn’t sleep all night and the balcony is full of spiders and spider webs! Like never been cleaned! Lack of the simplest requirements like a tissue box in the room! They didn’t even care when I requested to leave the next day, they were like we don’t have any available room. Unfortunately I had to stay in for the whole stay since my team was staying in the same hotel. I’ve been to Jakarta 4 times in different hotels which were like half the price if not less and I’ve never seen this bad service! I totally don’t recommend, Never again!

My mother and I spent two nights at this beautiful property, and the entire stay was nothing short of impeccable. At every touchpoint, the Ladies and Gentlemen of the Ritz-Carlton truly lived up to their reputation. Ucip, the concierge, greeted us warmly by name upon arrival, his friendly smile making us feel instantly at home as he introduced the hotel’s facilities on our way to reception. Attriq at the front desk ensured a seamless check-in and went above and beyond — from helping us secure boxes and radish string for my shopping treasures to arranging a surprise bouquet of flowers for my mom. Dian and Ana in the Club Lounge consistently checked in on us, ensuring every detail was cared for — especially with my mom’s vegan preferences. Their attentiveness and genuine hospitality far exceeded expectations. Even at the gym, a gentleman kindly offered drinks, juices, and even post-workout stretches (though I unfortunately missed his name). What impressed me most was how every single Lady and Gentleman addressed both my mom and me by name throughout our stay. This simple yet thoughtful gesture speaks volumes about the hotel’s professionalism and true dedication to hospitality. I’ve had the privilege of staying at various Ritz-Carlton properties around the world, and I can confidently say that this one stands out as among the very best — if not the best.

After hearing and seeing positive reviews, we chose to celebrate our anniversary with Ritz-Carlton Jakarta Pacific Place - and wow, were we absolutely blown away! If real estate is all about location, location, location then the world class RC service is all about anticipation, anticipation, anticipation. From the initial pre-arrival communication to the departure farewell, every interaction with every staff member was infused with sincere warmth and care. We embarrassingly misread our flight itinerary (amateurs!) so booked the wrong check-in date (one day early) until the RC team caught the error. They kindly rescheduled our airport pick up and amended our reservation for a seamless check-in process upon arrival after nearly a full day of travel. Upon entering our room, the guest recognitions team welcomed us with a personalized video message, handwritten note, and gorgeous roses wishing us a happy anniversary. The room itself was well designed, quiet, and had the most comfortable bed. The bathroom had a much appreciated double sink, soaking tub overlooking the city, shower with strong water pressure, and luxurious Diptyque products. After housekeeping noticed our medicine vials, they thoughtfully left additional water bottles for our convenience. At the lounge, the team surprised us with fresh whole coconut the next morning after we had inquired about it once during a conversation. Much thanks to Ms. Dianida, Ms. Tamara, Ms. Azzahra, and Ms. Katherine for their attentiveness at every meal service, remembering all of our favorite beverages and dishes. Side note, we dined at in-house restaurant PA.SO.LA for our anniversary celebration and wrote a separate review of the memorable experience. Ms. Dwi and her spa/pool/fitness team are so adept at anticipating our needs before we even thought to ask, preemptively offering towels, water, and a health juice after our workout. A poolside tray with infused ice water, fruit, cold towels, facial mist, and sunscreen was provided shortly after we settled into our lounge chairs. Massage mavens Ms. Malini and Ms. Miftan have the ultimate magic touch during our treatment sessions. Somehow we were left completely relaxed and utterly refreshed all at the same time. Unfortunately, we were unable to note every name since every single staff member greeted us warmly whenever we met them throughout our stay. If it is yet not clear, the Ritz-Carlton Jakarta Pacific Place has gained two more fans for life!
