The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place

Our stay was exceptional. We also had access to the Club Lounge, and it was absolutely worth it. The service, food and beverage offerings, atmosphere, and level of personal attention made the experience feel truly special. It added so much to our stay and was one of the highlights of the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Jakarta. The hotel is amazing, and the service made our visit even more special. All the staff were so welcoming, friendly and attentive, making us feel at home throughout our stay. Thank you to the whole team for looking after us so well. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel!

I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place from August 12th to August 15th, and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. From start to finish, the exceptional hospitality, professional service, great food provided and genuine thoughtfulness of the entire team made my stay remarkably comfortable and truly unforgettable. I am forever grateful to every single team member I encountered during my visit. Their kindness and warmth went well beyond my expectations. I look forward to returning soon!

Our stay at Thi Ritz Carlton was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the incredibly warm, professional, and attentive staff. i really enjoyed my visit to this hotel. even though i wasn’t staying as a guest, i stopped by to enjoy some drinks at the bar. i tried their pandan cocktails , and it was absolutely delicious and one of the best cocktails I’ve had. i would also like to give special thanks to agung (i hope i remembered his name correctly), the bartender, for his excellent service. i'd also like to thank the lady who kindly assisted me throughout my visit, i believe her name was lini or rini. she made me feel truly welcome with her warm hospitality and attentive service. you have an amazing team. keep up the great work, and i look forward to visiting again. thanks to pa so la bar & lounge you have an amazing team ❤️
