The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place

One thing I always miss while living abroad is the incredible level of hotels service in Indonesia. Here at The Ritz - Carlton Jakarta Pacific Place, hotel staff go above and beyond in everything they do. When you stay at a place like this, you’re not just a guest—you’re treated like royalty. Executive Lounge Experience: From the moment I landed, the service was impeccable. The hotel’s concierge greeted me warmly at the airport, helped me with both of my suitcases, and walked me to the hotel-arranged taxi. When I arrived at the property, I was welcomed by name—such a personal touch. Tri then escorted me to the Executive Lounge for check-in, where Nadira handled everything with grace and professionalism. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. Every staff member at the lounge greeted me by name, and honestly, it felt like coming home. Spa & Massage: After a long 35-hour trip, I decided to treat myself to a massage—and wow! I haven’t had such a deep tissue massage in a long time. I believe her name was Titin—she was absolutely incredible. She really knows what she’s doing and hit all the right spots. I walked out feeling like a new person. Heartfelt Moments Over Dinner : After massage, I suddenly had a craving for Bakso (Indonesian meatballs), but it wasn’t on the menu. When I mentioned it, the supervisor Roby said, “Don’t worry—I can make it for you.” I insisted I could choose something else, but he replied, “I know how it feels to miss your home food.” That hit me right in the heart. He and his colleague went out of their way to make me feel special—and I’ll never forget that. Thoughtful Breakfast Service: The next day at breakfast, one of the team members - Sofyan and Dian greeted me with a warm smile. Dian mentioned she didn’t see me at dinner last night. It was such a small gesture, but it meant a lot—it showed me how much they genuinely pay attention to their guests. With this kind of service, I’ll absolutely be back—next time, with my family.

We stayed here just one night for fun. They pampered us in each area we visited. All staff asked and remembered our names. Were available to bring towels, show us where we were looking for, or just to bring a treat! What service! We stayed in a regular room…which was plenty amazing. Bathtub with electric shade over the window. Heated toiled seat & self flushing, my favorite kind of luxury. Separate closet area. The shower wash felt like L’Occitan almond oil (but it was a different brand), body lotion smelled nice & felt nice. Good sized shower with rain option. The bed was comfy cozy! 3 pillows each provided. I knew the mosque was loud from hearing it earlier in the day, so I put on a white noise app for sleeping & slept through the night without waking for the first time in a long time. So I give the bed 5 stars. I visited the dry sauna. It was large and I had the place to myself! Nice robe in the locker to use for the shower after. Infused water provided even in the locker room. We visited the club lounge several times. Good food and drinks provided nearly all day long. After dinner I returned to my room & the turn down service had a HOT bath waiting with bubble bath & rose petals! I love a lot bath before bed. That was my favorite surprise!!! We visited the main breakfast on floor 6 in the morning as my husband prefers a huge selection over lounge selection. So many fresh fruit juices and smoothies available. Everything I ate was delicious! Car-free walking right out the front doors each Sunday morning. It was perfect for exercise. They do many marathons & races across the street, so it’s an ideal place to stay if you are a runner!! It is attached to Pacific Place mall. I enjoyed a little shopping & getting in extra steps between all our yummy foods. Nice swimming pool and comfortable pool chairs. There is a gym and spa too, but I didn’t use them. Loved my stay. It was my first time in a Ritz Carlton. I will for sure be asking for more in the future. Great place for a special occasion, romantic time, or just a relaxing night.

I had a pleasant stay at Ritz pacific place. Special thanks to Mr Sofyan who was very welcoming and provided great service and hospitality. The hotel is very strategic and connected to a mall. Lounge food is great.. Definitely very recommended.

This was my second time staying at the Ritz Residence, and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. Special thanks to Korine for helping arrange my reservation – everything went smoothly! I loved the spacious room, which made the stay extra comfortable. On the first day during check-in, I was given access to the Club Lounge while waiting for the room to be ready. There, I met several incredibly kind and professional staff members like Anna, Azzahra, Katherine, Ririe who made me feel warmly welcomed right away. The team at Pasola were amazing too, Thanks to Dwi, Ferris, Anissa, Rizky who always made sure we had great a time during breakfast. Just finished a fantastic stay at the Ritz Carlton Pacific Place. The hotel exceeds expectations. The club lounge provides excellent and a variety of food and drinks for all meals throughout the day. The room itself is in excellent condition. What really stands out is the service, which is personal, professional, and friendly! Highy recommended hotel!
