Exceptional Hotel
The hotel location is perfect, all due to the wonderful restaurants in the surrounding area and close to Plaza Andares. Room was exceptional. It had a great view of the city and the blackout window blinds were a plus for a better sleep. Thanks to Mary (Housekeeping), our room was always lean throughout our stay. The restuarant staff is amazing because of the great service METZTLI and REYNA provided during our stay. They both made my spouse and I, feel at home and provided great tasting food. Don't miss METZTLI'S killer bloody mary's!!! The service at the front desk was welcoming. Bryan helped with securing transportation to the airport and Ruben was extremly helpful with luggage assistance. Thank you for a wonderful stay -Reynoso

The power went out -- No compensation
There was no electricity in the morning of my stay. I was made late for all of my morning meetings. The curtains were unable to open so I was in complete darkness. Due to no electricity, the water was not running. I had to wait for the power to kick back on before I could take a shower and get ready for my meetings.

Our new favorite spot in GDL
This is now our favorite spot in GDL. Location is beautiful and safe; excellent, well appointed room; exceptional service. Our only complain was a rather noisy place accross the street that played super loud music until 3am. You couln't hear the music, just the loud base. Next time (we hope to visit GDL again and again) will ask for a room away from this particular street. The breakfast buffet was well appointed and plentiful.
