Poor experience 😢
Very poor experience at the Ritz Carlton Jeddah 1. Room Plugs and coffee machine were not working on arrival to our room. Took three different people before the issue was finally resolved. 2. Very noisy at night due to the interconnected room door and poor acoustics. 3. Ladies cannot use the spa facilities. 4. Breakfast service was very poor. We waited over 30 mins for a coffee and water to arrive after asking several waiters. We were so disappointed we left and went to another hotel for the rest of our vacation in Jeddah. Were promised a refund of our remaining nights in writing by the hotel customer experience manager, only for the reservations team to then refuse any refund a few days later. Terrible and unethical treatment. Stay well clear is my best recommendation! 👎
