The best hotel in jeddah, great service, very clean, the service is very very good, the front desk staff are very professional ( abdullah and the team) in addition to this, the call prior the arrival is very helpful and welcoming, special thanks for ms. Assail for her professionalism and enthusiasm to help the guests she is very professional and helpful. For the last 4 years all my visits to jeddah are at the Ritz Carlton, and I will keep being a loyal costumer as long the great team remains there and keeping up the great service.

Our stay was truly exceptional, made even more special as we were celebrating our honeymoon. I had the pleasure of coordinating with the Guest Relations Manager, Ms. Bayader, who thoughtfully arranged every detail for this occasion well in advance of our arrival. Her care and attention, along with the outstanding efforts of the entire team, made our experience truly unforgettable. My sincere appreciation and thanks to all the staff.
