Excellent hospitality, I was upgraded to the Royal suite where you feel you are in heaven 😊 Very grandly team, clean rooms and facility. Will definitely visit again and recommend it to all my friends and family.

Staff are amazing espcially at the concierge , the lady there was very helpful and made my Umrah a very easy one may God bless her, also Asayel from guest relations and people at the breakfast all were awesome ... a big Thankyou ! to the driver Adil , he knew his way around and made my stay very comfortable .

It’s a great location. The grounds and building are impressive. The staff was amazing. We had mistakenly booked the week ahead and they worked with us and resolved issue. Breakfast was excellent and we very much enjoyed our stay. We will be back!
