The Ritz-Carlton Jeddah

Had a great stay at this hotel, great location basically around lots of places.

Very poor experience at the Ritz Carlton Jeddah 1. Room Plugs and coffee machine were not working on arrival to our room. Took three different people before the issue was finally resolved. 2. Very noisy at night due to the interconnected room door and poor acoustics. 3. Ladies cannot use the spa facilities. 4. Breakfast service was very poor. We waited over 30 mins for a coffee and water to arrive after asking several waiters. We were so disappointed we left and went to another hotel for the rest of our vacation in Jeddah. Were promised a refund of our remaining nights in writing by the hotel customer experience manager, only for the reservations team to then refuse any refund a few days later. Terrible and unethical treatment. Stay well clear is my best recommendation! 👎

All Staff are friendly and serviable attentive to guests requests and very polite. . As well as bell-mans and private drivers.. experience was excellent and wish them the best of luck!

Their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made the stay even more memorable. It’s rare to find a team that consistently delivers such a warm and personalized experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and exceptionally clean. Every area is well maintained and gives you a sense of comfort and luxury at the same time. The rooms, facilities, and overall atmosphere truly reflect the high standards of the Ritz-Carlton brand. The food was also excellent. The quality, presentation, and variety were all impressive, making every meal enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton Jeddah to anyone visiting the city. The combination of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service makes it a truly special place. I look forward to coming back again soon.
