Excellent hotel, close to centre of St Helier. Staff are fantastic and attentive. Breakfast is very good, cooked fresh and served to your table, you also have a continental selection. Pool is small but nice surroundings. Spa was amazing. All in all we would definitely return.

First the positives. Staff lovely and friendly, helpful and informative. Breakfast was fantastic, great choices, freshly cooked to order but there was continental available if you prefer. The restaurant that isn’t the Michelin part was ok, the Michelin restaurant Bohemia laid on a variety of dishes unusual but tasty. We had the tasting menu, alternative menu available. Staff in both areas friendly and attentive. Room was deluxe, good size and clean, shower was lovely and powerful but to note you need to step into the bath for showering. Bed comfortable good size and good size tv. Room had aircon. Pool area that is outside is small with an unheated pool and a few sunbeds. The indoor pool has no real seating area but steam rooms. Good location 8 minute walk to shops, bus station and liberation square. Now not so positive there are areas of the hotel that appear to need a refresh as they are looking tired. There was some rubbish by the pool that was there for a few days. Grating by pool was not laying down flat. There was seagull droppings on the balcony bar that remained there for the duration of the stay. Maybe needing a greater eye for detail.

Very poor experience. Not one smile from staff. Room very tired. For a hotel with supposed Michelin rating, the bistro was a very poor experience, plates with finger marks. Smoke salmon wet and covered in vinegar from cucumber and fennel.

Having stayed at other hotels in Jersey I would say I didn’t feel i belonged here as I did say I was gluten free before arrival, so to have nothing in the room, or certain things at breakfast I’m not allowed to have I don’t feel is good enough for hotel with a Michelin starred restaurant attached to it. Why do sausages for instance have to be glutened!! It’s easy if you think about it to be inclusive for everyone! Loved the welcome at the desk, we were offered Prosecco which was brought up to our room. The bed was so comfortable, big, and the pillows dreamy comfortable!! Slept so well! It was great to have robes & slippers, to walk around the hotel, from our room to the pool areas. We managed to sit around the outdoor pool before the weather changed but saw the leaves gathering and the wind blowing them in. The indoor pool was lovely, and the jacuzzi area. Being close to St Helier was great with many pubs and places to eat! We moved on to the seaside next for a completely different experience.

Just returned from a week in this hotel. Firstly, the staff here are just fantastic. Always smiling, polite and helpful. We had the deluxe double room which was really spacious, loads of hanging space, good Aircon and a hugggggge king bed. We were overlooking the pool so was really quite (apart from when they put the fountain on between 8am and 5pm in the pool! Although didn't ruin anything). The breakfast was decent with some fantastic cooked options and a pretty good continental choice. Only thing for us was that you could see places where it just needs some attention, the bathroom had some water stains above the bath/shower combo and pool had plenty of missing tiles and floating dead insects and leaves in constantly. It was in a great position to walk into St Helier each day with the bus station at most 10 minute quiet walk away. We did eat in the Bohemia restaurant, one day in the Michelin starred part where the food was just fantastic and again, service was spot on. The bar menu we felt was slightly overpriced. Would definitely stay again

We knew your reputation was excellent, but we didn't realise how exceptional the service would be. Friendly and informative, everyone was great and went "the extra mile" to make our stay perfect.

Excellent experience! We stay in hotels on a monthly basis all around the UK and the world and not many match the experience of the Club & Spa! Staff service is excellent, cannot fault it. Well done, we wish more hotels were like you!
