The Club Hotel & Spa Jersey

Fantastic hotel!! Just had a lovely long weekend away with my two daughters, we stayed at The Club and it was brilliant. The hotel staff can’t do enough for you, so friendly, helpful, attentive & obliging. The breakfasts are second to none with a fabulous choice and served by fabulous waiters. Thoroughly recommend the hotel, very clean and good location for beach, bus station, town of St Helier and cafes, pubs & restaurants. Had a Spa day package and the ladies were lovely there too. Thank you for a memorable trip.

Stayed at the Club for 3 nights with my boyfriend. The staff were very friendly and the room nicely decorated and with good tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast at the hotel was good (continental and individually cooked breakfast options rather than a buffet). We tried the spa and that was well kept and relaxing. There could have been more plug sockets / USB charging points in the room (only one point for this in the room) and extra pillows in the cupboard as they were a bit soft. Enjoyed our stay and would look to stay again when in Jersey

Good location walking distance of high street. Indoor sea salt pool - steam room.Kettle,fridge and hairdryer in room. Down pillows & duvets. Bath/shower water pressure and temp good. Bathrobes/slippers provided. Spa treatments were expensive. We didnt eat breakfast so cant comment. We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed the 70’s decor/upbeat music.

My friend and I spent NYE and a few days after at this hotel. The NYE dinner and entertainment was amazing, staff were super efficient and overall we had a great stay. Sadly there are just some elements of the hotel experience which need to be reviewed. Housekeeping was very poor, had to on several occasions ask for towels, tissues, toilet roll, as these were missed during room cleanup on several days and the WiFi was dire. Reception not always staffed so had to wait 15 minutes to pay bill check out bill. Definitely not a 5*. But we would return to access the restaurant.

On arrival we were greeted by the wonderful concierge who I’m embarrassed to say I can’t remember his name but he was Welsh so I’m sure you’ll know who I’m referring to, he is very passionate about the hotel and showed us around the hotels excellent facilities. We had 2 delicious meals at the hotel during our stay but not at the Michelin starred restaurant. An immaculate hotel in the heart of the capital with wonderful staff.
