Inbal Jerusalem Hotel

Unfortunately, several aspects of our stay did not meet the level of quality we expected from The Inbal Jerusalem Hotel. Our first disappointment occurred upon arrival. We arrived with large suitcases and a cranky toddler after a long flight, and no assistance was offered with our luggage. While I understand this may not be guaranteed, I have been to many hotels that go above and beyond in that area and some support would have been appreciated. During the week, there were additional concerns. When we entered our room, the sheets and pillowcases on both the king bed and the crib were stained, and the crib itself appeared unclean. Toward the end of our stay, our son woke up with bites on his arm resembling bed bug bites. While I cannot confirm the cause, we have since had to take extensive cleaning precautions at home, getting rid of suitcases and valuable items that were brought with us on our trip. Regardless of what the bites were, the condition of the crib was concerning and this incident would have us reconsider a future stay at the hotel. We also experienced an issue with the bathtub drain, which stopped working while we were bathing our toddler. Maintenance removed the drain and provided a visibly dirty stopper for us to use, which was not an acceptable solution. Other frustrations included receiving an insufficient number of towels after housekeeping, an excessively hot room temperature that disrupted our sleep, and a malfunctioning refrigerator that caused us to discard our toddler’s food. We did enjoy certain aspects of our stay, particularly the excellent breakfast buffet and the hotel’s convenient location. However, we were disappointed that the overall experience did not meet our expectations, and would consider other options for our next visit to Jerusalem.

Faultless in every aspect. Superb staff especially on reception .. big shout out to Mutaz! Everything super clean and calm. Rooms beautiful and very well appointed. Breakfast beautiful and extremely well organised. Efficient and professional. While experience was a delight. We can’t wait to return!

Lovely room with a view, very solicitous staff eager to please, great gym and pool. Bountiful breakfast and Shabbat dinner, and everyone loves the winter soup festival! Always gratifying to be recognized as a returning guest.

I recently stayed at the Inbal for three nights. I have stayed there many times before and though I once had a bad experience about 8 years ago my recent stays there over the last 5 years have been very good. It seems like they have upped their game to ensure a quality customer experience. The staff are always pleasant and professional , the food is good and the room I had (deluxe room ) was clean and nicely appointed. I also took advantage of the pool that is covered with a bubble during the winter. If you want to stay in a nice hotel without paying King David prices ,this is the place for you.
