Inbal Jerusalem Hotel

I recently stayed at the Inbal for three nights. I have stayed there many times before and though I once had a bad experience about 8 years ago my recent stays there over the last 5 years have been very good. It seems like they have upped their game to ensure a quality customer experience. The staff are always pleasant and professional , the food is good and the room I had (deluxe room ) was clean and nicely appointed. I also took advantage of the pool that is covered with a bubble during the winter. If you want to stay in a nice hotel without paying King David prices ,this is the place for you.

The hotel is a wonderful place: the staff -- every single member -- are friendly, energetic, professional and eager to please. Rooms are spacious and well kept up. Food is delicious and plentiful.

An amazing hotel experience- best food, service, ambiance, cleanliness and all around experience. Their hotel staff do everything to accommodate guests and are always attentive. Rooms are clean and beautiful....and spacious too. The food is best in all of Jerusalem,

The hotel is beautifully renovated. We had all of our meals in the hotel restaurant over Shabbat. The buffet was amazing.

Same Time Next Year, Again and Again… It’s now January of 2026 and AGAIN here am I sitting in the gorgeous, stunning and comfortable lobby of Inbal Hotel, my “home away from home” in Jerusalem! I just read my review from January of 2025 and it sums up everything in a nutshell! In addition this place gets better and better each year! The customer service is so excellent! From the front desk, to housekeeping to dining every staff member is amazing, kind, thoughtful and caring! My room is gorgeous and so comfortable! Wish my vacation could last indefinitely. Unfortunately I am leaving Jerusalem and Inbal tomorrow. Inbal is fabulous, the best! Like the Alan Alda movie, “Same Time Next Year” I have a date with Inbal Destiny for January of 2027!
