This hotel is in my top five best hotels. very clean and neat. The team is very kind. The the food and coffee was fresh, and tasty.

It’s not a five star experience.

The breakfast buffet is just OK. The salmon was not high quality, the shakshuka was ice cold. I couldn’t eat it. The jachnun on Shabbat was inedible. The salad and bourekas were good. Housekeeping doesn’t always refill the coffee pods in the room and I had to call up ask for new pods when they were empty. Other five star hotels in the immediate area on Emek-offer true five star cuisine and service. On arrival there was a box of 2-3 dates. This is the first hotel I stayed out where there was no fruit or cake or snack left in the room on Friday for Shabbat.

An utterly horrible experience - please read.

I am writing this review, whilst nearing the end of our stay in the Inbal. We have been here for 5 nights - with one more remaining. Every single day has been riddled with ongoing mistakes - we are beyond exhausted. What compounds this, is Management’s appalling defensive attitude to everything - they are rarely ‘wrong,’ and the manner by which they have spoken to us constantly just utterly disgusting. Specifics like: bothering us when do not disturb is on; entering our room unauthorised; failing to rectify a hazardous leaking shower; showing us ‘upgraded’ rooms that clearly were not; presenting alternative rooms in an unfit state; sirens going off in the Hotel at 6am deemed a ‘mistake;’ giving us dining information that clearly was in-factual; long lags in time for basics to be delivered - I could go on, but won’t here. This is just a mere snapshot of our appalling experience - we will never, ever step foot in this Hotel again. And just in closing, I wrote and addressed an initial email to the General Manager here, Mr Rony Timsit, clearly outlining our current predicament. No response - from anyone. Nothing. We have paid A LOT of money to stay at the Inbal Jerusalem - it is not worth an iota of that. In hindsight, we really wished that our booked room was in proper, normal working order - otherwise much of this would not have even occurred. And whilst we appreciate kind tokens/gestures in response, ‘band-aid’ solutions are not at all suffice - sorry. I genuinely and honesty hope my Review serves as a valuable warning for others. Thank you.

Don’t order meals

Terrible food (full board Fri-Sat). In many ways the Inbal is like a 2-star operation taking over a 5-star establishment. If you stay here, eat elsewhere (and bring your own reading light for the room).
