Inbal Jerusalem Hotel

The best hotel in Jerusalem! We have traveled over a dozen time to Jerusalem over the past 10 years and always stayed at 4 or 5 star hotels, but none of them gave us the exceptional feeeling that we had staying at the Inbal. We just returned from our 7 night stay there, and it was one of the few hotels that we actually felt sad that we had to leave. The entire staff is warm, gracious, attentive and helpful. Everyone from the houskeeping staff to top managament have the same positive and friendly attitude that is unmatched at any other Israel hotel where we had previously stayed. It's almost as if you are staying with family (and the family really likes having you there). The property is spotlessly clean, modern and uplifting. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. The restaurants all have great food choices with excellent service. The pool and common areas are beautiful and uplifting. We are heading back to Israel in 6 months, and we will of course be staying at the inbal again. In fact our future trips will also include the Inbal exclusively. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to the Inbal!

Having been here many times, It is nice to see familiar faces. The staff goes above & beyond to welcome guests and try to satisfy their every request. We had a wonderful stay. The breakfasts are marvelous. The lounge food very satisfying. The Friday night & Shabbat Lunches have an amazing variety of food and cuisines. Desserts are stunning.

The Inbal Hotel exceeded my expectations. The lobby was warm and inviting with the most beautiful scent permeating through the air. My room was immaculate and tastefully decorated with an updated bathroom and a nespresso machine to make my morning coffee. The staff were all welcoming and Lior was especially helpful in arranging taxi rides and providing information about where to find flowers to buy near the hotel.

Hotel is clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. We were able to walk to many of our destinations. Staff is friendly and attentive, always willing to help. Breakfast buffet was certainly a highlight! In house options for lunch and dinner were very helpful and convenient. We also used the workout room daily to help us stay in our routine. Pool is large, heated and clean.

Room Service is excellent The beds were very comfortable. The staff are very attentive to needs of guests. Breakfast is outstanding with a large choice of both hot and cold options. Friday night dinner is the highlight of the week. There is an excellent choice of fish and meat dishes hot and cold.
