Again, an incredible stay at Mamilla
Our stay at the Mamilla Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Kotel and the heart of Jerusalem, making it the perfect place to experience the city. What truly made our stay special was the incredible hospitality, especially from the front desk manager, Faris. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always greeting us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. His attention to detail and willingness to help with anything we needed made all the difference. Beautiful Experience
We stayed at the Mamilla Hotel for my first trip to Israel, and it truly made the experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and effortlessly luxurious. A special mention goes to Mark at the reception, who was absolutely incredible. He was kind, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. His warmth really set the tone for our stay and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The hotel itself is beautiful, perfectly located, and has an amazing atmosphere that blends comfort with elegance. It was the ideal place to stay while exploring Jerusalem with my boyfriend, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Israel for the first time or returning again.

Great vacation in Jerusalem
We had an amazing weekend in one of the best hotels in Israel. Everything, from the room to the gym and spa were at the highest standards. The staff was very helpful and kind. Especially I would like to single out Mark at the reception who was extremely helpful to us. The breakfast was very good and fresh.
