Outstanding Mamilla Hotel Jerusalem Experience
I have been on the road weekly for business for 15 years, staying at 4 and 5 star hotels, but my stay at The Mamilla Hotel in Jerusalem ranks overall as my best experience ever. The hotel is a beautiful combination of modern and historic architecture, the food was excellent- not an easy feat on Passover, where anything leavened is not permitted- and the service was unsurpassed in all my hotel experience, beginning with Mohammed at reception, and continuing with every person making our stay a very pleasant one. I even got to practice my limited Arabic. Great location, too!

Extraordinary front desk at Mamilla Hotel
One expects a high level of service at a luxe hotel; at the Mamilla several people rose way above what we expect. Mark, a Front Desk Manager, was at once professional, efficient and welcoming. As war broke out and the airport closed, he anticipated our challenges and found solutions. He quickly arranged our longer stay and enabled us to be comfortable during a stressful period. He guided us to a pharmacy which handled unexpected RX needs.his fluency in English was very helpful. Mark is a standout on a team of exceptional hospitality professionals.

Beautiful amazing hotel. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating but Mark at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay the best hotel experience in Israel.
