Extraordinary front desk at Mamilla Hotel
One expects a high level of service at a luxe hotel; at the Mamilla several people rose way above what we expect. Mark, a Front Desk Manager, was at once professional, efficient and welcoming. As war broke out and the airport closed, he anticipated our challenges and found solutions. He quickly arranged our longer stay and enabled us to be comfortable during a stressful period. He guided us to a pharmacy which handled unexpected RX needs.his fluency in English was very helpful. Mark is a standout on a team of exceptional hospitality professionals.

Great location and front desk support
Location is fantastic… close to the old city and fun neighborhoods, restaurants, and shops in west Jerusalem. Mark at the front desk was particularly helpful and saved my bacon with transport from the airport.
