Great location and front desk support
Location is fantastic… close to the old city and fun neighborhoods, restaurants, and shops in west Jerusalem. Mark at the front desk was particularly helpful and saved my bacon with transport from the airport.

Mamilla hotel experience with Mohamed
The ultimate luxurious experience. Wow. Mamilla hotel is sophisticated. Supervisor Mohamed gave us an exceptional service. He checked in with us every day to see if we are enjoying our stay, we had complimentary surprises from the hotel to our room a fruit platter and wine. The hotel is outstanding. Super nice staff and coordinated supervision. We felt so royal. Absolutely 5stars. Definitely top notch experience. Thank you . We really enjoyed.

Wonderful staff
Such a friendly and personable staff. The whole staff was very professional, often a rarity this area. Especially supervisor Faris and waiter Omar. They made the experience. And, of course, a fun location and a design aesthetic that works with the beauty of Jerusalem instead of compete with it.

Perfect Family Experience!
We had a wonderful stay at the Mamilla Hotel. The location is perfect, the atmosphere is elegant, and everything felt high-quality and well maintained. The staff were extremely professional and welcoming throughout our visit. A special thank you to Mark at the reception — he was truly outstanding. Friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. His service made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommended, and we look forward to coming back!
