Mamilla Hotel

When we registered Mark, the person that registered us was amazing. He was very professional. Did a great job. Make it very easy for us to register. We had problems with the room, but he fixed it and we were very happy with our stay. Sure we’ll come back to see Mark again

Mark at the reception desk was exceptional!!! When we asked how to take the train to the Mechane Yahuda Market, he explained how to purchase a card for the train, gave directions to the station then gave us his own train card he said he was no longer using. He said he didn’t know if any fare was left on the card but we could validate it at the station and add to it if needed. To our pleasant surprise, there was enough fare left on it for one round trip!! Thank you Mark!!! On returning this evening, we asked what time hotel check-out was as we wanted to spend most of tomorrow here before heading to Tel Aviv. We were willing to leave our luggage in the lobby while touring our last day here, but he arranged for us to have late check out!! He went out of his way to make everything perfect for us!! A big thank you for his exceptional service!! Exceptional hotel overall!!

We only stayed one night at the Mamilla, but it was a really wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful and they upgraded us to a suite free of charge. The room was very comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent and very central to everything we needed. Due to the location, it was a bit noisy at night. Would definitely stay again!

I traveled to Jerusalem with my business partner and family and the hotel has a litttle bit of something for everyone. Location is great, the staff is wonderful and the property is beautiful. Truly felt like a five star experience especially from all the staff at the front desk and especially Yatreb and the concierge Stéphane. If you go to the spa you have to get a massage from Uri, all three of our group couldn’t believe how Uri was able to tailor the massage to each of our needs without having to mention a thing. There were a couple hiccups during our stay but the issues were promptly resolved and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Excellent property, I would highly recommend and I look forward to returning again soon.
