The Mamilla Hotel is exceptional in every sense of the word. It has a prime location on cosmopolitan Mamilla Avenue. A gentle stroll will bring you to the Jaffa Gate of the Old City. The ancient history of Jerusalem is at your doorstep. The Mamilla Hotel was a safe haven in the midst of the war with Iran. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that everyone was protected. I’m filled with gratitude towards the entire Mamilla team for demonstrating genuine compassion. The level of care was extraordinary. Special thanks to Rachel Varnai, Director of Guest Relations and Delegations, Faris, Hamza, Hamzeh, Mark, Mohamed, Osama, Samer, Stephane, Yatreb, and the entire Front Desk team. You are phenomenal. The quality of food at the Mamilla Hotel is magnificent. Each morning a sumptuous breakfast buffet awaits you with a superb dining staff attentive to your every need. One has the option of dining al fresco in a beautiful courtyard that evokes peace and tranquility. The array of food on Shabbat is all the more spectacular. I also dined on Shabbat at two other well-regarded hotels in Jerusalem. While each buffet was wonderful, the Mamilla’s was by far the best. The restaurants at the Mamilla Hotel are incredible. The rooftop has sweeping panoramic views of the Old City walls. The Happy Fish restaurant is a source of joy. They have such mouthwatering dishes. The aesthetic of the hotel is beautiful. The design of the lobby is of note. It unites ancient and modern Jerusalem. I loved every detail of my room. It was exquisite. I can’t speak highly enough of the Mamilla Hotel. I look forward to many future stays. It truly is a home away from home in Jerusalem.

Mark at the front desk has a warm, welcoming vibe with positive energy and is pleasant to engage with. He truly made the stay exceptionally pleasant. Always checking in to see if you need anything or making sure that everything is running smoothly. It gave our family the security that we had someone trustworthy at the hotel to take care of all our needs. From booking taxis, restaurants, and organizing a quick service for the room. Thank you, Mark, for an amazing stay!

We needed a calm escape and Mamilla Hotel turned out to be perfect for it. The hotel is with its white Jerusalem stone and the architecture style is impressive from the inside and outside. Thought the restaurants were closed on Shabbat in the restaurant the large room, the impressive bath room, tab, the indoor pool and sun deck made up for the lacking. Also, the service in the hotel was so good!! We felt very welcomed and at ease. Faris at the front desk made our stay even better with his kindness and attention. Thank you also Mark from front desk for your help and kind service! We will definitely be back.

I want to commend the hotel team. The Director of Guest Relations was fantastic. I was a solo business traveler staying under unique circumstances. She continued to check on me above and beyond her duties even offering access to her if needed during her days off. Really a special team, including the attentive front desk. If you are staying in Jerusalem, I highly recommend. I had been in country working for a couple of weeks and this was the perfect spot to take a few days off to rest and relax with their beautifully designed rooms, well situated location and terrific brunch. Highly recommend.
