Mamilla Hotel

The experience was excellent . The staff was really incredible on all fronts!. Orly is a true leader along with Samar, Asem, Rachel, Rania , George.

I loved my stay at Mamilla. This hotel is a beautiful mix of character, charm, elegance and warmth. It is a mid size hotel which makes the service feel more personal and welcoming. It is design focused and has interesting artefacts and a trendy minimalist vibe. The bedroom was spotlessly clean with great blackout blinds and very quiet. The bathtub is huge and the Bulgari toiletries are a nice touch. There is plenty of wardrobe space. We had a chocolate cake in a presentation tin on our table with a bottle of wine which was lovely although this could be because our stay was over a holiday period. The bed is very comfortable and the turndown service is appreciated. The rooftop deck has a great view of the Old City with sun loungers and a water fountain. We didn’t manage to see sunset up there but it must be beautiful. Breakfast was outstanding even by Israeli standards and the dining room is light and airy with views over the courtyard. Service was attentive and friendly. Location could not be better, right at the entrance to Mamilla Mall and a short walk through the mall to the Old City. Stephane on the front desk was very helpful and gave us a late checkout. I would love to stay here again and definitely recommend it for a luxurious and calm stay just steps away from the hustle and bustle of Jerusalem.

For the Rosh Hashana Holidays I rented 3 rooms (2-family suits) for 2 nights and one room for 3 nights, The dinners started at 20:30 and the children were hungry and could not stay that hours. The Hotel Manager promised we could enter at 19:30 and said she would be there to verify but she did not arrive and we had to argue with the local staff. The lunch at the rooftop restaurant was terrible. We paid almost NIS 750 per person at an unbearable hot with only very few cool systems. The food was on the tables under the extreme hot weather and the following night and day 3 children and 2 adults had gastroenteritis with diarrheas and vomiting. We therefore left the Hotel Saturday morning instead of Saturday evening. At one "deluxe" room the light over the shaving mirror did not work and in spite repeated request nobody replaced it and it was very difficult to shave. Also, in the bathroom signs of mold in the walls. The gym was opened only from 08:00 and therefore we could not use it due to the fact that we came with children. If only the Gym was opened earlier, we could go there. The indoor pool was very cold, and we could not enjoy from it. The children playroom was a lot of mass and children could not play there. It was a "Holiday" vocation which we said - never again in this Hotel.

Amazing location, great breakfast and a room we loved! The entire staff at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer! Helpful and eager to take care of all our needs! We dealt with Rachel , faris and Sami and so many others … All so helpful! Steps away from mamilla mall and so convenient to the kotel! Our room… The mamilla suite is the perfect room! Nice and bright! Thanks again for making our stay so special 🇮🇱
