Convenient, accommodating and 5 star service.
Great location, nice size rooms, attractive design. Staff, including the concierge Stephane, communicated promptly and went above and beyond our expectations. He gets 5 stars! Our three nights were comfortable, quiet and restful. We will return.

My friends and I recently spent the weekend at the Mamilla Hotel in Jerusalem—an absolute 10/10 experience! We stayed in the executive suite, which was truly amazing, and the service was next-level—something not commonly found in neighboring hotels. A VERY special shoutout to Faris, Hamza, and Yatreb for taking care of us from A to Z. We’ll definitely be back!

Great hotel stay
Mark at the front desk has been great and incredibly helpful. And, the service at the hotel in general has been great. Pool and gym also great.
