Exceptional service from the reception team
We arrived in Jerusalem to celebrate a birthday and spontaneously decided to check into the hotel. From the very first moment, we were welcomed in an incredible way — with professional, kind, and attentive service. Fares and Yatrib the reception team went above and beyond to help us find an excellent room and make our experience truly special. Exceptional service, personal attention, and a wonderfully pleasant experience — unlike anything we’ve had at any other hotel. Highly recommended!

Outstanding Mamilla Hotel Jerusalem Experience
I have been on the road weekly for business for 15 years, staying at 4 and 5 star hotels, but my stay at The Mamilla Hotel in Jerusalem ranks overall as my best experience ever. The hotel is a beautiful combination of modern and historic architecture, the food was excellent- not an easy feat on Passover, where anything leavened is not permitted- and the service was unsurpassed in all my hotel experience, beginning with Mohammed at reception, and continuing with every person making our stay a very pleasant one. I even got to practice my limited Arabic. Great location, too!
