Mamilla Hotel

My first and most exceptional encounter with the Mamilla Hotel was the front desk manager, Hamza. In EVERY aspect of his job, Hamza went well above and beyond any reasonable expectations of a front desk manager. He was incredible in helping us solve unique issues and challenges that would have sent most other FD managers, well, packing. Not only this, but he did it between 1 am and 6:30 am, when most others would have been sound asleep in the back room, not eager to be bothered by needy guests. While many people talk about “doing the right thing” because, well, it’s the right thing to say, not everybody comes through and actually lives it. Hamza did. And did it with a smile. For example, there was a situation where he had to hold his ground and say No. But he did it with such empathy and compassion that one could only accept it as fact. After all, a guy like Hamza wouldn’t try to sneak a fast one by an unsuspecting guest. The Mamilla Hotel should figure out how to bottle Hamza’s great skills and sell them in the open market. Especially today, we can all appreciate that an over abundance of kindness and good cheer—all delivered within fair boundaries—will never hurt any good business. Go stay at the Mamilla Hotel. You won’t be disappointed.

Perfect location. Fabulous “Four Seasons” level service. Incredible breakfast. Wonderful beds and great views. Overall A+ visit. Faris is the do it all front desk concierge. Friendly and helpful and will get whatever you need done. He’s the best. Stefan is awesome too and very helpful. 10/10 experience.

The best! Incredible selection of food, beautiful rooms and superb room service. Everything of the highest quality. A shout out to Mark for giving extra help.

It was great. Stephane is very kind and helpful at the concierge. Location is perfect. Next to the Kotel and to main streets downtown Jerusalem.

The staff at this hotel was great! In particular, Yatreb, the front desk manager, was incredibly helpful when my mom became ill during our stay. She graciously allowed me to contact the doctor from the hotel and make additional phone calls as needed to address the situation. Her support and compassion made a difficult time much easier for us. Stephane (at the front desk) also went out of his way. He walked me to the bookstore so I wouldn't get lost on the way. It was worth every penny.
