Absolute paradise! My first time visiting a Four Seasons resort and I can see why they receive rave reviews. The location of the resort is breathtaking and even if you don't have an ocean view room, it doesn't matter. Each villa is beautifully decorated, well equipped and has a gorgeous private pool and patio area. The food here is was SPECTACULAR - the breakfast buffet is what foodie dreams are made of. Fresh everything and the variety is unimaginable. The Sandura beach club has incredible cocktails and food options, the cabanas were easy to come by and the ocean side location is just amazing. Don't get me started on how unbelievably friendly, kind, caring and hospitable the staff are. I had a chance to visit the spa and also, couldn't say enough about how great it was. You would not be disappointed staying here.

Updated Review: A Rocky Start Redeemed by Authentic Hospitality Our anniversary stay at the Four Seasons Jimbaran began with an unfortunate lapse in service that left us feeling disappointed—especially as this was a rare and meaningful occasion for my wife and me. However, I believe it’s equally important to acknowledge how a resort responds when things go wrong—and in this case, the response was exceptional. Once Mr. Nicolas Senes, the Resort Manager, became aware of the issue, he took full ownership of the situation and personally ensured that every effort was made to restore our experience. Working closely with Mr. Aditya Mehta, Director of Rooms, the team handled everything with sincerity, generosity, and a clear understanding of what true hospitality should feel like. We were thoughtfully upgraded to a breathtaking villa, treated with care and personal attention, and invited to a private dinner that exceeded all expectations. What could have remained a negative memory was transformed into a deeply meaningful and luxurious experience. In the end, what defines a luxury resort is not just flawless execution, but how it handles moments when things fall short. In this case, the team proved that commitment to guest experience runs deep. We leave with our trust restored, and with sincere gratitude.

My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon in Bali, and had the privilege of staying at the Four Seasons Resort in both Jimbaran and Sayan. Staring with Jimbaran, we were welcomed with the warmest hearts and most beautiful villa. We encountered incredible staff who made our stay nothing short of miraculous. We were able to have some conversations and share stories, that they made it seem like home. This experience was breathtaking and a true blessing. I can’t want to go back!

We stay in Bali during 16 days and change stay in 04 different hotels. So far For Seasons were the best experience that we had. The break fast is amazing , room very very clear but the service was amazing. Everyone knows your name, knows what you like and they really care about you. during this trip, we stay in St Regis as well, but Four Seasons was much better than all.

We had an outstanding stay at The Four Seasons Jimbaran Bay. For reference, I have traveled to over 50 countries and stayed in countless luxury properties (Four Seasons, Aman, Mandarin, Rosewood, St. Regis, Peninsula, Raffles). This was my 18th (and counting) Four Seasons property, and I rarely (if ever) write reviews, but I am sufficiently inspired. The staff were incredible and the facilities were in top notch shape, which was impressive given that the resort has been here for over 30 years (and I believe is the longest standing FS property in Asia). My highlights are below, but if you don't want to read the review, just stay here, you'll thank me later. Service: All of the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make sure we were welcomed. They remembered my son's name, attended to our unusual coffee orders with a smile, and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Of particular note, while I have been to some luxury resorts which pare back staff during low season, FS Jimbaran Bay was extremely well staffed, with countless employees attending to every aspect of the resort (even though the hotel was below half full). The hotel has also retained many staff members for decades (Stara, for example who oversees housekeeping has been at the resort for 30 years), which is a very important but often underappreciated factor that helps the resort deliver impeccable consistency. Staff were always on time with buggies to take us throughout the sprawling resort. Evening turndown and housekeeping left the room feeling brand new at all times. The staff even let my son make his own mocktail during an evening guest reception. Many thanks to Yudi, the front office manager, who you would think has been here for years even though he joined less than a year ago (another win for the Four Seasons, and a loss for the Conrad). Facilities: I cannot say enough about how well maintained this resort is. For a property that has been here for over three decades, you certainly wouldn't know it, and the timeless architecture is an homage to the Balinese neighborhoods you see in Ubud and surrounding towns. This is a resort that others have copied elements of but the original stands the test of time. Even though the villas appear to be close to one another they are arranged with complete privacy in mind so you are free to enjoy your own oasis (with a larger plunge pool than I had expected). The staff were kind enough to upgrade our room on arrival to a front row room by the water (it being low season this was perhaps easier to accommodate but certainly appreciated!) The furnishings (chairs, sofas, pillows) are the perfect blend of traditional rattan and wood Asian style with contemporary finishes that make everything feel brand new. There is outdoor space in each room for relaxing in the shade or soaking up the sun. I've posted a few photos for reference. Food and Drink: We ate dinner and lunch at Sundara, the resort's beachfront restaurant, Alu, their poolside quick lunch spot, plenty of room service (breakfast, lunch), and dinner at Jala, their balinese-focused restaurant. We also ate at neighboring resorts (Raffles, Belmond) so we have a decent point of comparison and I would give the vote to the Four Seasons (skip the Belmond entirely). Having been to many resorts where the emphasis is on the property and service with the food an afterthought (this is especially true of properties in the Caribbean), we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the dishes. Both balinese and western dishes were thoughtfully prepared, with local ingredients where possible, and always in consideration of guest dietary restrictions (even though we have none). The cocktails were also fantastic. As an avid enthusiast of drinks and puns, there was something ironic about drinking the "Spirit"ual Healing (quote emphasis is mine), a delicious gin-based cocktail with lychee and grapefruit. I'd have more to say, but the sun is still shining on our last day and my time is better spent enjoying another cocktail and figuring out when I can come back here.
