Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay

We stayed here as part of our babymoon and had a wonderful stay! The villa was spacious and charming, with a plunge pool and lovely outdoor area overlooking the ocean. The service throughout our stay was exceptional - team members remembered us and took care of our every little need. For instance, the team placed a pregnancy pillow in the room without us even asking. Meals in the hotel were also great - especially memorable was Sundara, both for the setting and for the food. The chef was kind enough to accommodate off menu vegetarian requests and those turned out fantastic as well. Overall highly recommend!

We stay here 5 nights after experience the first 5 nights at the Four Seasons Resort Bali At Sayan. So we went from the jungle towards the beach. The resort is huge - it is arranged like a village - we stayed in a Premier Villa (we booked a garden villa but gut an upgrade). The Villa was amazing - huge. The outdoor shower was a nice add-on. Very spacious., The whole resort is very well maintained - lot's of dining options. Like in the Four Seasons Resort Bali At Sayan the staff members were so friendly. Everybody is greeting you with a smile. I'd like to mention to staff members: Era was soll friendly in the breakfast area and Chef Surya at the Jala restaurant. Here we experienced a 4.5 hour cooking class making Balinese food - amazing; we started with a tour though the herb gardens and then prepared together the fresh lunch which we ended with a Balinese Coffee tasting whilst chatting with Chef Surya. Simply great ! We also used the SPA which was also great. Restraurants like the Sundara which beach front view, Jala (small one) and Taman Wantilan (main restaurant and breakfast) are all recommended. One night we just stayed at the TELA and had some really nice - sustainable, zero waste - cocktails - a must visit from our point of of view - either you order some drink from the menu are you just ask for a surprise cocktail - you'll not regret it. Overall, another amazing stay at one of the Four Seasons in Bali.

Amazing location, beautiful property, and great facilities—exactly what you expect from a Four Seasons. But the breakfast is honestly unacceptable for a hotel at this level. Very poor variety, mostly noodles and rice even in the morning, and barely any international options. No proper cheese selection, which is basic for a luxury hotel. I understand including local cuisine, but this is an international brand with international guests. The balance is completely off.

This is the best customer care and service I have ever received in a hotel & we have stayed at plenty top class hotels. The staff are outstanding, every single one. We were made to feel welcomed throughout the resort and nothing was too much trouble. The facilities are excellent and our accommodation was first class. Honestly, do not hesitate to stay here if you value great service, stand out facilities and excellent food. The breakfast in particular was heavenly.

Pros - Sincere, supererogatory, friendly staff who do their utmost to solve any issues very quickly. - Really nice private pool area overlooking the ocean (see photos) - Restaurant food is very reasonably priced and they will make anything you want if it's not available at the time. - Two pool areas and lots of restaurants - Guests behave properly - ie no kids running around screaming, no guests phones on loudspeaker, and no people talking annoyingly loudly in restaurants Cons - The live music wasn't of a high enough standard for the price - The restaurants changed their menu each time we visited which was confusing... for example a set fixed menu with little choice apart sea food was frustrating. The food quality was very good however..
