We had a wonderful stay at Raffles Bali as a family of 4. The villas were very comfortable and we could always retreat to rest and relax. The in-villa pool was amazing. The breakfast was top notch, the staff and very kind and friendly, and always encouraging us to try more tasty items on the menu. They are all excellent at taking care of us, and giving us advice on activities throughout the day, even small gifts on the day of our departure. We were very lucky to have been part of a turtle release activity during our stay, that was very special. The restaurant and pool by the seaside is amazing, a great place to relax, go for a swim, and have a delicious meal. Our big thanks to all the staff, always looking out for us and offering us buggy rides to shield us from the sun. The airport drop-off service was also very helpful, as we had a guide help us navigate the check-in, security and immigration procedure and get us to our gate. Really enjoyed our stay at Raffles with our family, we got a chance to really relax together on this vacation. Highly recommend Raffles Bali to everyone!

From the moment we arrived, you can tell that the hotel puts a great deal of thought into every little detail, making the entire stay feel warm and effortless. The staff were genuinely friendly, and our villa butler was attentive, always making sure everything was taken care of and going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The highlight of our stay was definitely the food. Both dinner and breakfast exceeded our expectations and were absolutely outstanding. Every meal was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and left us completely satisfied. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back on our next trip.
