Our stay at Raffles Bali was truly unforgettable, and what made it exceptional was the people. Indri, our butler, is simply the best. She is incredibly considerate, thoughtful, and always one step ahead of our needs. But beyond the professionalism, she felt like a genuine friend to us. She embodies what true hospitality should be—not just service, but warmth, intuition, and care. Through her, we truly experienced the values that Raffles Bali stands for. Levia Wang also played such an important role in our experience. She went above and beyond to help me plan special dinners and my proposal. Her energy, passion, and attention to detail made everything feel effortless and personal. She is truly someone who cares deeply about creating meaningful moments. I also want to mention the Japanese owner of Raffles Bali—the level of taste and refinement in every detail of this property is remarkable. It’s clear that there is a strong vision behind this place, and I genuinely hope more people will come to discover it. Raffles Bali is not just a hotel—it’s a place where people make all the difference.

Where to even start! If you want a luxurious, quiet property with impeccable service, quality food and beautiful surroundings this is it. Food - we ate at Rumari, the Loloan grill and also had an in villa lunch and a sunset seafood BBQ on our villa deck overlooking our pool and the sea. Service at every location was warm, considered and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious with generous proportions. Rumari & the in villa BBQ featured personalised menus for each of us (7 people). The BBQ was managed by our butler and featured 7 staff members between the chefs and servers. We felt so spoiled. Location - a beautifully tropical and very private oasis. The way the villas are set out on the property means each one feels secluded. It is quite spread out and on a hillside so you either get to walk and enjoy the exercise and lush foliage or what’s app your butler for a buggy ride instead. Service - this is where the Raffles stands out. It’s not just that they have a high ratio of smiling, friendly staff to guests in every service area. It’s the fact they almost seem one step ahead of you, and suggesting something before you even say it! Our butler, Chris was so warm and accommodating. We never felt silly for asking a question or making a request. He was very quick to respond on what’s app. He left us little treats every day. One day when we hadn’t ordered breakfast to our villa, he checked if we wanted any before the kitchen closed. That’s just one example of the kind of thoughtfulness and attentiveness we experienced throughout the stay. We got room upgrade on arrival and it was a total delight and really enhanced our stay. We arrived on my birthday, and there were a dozen red roses in our villa, along with a rose petal display leading to a cake. Such an unexpected surprise! We travel often and to many destinations around the world and this stay was one that will we talk about for years to come as it was such a standout. In fact, we just booked it for my husbands birthday!

We had great time the property is beautiful with astonishing views and the best part was the staff was very polite, sweet & always ready to help seriously loved their hospitality especially Indri our butler was really friendly sweet and she took care of all our needs. Enjoyed our stay. But there is only 1 big flaw is the amount of of mosquitoes i will highly suggest hotel to work on fumigation timing set it and make it a routine cause thats the only red flag else everything was perfect

I stayed in a private villa with an infinity pool that seemed to pour directly into the vast blue ocean. Watching the sunset from that pool, cocktail in hand, was a spiritual experience. The architecture blends traditional Balinese design with modern elegance, creating a space that feels both authentic and contemporary. The culinary journey was equally outstanding. Breakfast served in the villa was a dream, and dinner at the signature restaurant was a masterclass in flavor and presentation. If you are looking for a place to disconnect, recharge, and be spoiled beyond belief, Raffles Bali is the ultimate paradise.

Our three-day stay at Raffles Bali was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly special and cared for. Every detail of our stay was thoughtfully considered, making the start of our holiday together feel effortless and luxurious. Our butler, Sila, was exceptional. He was warm, attentive, and always one step ahead, ensuring everything we needed was taken care of. His genuine hospitality made our experience even more memorable. The villa itself was beautiful—peaceful, elegant, and deeply relaxing. We loved having our own private space, especially the stunning villa and pool, which made it easy to unwind and fully enjoy the surroundings. During our stay we had the chance to enjoy some wonderful activities, including a pottery class and a few games of pickleball, both of which added a fun and unique touch to our time there. The food throughout the resort was also outstanding. One of the most magical moments of our stay was the Purnama Honeymoon Bale dinner on the beach. Dining under the stars with the sound of the ocean was simply perfect and a beautiful way to celebrate 20 years of being together. Raffles Bali created such a special experience for us, and we left with wonderful memories that we will treasure for a long time. We can’t wait to return
