Raffles Bali

The resort is very quiet and private, the villa is beautiful and cozy, the service is unexpectedly good, and the staff are all so nice! Especially our butler Sila!

A Balinese welcome kicked off our Raffles journey. We enjoyed the good service from Yudi and whole team. Nice room, great view, clean pool, and all at hand service make this Raffles stay memorable. My kid really enjoy the pool and facilities in yard. Had a very nice Balinese home visit, all the story telling and arrangements by Indri make this visit fantastic. Talk with local people, learn Balinese culture and heritages gives more meaning to us, especially to my kid. Very impressed on Balinese belief on life and respect all family member’s contribution. We really really enjoyed the in-room dining, not only because the delicious food, but all the supporting team delivered great customer experience with try best to meet our requirements. The 2 restaurants has the best view of Indian Ocean! Overal it’s a great memorable stay in Raffles, the ocean, the beach, the sand, the food, the room setup and most important, the friendly and warm smile people!

this was an all timer for me and my family. the raffles team ensured my family had the best time and they exceeded all of our expectations and could not be more delighted. so much so that we are planning to come back again soon. our personal butler "MR.THOMSON" deserves special praise as he made sure we extremely comfortable during our stay. our entire stay was a breeze and every request was handled with care as we had a 4 year old with us too.

A very special highlight was the butler service, e.g remembering from our visit last year that we preferred a specific type of water and had it prepared in our villa before we even asked. That level of attention to detail is rare and speaks volumes about the care and pride the team takes in creating memorable stays. The hilltop villa was absolute perfection — breathtaking views, complete privacy, beautifully designed, and maintained to the highest standard. Waking up to that panorama each morning felt surreal. The food across all restaurants was outstanding — diverse, beautifully executed, and consistently excellent, with each dining experience elevated by the vision and leadership of Chef Gaëtan and his talented team. Every single aspect of our stay was seamless: service, comfort, atmosphere, and hospitality all working in perfect harmony. Raffles Bali doesn’t just meet expectations — it exceeds them effortlessly. We had a perfect stay from start to finish and there is no doubt at all that we will be returning. Raffles Bali has firmly set the benchmark for luxury hospitality. Highly, highly recommended.

The two short days have not allowed me to fully relax in this unparalleled beach vacation house. I hope I will have the chance to come again.
