The location was perfect for us. Although the resort is surrounded by nature and feels very secluded, it is only about a 5-minute drive to the town area, which was incredibly convenient. The atmosphere was one of the highlights of our stay. It was peaceful, quiet, and we rarely crossed paths with other guests, which gave us an exceptional level of privacy. As for the villa, words can hardly describe it. Every morning when I opened the curtains, I genuinely had to ask myself whether I was dreaming or awake. The views and surroundings were simply breathtaking. Cleanliness was flawless. During my stays at other hotels in Bali, my shower filter would often become dirty within a day. At Raffles Bali, however, it remained completely clean throughout my stay, which speaks volumes about the quality of the water and the resort’s maintenance standards. The service was truly on another level. I have traveled extensively and stayed at many luxury hotels, including other Raffles properties, but Raffles Bali exceeded all of my expectations. The level of hospitality here was unlike anything I have experienced elsewhere. It genuinely felt like a six-star experience. Most importantly, every single staff member we encountered was exceptionally polite, warm, professional, and kind. Their genuine care and attention made our stay even more memorable. I would like to sincerely thank everyone at Raffles Bali for creating such an unforgettable experience. My wife and I have already promised each other that we will return next year. And when we are fortunate enough to have children in the future, Raffles Bali will undoubtedly be one of the first places we bring them to. That is how special this place has become to us. Without a doubt, this was one of the best hotel experiences of our lives. We cannot wait to come back.

We had our wedding at Raffles Bali, and also stayed a few nights at the hotel. It was an amazing experience and we couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience. Special shout out to Sila (our in-house butler) for providing the best service we have ever experienced from a luxury hotel. He took care of not just us, but out immediate family too. Throughout our entire stay, he was attentive, responsive, always willing to take the initiative, go the extra mile and think of solutions to problems we had not thought of. Some small examples include asking the engineering team to bypass the air conditioning temperature limit for the room (to accommodate a large number of guests during the tea ceremony), decorating the room during our wedding night, and preparing thoughtful departure gifts. We have nothing but praise for him, and strongly hope he can be recognized for his outstanding level of client service and go far in his career at Raffles. The breakfast at the hotel at Rumari restaurant was fantastic, and we were served by Dika and Lani who were great. Lastly, we encountered challenges during the wedding process, usually due to miscommunication or expectation misalignment. Huge credit to Bernadine and Debby for being willing to listen to our feedback, take it constructively, and make the necessary adjustments to ensure our overall stay and experience was nothing but the best. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Raffles Bali was exceptional from beginning to end. The private villa was stunning, the breakfast and lunch were outstanding, and the team graciously accommodated both an early check-in and a late check-out, making our stay even more enjoyable. What truly sets Raffles Bali apart, however, is its people. At around 2:00 a.m., one of my travel companions suddenly experienced difficulty breathing. I immediately sent a WhatsApp message to our dedicated butler asking for help, and within just five minutes, a car arrived at our villa. The team quickly assisted her, took her to the hospital emergency room, and helped her throughout the emergency treatment process. During what was a frightening and stressful situation, the staff showed remarkable compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. Their calm support and reassuring presence made all the difference, providing comfort and confidence when we needed it most. The true measure of a luxury resort is how it responds when guests need help most, and Raffles Bali was simply extraordinary. While the beautiful private villas, exceptional dining, and world-class facilities were all unforgettable, it was the kindness and humanity of the staff that left the deepest impression on us. We are deeply grateful to the entire team, and without hesitation, recommend Raffles Bali as one of the finest luxury resorts we have ever experienced.
