Raffles Bali

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Raffles Bali and had a truly flawless stay from start to finish. Our butler, Chris, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire trip, making everything feel effortless and well taken care of. Every part of the experience was excellent—from the breakfast, to our fine dining experience at Rumari with its amazing menu, to the wonderful in-house photographer who helped capture such special moments for us. The whole property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and clearly very well managed. We also ended our stay with a spa session, and it was absolutely perfect and deeply relaxing. Thank you, Raffles Bali, for making our anniversary celebration so memorable.

From the moment we arrived, Raffles Bali set the tone for what would become one of the most memorable stays we’ve had. The airport escort was seamless — guided through immigration with ease and greeted by a car stocked with snacks and water. A small touch, but one that signals exactly the kind of property you’re about to check into. Henri Arnulphy, the General Manager, came to our table on the very first evening to introduce himself and check that everything was to our liking. It’s the kind of genuine, unhurried hospitality that’s increasingly rare, and it set the standard for everything that followed. Every single member of staff greeted us by name throughout our stay — never once feeling scripted or forced — which made us feel genuinely welcomed rather than simply processed. Our room was beautifully appointed with several outdoor seating options, and housekeeping was exceptionally attentive — cords neatly coiled, fresh fruit replenished daily, and the minibar stocked with ample complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic drinks, refreshed without fail. Bottled water was always plentiful, and the pool was at a perfect temperature throughout. Linens were generous and consistently pristine. Butler service was a particular highlight. Krishna, our butler had a complete handle on every booking we had made, proactively confirming details and ensuring everything was exactly as we’d requested. That kind of behind-the-scenes coordination is what separates a good stay from a great one. The food and cocktails were excellent across the board. We particularly loved that each bar offered its own distinct bar snacks — a thoughtful detail that kept things feeling fresh rather than formulaic. The Lunar New Year dinner was a genuine standout, a special evening executed with care. The massage on our last day was wonderfully relaxing and rounded out the experience beautifully. We’re already looking forward to trying the new Raffles Sentosa property in August. If it’s anything like Bali, we know we’re in for something special.

It's good that near to airport. And all atmosphere is calm, clean and quiet. For the room classic and I like the depth of swimming pool. And all the staff in raffles are kind. Very good hospitality I ever met. Valuable to stay in here. Next time I would be come again. Special Thanks to general manager Henry who details cares about our stay. The values of integrity, community and respect, together with a desire to strive for better is reflected at every touch point in this hotel. We loved the faultless service, food offering, hospitality, groundskeeping, facilities, activities and thoughtful staff. There was little reason to leave the hotel over our four night stay. This is a place to come to rest, relax, and rejuvenate in a space that is respectful of privacy and willing to indulge your every whim - which is so rarely afforded in our busy lives. We absolutely loved dining at the Rumari restaurant and savouring Chef G,’s passion and enthusiasm for all things food. We hope to return next year.
