Raffles Bali

The location is excellent, 5 minutes to Beach Jimbaran. We had stayed for 3 nights, it’s not necessary for us to go out for other entertainment since the facilities in the resort are already good enough to wile away the time. The butler service is excellent that they are very detail-minded. Our butler, Sila, remembered all the things we said, like where we want to have a romantic dinner, he immediately proposed one the best restaurant on the Beach Jimbaran, and he helped us to make a booking as well as arrange the travel for us. We are much appreciated that he is such a thoughtful person. In addition, this is my girlfriend’s birthday trip which i have mentioned to the resort, all the staff will recognise us and they will know it’s my girlfriend’s birthday. They keep giving surprises to her and saying happy birthday to her, made her feel like she is the center of the world on that day. And I am so glad to see that, I would like to say thank you to all the staffs in the resort. Besides the services, the facilities and the room are excellent. We lived in an ocean view villa with one bedroom, it’s a huge villa that approximately 5,000 square feet with a garden and a private swimming pool. There is an outdoor shower connected to the bathroom so that we no need to make the dining room wet which is one of the entrances of the swimming pool. We had spent a whole afternoon in our garden and swimming pool to chill and relax. And the resort lavishly provided us a 60 minutes spa for both of us, and an afternoon tea set for us during our stay. I have so much to say, but I’m honestly speechless. You all just need to experience it for yourself.

​Visited as an Accor Platinum. To be completely honest, I had my doubts at first. Considering the steep price tag, I couldn’t help but wonder, "Will it really deliver that level of satisfaction?" Spoiler alert: That worry was a complete waste of time. 😅 ​The awe started right from the airport pickup and lasted all the way to our final drop-off. A chauffeur greeted us in a private BMW, perfectly prepped with snacks and drinks inside. ​The room was flawlessly crisp and cozy. Lounging by the ocean-view pool, listening to the birds chirping right in front of us... it was the ultimate recharge for a tired mind and body. 🌴 ​And the breakfast? So dangerously good that you'll want to keep eating even when you're about to burst. The staff's hospitality was incredibly professional and seamless—every single moment felt genuinely touching. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to my personal butlers, Jerikho and Indri, for their exceptional care. ​Here’s the best part: When we checked in, my wife drew the line saying, "This is just a one-time experience." Exactly 24 hours later? "We need to come back here at least once a year." 🤣 ​Even post-checkout, they provided a courtesy guest room so we could rest comfortably right up until our flight. The departure was flawlessly orchestrated too—another BMW transfer to the airport, topped off with a VIP escort and fast-track immigration. ✈️ ​Raffles Bali isn’t just about the stay; the journey there and the journey back are part of the masterpiece. Just writing this makes me want to teleport back right now.

The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered beautiful views that made every moment feel special. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. A special thank you to Bella and Thomson, our butlers, for their warm hospitality and attentive service throughout our stay. The photography session was another highlight of our stay. It gave us beautiful memories.

We are coming to the end of a four-night stay at Raffles Bali in Jimbaran, and the experience was carried, from arrival to departure, by a butler team that anticipated rather than reacted. Buggy transfers around the resort were seamless and never left us waiting, restaurant and spa reservations were arranged the moment we asked, and personal preferences, from bathrobe sizes to in-villa comforts, were remembered without our having to repeat ourselves. The service was warm and personal in a way that is rare even at this tier. The villa lived up to the billing. It was beautifully appointed, completely private, and opened onto a killer view over Jimbaran Bay that we did not tire of once across the whole stay. The food was a highlight throughout, from breakfast through to dinner, and the kitchen handled a no-ginger, no-chilli allergy reliably at every single meal. If there is one area with room to improve, it is housekeeping consistency. The outdoor bale and gazebo seating needed flagging more than once before it was properly cleaned, and the daily turndown, lovely as it is, varied a little from night to night; this evening the lemongrass tea arrived but the accompanying sweet was missing. A few small touches would lift things further still, such as tidying and fastening the tangled cabling around the villa, which the better properties, the St Regis and the Oberoi among them, handle neatly with cable ties. None of that took the shine off a memorable holiday. The butler service, the villa, and the food more than earn the score, and we would happily return.

Our stay at Raffles Bali was an unforgettable and magical experience: First, the hilltop villa was spectacular; it perfectly faced the beautiful Balinese sunsets with a beautiful infinity pool and a luscious garden. The villa was kept spotlessly clean by the outstanding housekeeping team. They would also leave delightful little touches including an array of herbal teas and traditional cake with a little explanation of what tea it was or cake was made . Our butlers Indri and Sila anticipated our every need and were genuinely warm and caring when providing their service ,they went above and beyond for us and really made our holiday special . In fact, the entire team was incredibly attentive from the moment we arrived. The guest experiences were also remarkable. On offer were activities such as in villa painting classes ,dance classes , meditation and Yoga . We especially loved the botanical tour, after which we were offered a lovely gift, consisting of honey from the stingless bee which is cultivated on site and a map of the grounds . Rumari at Raffles was superb and we had the opportunity to embark on Chef Gaetan’s gastronomical journey (according to our preferences where possible).The in-villa dining was equally exceptional and the private barbecue evening with chefs and waiters was an especially memorable and romantic occasion. Overall, this was the best hotel experience we have ever had and one we would thoroughly recommend
