Raffles Bali

Wow! Just wow! I would rate this a 10-star if I could. With only 32 villas, this is the place for privacy. We never saw another person outside of meals. All of the butlers were fabulous and all chipped in to assist but big shout out to our main butler, Chris. He was there for anything we needed. He brought us food, gave us rides, made sure our room was cleaned or turned down at night and was a great service to us during our stay. We did the In-Villa BBQ and it was tremendous. The chef and wait staff are top notch. We also did the Honeymoon Bale. Our waiter, Wisnu, was so fun and made sure we had the most romantic dinner. We elected to use the photographer for the 30 minutes as it was too beautiful not to capture. We love to look at those photos to remind us of the best vacation we've ever had! I would recommend doing all 3 to anyone staying at Raffles. Raffles-you have a new lifetime customer and our next trip will be to a Raffles location.

Beautiful hotel where all staff genuinely make every effort to make sure your stay is enjoyable

Great ocean view and villa is quite spacious. Enough privacy. Butler team is very professional, our requests were all being promptly attended and were arranged well. We had a really great and comfortable stay, already considering to take whole family to be there again.

Beautiful setting, staff were fabulous and food terrific

The service was top notch and literally felt like home and an extremely relaxing stay. My partner and I visited for our mini moon and it was one of the best stay and experience we received from the entire team. A huge thank you to our butler team and Indri as she was super hands on and very welcoming.
