Our stay at Raffles was an exceptional experience. Not only were the room and facilities outstanding, but the staff’s warm hospitality and prompt service made our stay truly memorable. The food was also delicious, and this is definitely a hotel we would love to return to.

The housekeeper is very considerate and has good 24-hour service. The villa is clean and beautiful. When a better room was available the next day, it was upgraded for us.

We have stayed at many of the world's finest luxury resorts, including Aman, Bulgari, Ritz-Carlton and Mandapa, but Raffles Bali delivered one of the most memorable hospitality experiences we have ever had. Before arriving, I expected a beautiful resort with good service. What I did not expect was service that would completely redefine my expectations. The villa itself was elegant and peaceful, but what truly makes Raffles Bali special is its people. The butler team managed everything through a shared WhatsApp group with remarkable efficiency. Every request was answered almost immediately, nothing was ever forgotten, and every interaction felt warm and genuinely caring rather than scripted. We were also fortunate to be upgraded from a Panoramic One-Bedroom Pool Villa to the Hilltop Pool Villa, which made our stay even more unforgettable. The biggest surprise came on our departure day. The airport transfer was already excellent, but the team also arranged airport assistance that escorted us through check-in and luggage procedures. We thought the service ended after security, but to our surprise, someone was waiting for us again inside the terminal to make sure everything was perfect before saying goodbye. It was a small detail, but it perfectly represented the philosophy of this resort. During our six-night stay, every detail was handled with extraordinary care. Housekeeping, personalized gifts, welcome champagne, thoughtful surprises, and the genuine kindness of every staff member created an experience that felt truly personal. Luxury hotels are often judged by their buildings, villas, or facilities. Raffles Bali reminded us that true luxury is ultimately about people. We will definitely return.

We had the most wonderful experience in Raffles Bali. Everything from the welcome, to the room, to the food to the service was fantastic.
