Umaid Bhawan Palace

Recently we had a great stay at the palace Umaid bhavan in Jodhpur which has been our exceptional experience so far . Entire team of palace management and Taj has made our stay super comfortable and truly an experience like a royal .Aniket and team is fabulous taking care of smallest of details and always sharing elaborative resolutions to our queries.Mr Sikander , amazing energetic gentlemen ,right from the beginning on the palace tour till the last day has taken us and shown us the palace and added special touch to our stay. Mr Dharmender ,Rudresh and team served us delicious food throughout ,Mr.Surendra and Rahul from house keeping and Butler services made birthday celebrations of my daughter super warm and special. Cookie making and moctail making was super fun ! It’s truly an exceptional experience at Umaid bhavan palace in jodhpur which has been made memorable by the team of people who has been truly the host at Umaid bhavan palace !

We stayed at Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jodhpur to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it turned out to be one of our most memorable stays ever. The palace itself is breathtaking, but what made the experience truly special was the warmth of the people. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a beautiful suite, which made the celebration even more special. A big thank you to Mr. Manveer, the manager, for his constant attention and for ensuring everything was perfect throughout our stay. We also had a wonderful private palace tour with Mr. Sikandar Singh, the Guest Relationship Manager and one of the oldest members of the team, whose stories and warmth added so much depth to our visit. Every moment at Umaid Bhawan felt royal and heartfelt — from the hospitality to the little gestures. Truly an unforgettable experience, and we can’t wait to return someday.

Greeted by rose petals music and a marigold garland. Sikander took us for a wonderful tour. Lovely man. Generous service. Karan took great care of us at breakfast. Upgraded to a suite of 4 very comfortable rooms with a fantastic view. Highly recommend. Service throughout the property was exuberant.

The stay at Umaid Bhawan palace is a dream come true, moreover the General Manager, sir Manu Sharma was kind enough... Cannot forget Ma'am Meenu from sales department, who extended their warm welcome, she was extremely sweet and kind. Sangram the duty manager, welcomed us at our checkinn and was very sweet, I cannot forget Mr. Harsh for taking us around the palace and enriching us with the history of the palace. Mr. Harsh was kind enough to dedicate his precious time to us. Truly touched with his welcome gesture. The palace is wel maintained, all the staff is very humble, down to earth, may it be the security staff, the f&b staff, the housekeeping team, chefs etc...Especially Aman, Twisha , and of course the chef, they were very approachable. Aman,Twisha and Saddique,made us feel comfortable and relaxed, took care of our appetite too... I would like to make a special mention of Sikander ji and Jayant(Jayant or Anand not sure of his name,but he was on night duty on 27th) , they gave us a property tour, we could witness the Maharani and th Maharaja Royal rooms truly a blissful moment for us. It was a pleasure and extremely an honour to witness this property. Although the property is sooo massive and glamorous the staff of the hotel are very hospitable and humble, they make sure, as a guest, you too feel Royal and pampered.... That's the beauty of the entire palace. We loved the grand entry and the hospitality bestowed on us and even the other guests tht v interacted with, tht its indeed a Royal experience of a lifetime to be at the palace. Congratulations to the General Manager Sir Manu Sharma, as your entire team is fabulous and are giving an excellent service to the guests under your guidance. We had decided to celebrate my mom's birthday with a trip to Jodhpur and stay at Umaid Bhavan Palace. It was an excellent decision. The property was excellent with its well-manicured lawns and perfectly maintained premises. The right balance of heritage and modern amenities. We were left wanting for nothing more from the hotel property. That being said, the highlight of the stay was not the property but the staff and their service. No doubt, from our multiple stays at Taj, we are accustomed to top-notch hospitality; however, it is very heartening to experience it every single time. The following staff ensured our entire stay was memorable and enjoyable: Saddique Shobhit Parkhee Manisha Rawal Sikandar Twisha Jakhang Chandrashekhar Surendar Berishal Bhom Singh Sagar Ishpreet It is possible that I may have missed a few staff. I will have to figure out a way to ensure that I remember or track every staff that makes a mark in our stay.
