The property itself is breathtaking immaculately maintained, steeped in history, and offering views that make you feel like royalty. Every corner reflects elegance and grandeur, yet it is the people who truly bring this palace to life. A heartfelt thank you to Sikandar, Devanshi Luthra, and Nishu for making our stay so special. Nishu, in particular, deserves a special mention her warmth, attentiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond made a lasting impression on us. It is rare to come across such genuine care and dedication. The housekeeping team, led by Aman, ensured our room was always in pristine condition beautifully maintained and extremely comfortable. What stood out most was the consistency of service. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, every interaction felt personal and thoughtful. Our daughter was absolutely delighted, especially with the lovely welcome decoration arranged for us. The anniversary celebration curated by the team with a beautifully arranged cake-cutting ceremony was elegant, intimate, and truly memorable. These thoughtful gestures are what elevate a stay from great to exceptional. If there is one small area of improvement, it would be the restaurant experience. While the food was good, the service did not quite match the impeccable standards set by the rest of the palace team. That said, this was a minor aspect in an otherwise flawless experience. Umaid Bhawan Palace is not just about luxury, it is about creating moments that stay with you long after you leave. We left with memories we will cherish and a strong desire to return again, perhaps for a longer stay next time to relive the magic. We would highly recommend this palace to anyone looking to celebrate special occasions or simply indulge in an experience that is truly one of a kind. We sincerely hope to be back soon.
