I am from Rajasthan and I have stayed at almost all luxury hotels in Rajasthan, but this was truly the best experience. The grandeur, the service both were exemplary. Mr. Sikander did so many gestures to make us feel absolutely special. Swaroop organized a small Rajasthani gesture for us which was also excellent. The staff left no stone unturned and made sure that we had the best stay, from stepping into the hotel until we left they took care of everything. Also there is lots to do at the hotel like cookie making, mocktail making, palace history tour etc. so make sure to do all the activities when you visit.

Drove from Mumbai to celebrate birthday at the great Umaid Bhawan Palace Jodhpur. We were attended by Mr. Sangram Singh, the duty manager at the Palace. He graciously accepted few of our requests. The Palace welcome makes you feel, the king and queen has arrived. No joking, from the start to end, the Palace is your king/queen residence. Mr. Sikander Singh Bhati at the Palace was always there for us, be it the historic tour and personal assistance, the Palace is incomplete without Mr. Sikander. Mr. Joshi another experienced at the high tea venue. Thereafter, Mr. Swaroop singh surprised us with Birthday celebration cake cutting with a King sword and rajasthani safa made it a glory. The breakfast was really what it calls, do it like a king, at the Bidhari the breakfast was served by Jabbar singh, yet another gem who is just amazingly helpful. Now, comes the great Chef Mr. Shobit Mathur who was just so experienced, you name it and he would present the dish us in a moment with taste come from heaven. In short, each and every single person at the palace was really so experience and respectful. It was one of our best experience so far.

Shortly after, Ms. Navdeep took us on a palace tour that was both informative and absolutely delightful—her knowledge and presentation made the experience even more special. As the evening progressed, we were received by Mr. Rudresh, who ensured we were comfortably seated and well taken care of. Throughout dinner, Mr. Narendar provided exceptional service—he was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond by helping us with beautiful pictures and making sure everything was perfect at all times. The food was outstanding, the drinks were exquisite, and the entire atmosphere—from the aesthetics to the service—was nothing short of regal. To top it all off, Mr. Rudresh and Mr. Narendar surprised us with a complimentary birthday cake, which made the celebration even more memorable. Every detail was handled with such care and elegance. The experience truly lived up to the grandeur of the palace, and we left with hearts full of gratitude and joy.
