We loved our first stay at Umaid Bhawan Palace so much that we decided to come back for a second consecutive year to celebrate my birthday. Honestly, we didn't think they could top our first experience, but the team completely blew us away this time around. From the absolute moment we arrived, it didn’t feel like checking into a commercial luxury hotel; it felt like returning to a home where everyone genuinely knows and cares about you. To start things off on an incredible note, we were surprised with a completely unexpected double room upgrade, which made the entire birthday stay feel remarkably special right from day one. The actual birthday celebrations were nothing short of spectacular. The team put together various thoughtful arrangements throughout the day, but the absolute highlight had to be the Rathore-style cake cutting where they brought out a proper ceremonial sword! It was hands down the best birthday celebration I've ever had, and my family is still talking about it. What truly sets this property apart, though, is the incredible staff who go out of their way to make you feel like family. A huge, heartfelt thank you to Twisha and Manisha from management for coordinating everything so seamlessly behind the scenes. Swaroopji and Sikanderji were absolutely wonderful, providing the kind of warmth and genuine hospitality that makes you feel completely at ease. On the culinary front, Chef Shobit knocked it out of the park—the breakfasts and daily meals were mind-blowingly good, full of authentic flavors and cooked to absolute perfection. And a special shoutout to Siddique, whose attentive and friendly service at the restaurant made every single mealtime a joy for us. Every single department, from the flawless housekeeping crew who kept the room immaculate to the restaurant and property teams, works with a deep level of care. The palace itself is obviously a breathtaking masterpiece, but it’s the people who breathe life into it and give it such a soulful atmosphere. We have officially decided that a trip to this property is going to be an annual pilgrimage for our family. If you want to experience true luxury without the stiff, cold, corporate feel of a standard five-star hotel, this is the only place to be. Best property I have ever been to . Specially the staff was super nice . Sikander ji was very helpful and made sure to show us each and everything at the property . The chef at the property also made sure we get everything to our liking . Definitely coming back soon

We stayed in the Palace to celebrate our wedding anniversary… Taj never disappoints! A property worth staying atleast once in your entire lifetime. Right from the majesticness of the palace to the warmth of the very hospitable staff, everything was perfect. The rooms were royal with a modern touch, giving one the feel of living like royalty. Would love to take a moment to appreciate the very professional staff. Sikander ji who gave us the entire tour of the palace and made sure we did not miss any corner… Swaroop ji who made our anniversary even more special. Mr Karan, for his very warm and cordial demeanor and lastly special thanks to Chef Shobhith Mathur for checking in again and again and presenting us with delicacies that stay on your palate for a long long time. A stay at Umaid Bhawan is worth for its location, its atmosphere, its environment, the lovely musicians, the food, the services, the room, the views.
