Our stay at Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jodhpur, was an absolutely amazing and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt truly royal, and the beautiful palace, its heritage, and the overall hospitality made the stay very special. The service throughout our stay was excellent. Everyone we interacted with was extremely kind, supportive, and helpful. The restaurant manager, the restaurant team, and all the support staff were very welcoming and made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. A special mention to Sikander Singh, who made our experience even more memorable. He personally helped us explore and understand the Umaid Bhawan Palace and gave us a wonderful tour of the property. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, and also took some amazing photographs of us, which we will cherish as memories of our stay. The palace itself is breathtaking, and experiencing it from the inside while staying there was truly a once-in-a-lifetime feeling. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and were left with some wonderful memories. Overall, it was a pleasant, luxurious, and truly royal experience, with exceptional hospitality and wonderful people. We would absolutely love to visit Umaid Bhawan Palace again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Jodhpur.

Amazing royal experience which will be cherished by me and my wife forever. Each and every moment was made very special for us....right from grand entry at the palace with drums and canopy, rajashthani folk music welcoming us, grand and luxurious room, specially curated delicious food, amazing hospitality by each and every staff, peacocks in royal garden, palace tour, etc. made our tour a really memorable. Sikander ji and other staff went an extra mile to take amazing pictures spending more than half an hour with us. Really, will miss these days!!!!

The location is the best in the city. Atmosphere was amazing. Rooms are great. Aman, Saddique, Chef Gourav, Shashank, Rudresh, Jabar, Yuvraj and all the other supporting staff took a lot of care for us during all our meals at the restaurant. Thanks to everyone there! Malvika, Sangram and other people at the reception did a fantastic task! Rameshwar, Mohan, Chain Singh thanks for welcoming gestures! The guide, Sikandar Singh was knowledgeable and showed us the place in a very interesting way! Musicians in the central dome were always in their element! Also, the flute person during breakfast. At the pool, Sarwan, Vikram, Nafeez, Ravinder did a good job! Gajendra Gurjar helped us with what we needed to play any sport! To end, it was a perfect time for me and my family!

Our stay at Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jodhpur, managed by Taj, was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived on 15th August, which was also my birthday, we were made to feel incredibly special. The welcome itself was unforgettable. Even before reaching the reception, the guards at the entrance greeted us with a trumpet welcome and a beautiful red-carpet arrival. We were then welcomed with refreshing drinks by an exceptionally courteous and warm team led ny Ms. Navdeep. The hospitality of the staff was evident from the very first moment. We were seated in the magnificent 150-foot-high dome, which is simply breathtaking. The interiors beautifully combine the grandeur of a bygone royal era with elegant and stylish furnishings. The sofas, architecture, paintings and ambience created an atmosphere that truly felt like stepping into a royal palace. The check-in process was extremely smooth, and to our delight, we were upgraded to a historical suite room. The suite was enormous, beautifully designed and absolutely stunning. Every detail reflected the grandeur and heritage of the palace. Once we entered the suite it was beautifully decorated for my birthday, with rose petals, balloons, chocolates and birthday greeting card. Even after we settled into our room, the hotel continued to surprise us. The staff thoughtfully arranged a visit to the museum for us. And because it was my birthday, the hotel went a step further and organised a beautiful cake-cutting ceremony in our suite. They dressed me in a traditional Rajasthani safa, brought a ceremonial sword and made me cut the cake with it. It was such a unique and memorable experience. The cake itself was delicious, and the entire gesture made the birthday truly special for which I am thankful to Mr Swaroop and his team. We then enjoyed high tea, and the food was simply amazing. One of the highlights of our stay was the palace tour. Sikandar Singh personally took us around and gave us a wonderfully detailed tour of the palace. He explained its history, architecture, heritage and the stories associated with the Maharajas and the generations that lived there. His knowledge, warmth and enthusiasm made the tour even more special. He was kind enough to help us with photographs as well, creating memories that we will cherish for a long time. The palace itself is difficult to describe in words. It is incredibly grand, majestic and beautiful. A part of this magnificent royal residence has been transformed into a hotel by the Taj Group, while retaining the character, heritage and grandeur of the original palace. Walking through it genuinely gives you the feeling of experiencing a different era. The dining experience was equally impressive. Dinner was excellent, and the chefs deserve special appreciation for the quality and taste of the food. Everything was beautifully prepared, presented and added to the overall experience. The palace grounds were another highlight. The beautifully maintained lawns and gardens, the magnificent swimming pool and the views of the palace from outside provided countless opportunities for photographs. And, of course, seeing the beautiful peacocks roaming around the property and being able to take photographs with them was an experience in itself. Even the checkout was seamless and extremely well managed. And as a final gesture, the hotel presented us with gifts after checkout, which was a lovely way to conclude our stay. Overall, our experience at Umaid Bhawan Palace was much more than a hotel stay. It was a truly royal experience. The grandeur of the palace, its incredible history, the beautiful surroundings, the exceptional food and, above all, the warmth and courtesy of the Taj team came together to create memories that we will treasure for a lifetime. There are experiences that are difficult to put into words, and our stay at Umaid Bhawan Palace was certainly one of them. We chose Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jodhpur to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it turned out to be an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth, grace, and exceptional hospitality. Mr. Amit Singh, the Manager, personally took us to the Heritage Suite, introduced us to the room, and explained everything about our stay in such a warm and welcoming manner. He also presented us with a wonderful greeting, which was a beautiful start to our celebration. Our room was beautifully decorated with flowers and balloons for our anniversary. One of the most touching gestures came from the housekeeping team. The staff member was actually hesitant to tell us his name, and the greeting card simply said “Housekeeping Team.” That quiet and thoughtful gesture genuinely touched us and showed the sincerity behind the hospitality. A very special mention to Mr. Swaroop Singh ji, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary truly memorable. He was extremely kind and helpful, took beautiful photographs of us at the major and most beautiful spots around the palace, and arranged a wonderful anniversary cake in the Heritage Room with a beautiful traditional Rajasthani touch. 🎂❤️ Every detail, from the royal surroundings to the smallest personal gesture, made us feel incredibly special. The magnificent architecture, heritage, hospitality, and warmth of the staff made this much more than just a hotel stay—it became a beautiful memory of our anniversary. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Amit Singh, Mr. Swaroop Singh, the housekeeping team, and the entire Umaid Bhawan Palace team for making our special occasion so memorable.
