Overall, it was a wonderful property and an absolutely amazing experience. The staff were extremely courteous and attentive, and the maintenance was truly at another level. I stayed for two nights, and it honestly felt like heaven. I met a few staff members whom I will never forget, especially Sikandar Singh and the yoga teacher Jayashree. They were excellent in their respective roles and made my stay even more special. All the other staff members were also very warm and helpful. The artists at the entrance made us feel like we had stepped into a royal Rajasthani setting. The entire property has such a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, an excellent property with exceptional hospitality and a truly memorable experience. I would definitely love to visit again.

During our stay at Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jodhpur, we had the pleasure of meeting Chef Shobit, and his warmth and hospitality truly stood out. Chef Shobit is an exceptionally courteous, humble, and gracious professional. With 4.5 years of experience in Jodhpur and prior experience in Chennai, he brings a wonderful depth of expertise to both North Indian and South Indian cuisines. His knowledge of food is evident, but what makes him particularly special is the genuine care and attention he extends to his guests. His impeccable manners, warm personality, and thoughtful hospitality added a very personal touch to our experience at the Palace. It is people like Chef Shobit who elevate a stay from simply luxurious to genuinely memorable. A remarkable chef and a wonderful gentleman. We sincerely appreciate his hospitality and wish him continued success in his culinary journey.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Umaid Bhawan Palace and it was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our trip to Rajasthan. The palace itself is breathtaking. The architecture is magnificent and there is a real sense of history and grandeur throughout the property. The beautifully maintained gardens are a pleasure to walk around, while the swimming pool and its surroundings provide the perfect setting to relax and unwind. Despite the scale and splendour of the palace, the whole property feels incredibly peaceful and serene. What made our stay particularly memorable, however, was the exceptional service. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, attentive and genuinely keen to make our stay special. A particular mention must go to Sikander Singh, whose hospitality and attention throughout our stay were outstanding. The food was another highlight, and the lamb biryani prepared by Chef Shobhit Mathur was simply out of this world — quite possibly the best biryani we have ever had. When we asked him about his secret ingredients, he very kindly gave us a packet of his spice mix to take home so that we could try to recreate it ourselves. It was such a thoughtful and personal gesture and perfectly captures the level of hospitality we experienced at Umaid Bhawan. From the spectacular architecture and immaculate gardens to the pool, wonderful food and, above all, the exceptional people, everything about our stay felt special. It is rare for a hotel of this grandeur to also feel so warm and personal. A genuinely unforgettable experience and somewhere we would return to without hesitation. Highly recommended.

A palace is a must-stay destination to truly experience royal hospitality! For me, Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace is not just a hotel—it is a place where friends meet and eventually become family. This was my second visit, and this time I came along with two of my friends and their families to experience the wonderful hospitality of Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace, especially because of Chef Vikram. As always, from the front office to the entire team behind the scenes, every staff member makes you feel special and takes wonderful care of you. A special thanks to Yash Ji, n Harhsji who always welcomes us with a lovely smile. He is very soft-spoken, humble, and a wonderful person. Sikandar Ji, Swaroop Ji, thank you so much to all of you as well. Now comes the most special part—the hospitality and food! Chef Vikram still remembered the food preferences we had requested for our kids during our previous visit. This time, he truly went beyond our expectations. All our meals were Jain food, and Chef Vikram created some fantastic dishes for us. We were amazed that Jain food could be presented with such fabulous taste, creativity, and beautiful presentation. Thank you so much, Chef Vikram, for making our experience so memorable. I would also like to mention Rudresh and Rawal, who were extremely humble and caring throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so special. We will definitely come back again—not just to experience this beautiful palace, but to meet all these lovely people who now feel like family! ❤️
