First day you are startled by their service. 2 nd day you get used to it. 3 rd day you don’t want to go back home😅. Celebrated my 50 Th bday with them. They made me feel like a queen . This property had been on my bucket list for a long time, and I finally had the opportunity to experience it during a one-night stay. It certainly lived up to my expectations. The palace is exceptionally well maintained, and staying here was a truly memorable experience. One thing I have always admired about Rajasthan is the warmth and hospitality of its people, and this hotel was no exception. Every member of the staff was courteous and welcoming throughout our stay. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Mr. Swaroop Singh for the exceptional palace tour. His knowledge, storytelling, and passion for the property's rich history made the experience truly unforgettable. He also helped us capture some wonderful photographs, adding to the memories of our visit. The hotel was kind enough to upgrade our room, which was a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. The only aspect that fell short of expectations was the food and beverage experience. We had lunch and high tea, and both were average rather than memorable. The coffee, in particular, was surprisingly below the standard one expects from a Taj property. On the other hand, breakfast was very good, with an excellent selection of fresh and well-prepared dishes. Overall, it was a wonderful stay at a magnificent heritage property. The architecture, ambience, hospitality, and the unforgettable palace tour made the visit truly special. With some improvement in the food and beverage offerings, this would easily be a flawless experience. One final observation: I was surprised that I did not receive any post-stay feedback email from Taj. In the past month alone, I have stayed at three different Taj properties, yet I haven't received a single feedback request. I do receive all my reservation and confirmation emails from Taj, so it is unlikely that the feedback emails are ending up in my spam or junk folder. Since guest feedback plays an important role in maintaining service excellence, I hope Taj looks into this issue so that guests can conveniently share their experiences.

Our stay was excellent. Mr. Sikander was great host, he explained everything about Hotel. Chef Shobit Mathur made very good food it was really a feast. It was a memorable stay and we look forward to come again and again

An experience beyond the ordinary. Umaid Bhawan Palace is not simply a hotel; it is part of the destination and an experience in itself. The building, its facilities, the hospitality, and the excellent service make the stay truly unforgettable. Staying here feels like becoming part of the history of Jodhpur. All the staff were exceptional, but I would especially like to highlight Sikander’s attention and kindness. He gave us a special tour of the different areas of the hotel and the museum, sharing details that made the experience even more memorable. Thank you!
