Staff needs to be trained on cleaniness and hotel needs to invest in new carpets and tvs. Rooms can be noisy especially the room I was allocated especially on my last visit

The place is in good location and very convenient especially for a family with kids. The security is good. The potters are excellent. The reception is poor, especially a lady light in complexion who wears spectacles.

We were permitted to book in early and were upgraded to the most wonderful room with a terrace. Big and spacious and so close to the shops. Everything was neat and tidy and clean and the staff were excellent. The bed was large and very comfortable

Location of the hotel was amazing & connected to the mall so in order to shop or eat there was such a variety in the mall. It was also close proximity to other areas. The suite was very spacious, clean & comfortable except for the dining table which was wobbly. Breakfast was ok, it would have been nice if they advised us when we sat down that certain items on the menu were not available so as not to waste everyone's time.

I will blame myself my for leaving personal possessions but I called 2 hrs after departing the hotel and told them we were coming back to pick it but the room was cleaned possession were gone and front desk could care less. Also booked a “private” safari through the hotel but it was not private.
