Knocked it out the park.
From M&G at Oliver Tambo to drop off my all to short 24 hours went like a dream. Massoud had set everything up perfectly. Brian did a brilliant induction. Quno was the best yet. The Steak Diane was superb. Pinky organised rge perfect early breakfast. Next time. Longer!

Unbelievable staff service
We travel around the world quite often and this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. It is an oasis in the middle of the city. Everything was five stars from the arrival process through room service through departure. Highly recommend.
