Currently staying here now, me and my partner arrived just yesterday. We had to wait a while to check in everyone behind the reception counter was just looking at us not wanting to help which delayed the check in process. After a long flight from the uk this isn't something you want. The hotel is beautiful and we cannot fault the hotel for its cleanliness and beautiful grounds. The only thing letting this hotel down is the very unfriendly staff. We haven't came across a friendly member of staff yet!! No one wants to help! The bar staff just nod their head at you instead of asking what we would like to order. I ordered an iced coffee this morning from the coffee bar and I asked for some more milk in my coffee, she tipped half the coffee away and poured a whole load of warm milk into the iced coffee…. As you can imagine this was vile and no longer iced or even coffee 😭

yarilis sentilis amazing staff member. all entertainment was amazing, the dancers are incredible and engaging. love to dance and have fun with everyone. buffet is great, lots of variety. rooms are nice and clean, huge as well. house keeping cleans every day!

Jorge Luis, the Concierge assisting us was extremely helpful and friendly. The entire staff at Kaleidoscope are awesome and kept us coming back daily. While the building could use some updating, particularly the Air Conditioning and Fire Alarm Systems the grounds are beautiful and the beach are has plenty of sun and shade with no extra fees The food is ok and everything is very clean. No one in our group had any issues whatsoever

Nice resort. Food was not great. Staff was not very helpful and did not speak a lot of English. The faint stench of sewage was ever present and then confirmed by them turning cold water off a few times for a few hours so u couldn’t flush toilets. Mysteriously after a lot of guests left the sewage smell went away which suggested to me that when at full capacity their system could not handle the amount of sewage. Beach was ok. Flew westjet and you could never find our rep. We tried 3 times on different days and there are no info boards for pickup and activities. Overall by far not the worst trip but for what I paid with westjet should have been a lot better. And the planes were the swoop ones they acquired and the seats are uncomfortable as heck! My opinion go to Mexico!

Excellent service, delicious food, and a wonderful team! We hosted a group - a women's wellness retreat at the hotel, and it was the perfect setting. Everything was very well organized, and the entire experience was spectacular! We will most definitely be returning.
