About the Hotel

The Belles Rives can be found on the sun-kissed road of the Cap d’ Antibes, nestled in a cove by the water with the Lérins Islands and the Estérel mountains as a backdrop. The gentle frenzy of the Roaring Twenties is still felt here with a party atmosphere that is enhanced by an informal elegance. All the Riviera glamour is united in a place where charm, serenity and exclusivity go hand in hand.

Stay here if you can

Amazing hotel - right on the water, excellent staff (Christophe was excellent). Room was great, food was excellent, bar was fun. Would suggest they give towels in the room so you can have an evening swim. My only tiny complaint.

Special birthday surprise from my wife My wife surprised me with a stay here for my birthday. It’s a lovely Art Deco hotel, but I wouldn’t quite give it 5 out of 5. One downside: the room is quite small for two people. On a rainy evening, we decided to order room service, but it was impossible to enjoy a meal together because there was no proper table or room service trolley. The only option was to eat on the bed. A foldable tray table would make a big difference. The bar is incredibly cosy and offers an amazing view of the sunset. For our last night, my wife booked dinner at La Passagère, and it was an unforgettable experience. The seafood-focused menu was outstanding, and the service was flawless. A special mention to Damian, who made our dinner truly memorable. Thank you as well for the Polaroid photo — such a lovely touch!

Nice hotel. Surprisingly impolite beach club staff.

Charming, attractive hotel with some original Art Deco features still preserved, right by the sea. The rooms are small but individually and creatively furnished. Housekeeping is of a good standard. The rest of the service is mixed, particularly in the restaurant and bar. The staff at the beach club were surprisingly openly impolite. Room service: the food was quite okay, as was breakfast. Overall, the hotel has a peculiar atmosphere that somehow feels like a tourist trap. Would we stay here again? No.

Beautiful. It was like stepping into the pages of a novel. The staff was excellent. All gentlemen and ladies anticipating your every need. Champagne was at thd ready, view spectacular, and just an overall lovely experience. We will most certainly be back.
