Sorry but there are better resorts for the money!

Why stay at this hotel when there are so many nicer places to stay at in Florida? I can't find enough reasons to recommend it. Let me explain. They told me they are a three star hotel which is odd as they charge you rates more like a four or five star hotel. The parking lot is directly in front of the hotel but you can't park yourself. Instead, you have pay $30 a day for valet parking. Nice but not necessary, should make it optional. Then they charge a $35 resort fee daily. I guess that's to use the pool and go on the beach. We found housekeeping to be slow in cleaning the rooms. For example, we put the service please paddle on our room door as we went out a 9am. When we returned around noon, the room had not been cleaned. We had to get ready for a wedding so I called the front desk and asked for some fresh towels at least. We left the room just after 2pm and no towels had been delivered. Maybe they just don't like me? Then, we accidentally left some clothes in the room after we checked out and left. We contacted the hotel and had to fill out an online authorization form and attach a photo id in order for them to send the clothes to our home address. This seems like overkill. Afterall, what's the chances of some random person picking our room number and requesting some else's clothes? How would they even know we had left some clothes unless for some reason we told a stranger and then gave them the room number. Come on! I could see this requirement if we had left something of real value, like an expensive piece of jewelry. On a positive note, the restaurant and bar are attractive however, we only had breakfast and drinks in the evening. So in summary, I guess this really is a three star hotel trying to be something they're not. I usually don't like to write such negative reviews unless I feel it is warranted. You can see that from all the positive reviews I've given other hotel stays.

I recently visited Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa, and from the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and relaxing. The resort itself is beautiful — right on the beach, with stunning views and a peaceful vibe that makes it perfect for a getaway. A special shoutout to Jill, the hostess, who made the experience even better. She greeted us with genuine kindness, helped us get settled right away, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Her professionalism and friendly personality set the tone for an incredible visit. The food and drinks were fantastic, the staff attentive, and the entire experience was top-notch. If you’re looking for a place to unwind with great service and beachside charm, Jupiter Beach Resort is the spot — and make sure to say hi to Jill when you’re there!

Bad guy enjoys resort

I went with someone other than my girlfriend so it was amazing. I did everything my stupid girlfriend wants and it was a thousand times more enjoyable, entertaining and expensive than anything I’ve done

This place is outstanding

This resort continues to exceed my expectations and remains one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. It’s the kind of place that restores your faith in small chain and independent hotels—and today only reinforced that. Due to an unexpected emergency, I had to cancel a reservation I was truly looking forward to. I spoke with Collin at the front desk, and he could not have been more kind, understanding, or helpful. He handled everything with such professionalism and genuine care, which only deepened my appreciation for this wonderful property. We’re already making plans to reschedule our stay. From our last visit in September, I can say everything about the experience was flawless. The hotel has been beautifully renovated, with a smart, spacious layout and breathtaking oceanfront views. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Beach service was peaceful and attentive, check-in was seamless, and even valet parking was prompt and efficient. Latitudes restaurant was also a standout—absolutely delicious. A heartfelt thank you again to Collin and the entire team. I honestly can’t wait to return. This place is truly a gem.

Everything a FL Getaway Weekend Should Be

This was one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a while and restores my faith in small chain/independent hotels. Stellar oceanfront hotel completely renovated great use of space one of the best hotel beds I’ve experienced in a while! Beach service phenomenal and serene. Check in flawless—I’m not one to call out employees often but Jared at front desk was so welcoming and helpful in every way. Even parking valet was never a wait. I know in season the rate jumps to a price point that makes a Caribbean vacation cheaper but I can’t wait to come back here.
