Top-tier hotels require top-level employees. The rooms were great, the location great, but what stood out to me was the 5-star level of the staff. From friendly hellos during hallway pass-bys to a front desk that goes above and beyond. Staff makes or breaks a stay and JB Resort knows how to create an experience.

We checked in Monday afternoon after July 4th and were initially quite satisfied with our room. However, the next two morning we were forced to deal with loud noise due to maintenance being conducted on our floor in adjacent rooms. Unfortunately, the noise was initiated at 9:00 AM and as far we could tell continued throughout the entire day. The truly confounding aspect was that the hotel was far from crowded so = it is hard to understand why our room assignment was not better positioned away from the immediate work being conducted. Subsequent to our departure I shared an email directly with the Assistant GM who the front desk had advised would be back on site the next day. It has been five days now and it is obvious that Joseph Villa has no intention of even acknowledging my concerns. For the record, it is a very nice property that our friends rave about, and we were in fact impressed with the staff, yet it is highly disturbing that our room assignment was clearly mishandled and our concerns with how things played out have been completely ignored. In my eyes, the Opal Brand has been tarnished by the lack of accountability.

We are having such a nice stay at Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa! The resort is beautifully kept, very small dog friendly, and the water color at the beach is absolutely stunning. We ate at Latitudes their restaurant onsite for both breakfast and dinner and had great food each time. The staff was so kind and welcoming, especially Penny, our server at breakfast. Penny was so friendly to talk with and made us feel right at home, she truly helped make our experience extra special. It was my dad’s first time visiting Jupiter all the way from Ohio, and he has been loving the resort and beach. There’s a reason we always want to stay here when in town. The snorkeling at Peanut Island is like being in an aquarium!

Richard at Latitudes was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our dining experience. He truly made my family’s trip so much more enjoyable with his positive attitude and exceptional hospitality. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely makes you feel so welcomed, and Richard did exactly that. We really enjoyed meeting him and look forward to coming back because of the wonderful service he provided.

Please keep in mind I live locally and very familiar with the area and pricing Spent close to 1k for 1 evening for my 20th anniversary. Only good thing about the stay was Jared at check in and the ocean view.Completely over booked. 2 hours to get a chair in the pool area. There is zero beach and has bulldozers and red tape all over the beach line. Should make customers aware b4 booking. Pool was from 1980 and was very tiny for the amount of people. Felt like a cruise pool. Meal was terrible. The steak was completely rare (ordered medium). Then after dinner I was not able to get in my room for 30 minutes because the battery on the lock was dead. This was 10:30pm. Completely over priced. Will just go to singer island next time I plan a staycation.
