Had an amazing day at the spa with co workers. After we went and sat by the pool for a little while. Then went to check on our reservation at latitudes. The lady at the check in was beyond rude. Her demeanor towards us was absolutely horrendous.

Spa treatment good but disappointed
I visit my sister in the area and we always enjoy a spa day at the Jupiter Beach Resort. The spa was beautiful and the staff was very nice. We also had a lovely lunch at the restaurant. However, I was very surprised that after spending close to $500 on spa services and food we were not able to use the facilities such as the beach and pool. In the past we were given bracelets to enjoy the resort after our treatments. Another prominent hotel/spa in the area allows spa guests to use their facilities. We also had to pay an additional $6 for valet service which I felt was really nickel and diming us. It seems like this resort no longer wants to build good will in the community.

A Perfect Place to Celebrate 50 Years!
My wife and I recently stayed at the Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, and it couldn’t have been more special. Andrew and Jared went above and beyond by upgrading us to a beautiful oceanfront room on the seventh floor. They also surprised us with a wonderful charcuterie board and wine on our anniversary. Those thoughtful touches meant so much to us. The resort is beautiful and elegant, our room was fantastic, and the ocean view was spectacular. And I have to mention the shower—it was honestly the best hotel shower I’ve ever experienced! We had a wonderful anniversary dinner and two breakfasts at Latitudes. Our server, Beatrice, was exceptional and such a joy to talk with. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. They truly made our 50th anniversary celebration memorable. We highly recommend the Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa and Latitudes, and we look forward to returning!

A must Stay resort
perfect... resort staff works very good with each other I owned a company for 21 years with 300 people and all I can say is this staff is very well trained the owner did not let them down, the company paid for training

Service above and beyond
Exceptional customer service from check in to check out. Friendly and personable attention to detail. Room equipped with all necessities and amenities. A+ sleep quality. Many thoughtful surprises for the kids and adults too. We had a 5 star experience at the pool, the beach and at the restaurant! Great job Jessie! Andrew and Phoebe—you have left us with beautiful memories. Will visit again.
