First time visiting, I had a great time as I met Rosa she helped me out with everything I needed. 110% recommend this area for anyone wanting to have a great time in palm beach !

This was our 4th Opal stay. With all Opal Resorts you are paying for the location. Out the door you are on the beach. Rooms at all Opals are modern and nice. They are not the Ritz, they aren’t Hampton Inns either. This locations pool is a little concrete and bland. The beach was great and the set up service was top notch. Latitudes is a GREAT restaurant make a reservation before you leave for your trip. Very popular with locals and they book up. If you are traveling without kids do not book Spring Break or Winter Break. Lots of families very busy and crowded. Pool no chairs, beach never runs out. Great restaurants with in 5 minutes of the hotel. Parks and lots to do. Valet parking only, 30.00 a day and of course tips. We love Opals.

Beautiful restaurant with a great staff. Julie was our server. She was very attentive, friendly and cared that we had an enjoyable experience, which we most definitely did. The food was amazing. I had the Crab Louie - delicious. We’ll be back.

The service is terrible. The welcoming is sad and talking with desk staff and manager,Travis, about booking rooms was the worst experience I’ve encountered at at hotel. They seem to go out of their way to be unhelpful. I witnessed guests walking in asking how to get to a conference room, it was as if they were being greeted for a funeral. No smile or pep in the voices, this staff needs a Santa call - it’s December people. If you don’t want to mingle with people get out of the hospitality business.

i haven’t stayed at this hotel overnight, but i had a breakfast reservation and it was very nice. the food was great and the servers were too. i ordered buttermilk pancakes, which were fluffy and delicious, and also got pink lemonade. the environment is very calm and fancy, with comfy seating. would recommend for a fancy, beachy breakfast.
