Delicious Crab Louie.

Beautiful restaurant with a great staff. Julie was our server. She was very attentive, friendly and cared that we had an enjoyable experience, which we most definitely did. The food was amazing. I had the Crab Louie - delicious. We’ll be back.

Look for sunshine elsewhere

The service is terrible. The welcoming is sad and talking with desk staff and manager,Travis, about booking rooms was the worst experience I’ve encountered at at hotel. They seem to go out of their way to be unhelpful. I witnessed guests walking in asking how to get to a conference room, it was as if they were being greeted for a funeral. No smile or pep in the voices, this staff needs a Santa call - it’s December people. If you don’t want to mingle with people get out of the hospitality business.

beachy breakfast

i haven’t stayed at this hotel overnight, but i had a breakfast reservation and it was very nice. the food was great and the servers were too. i ordered buttermilk pancakes, which were fluffy and delicious, and also got pink lemonade. the environment is very calm and fancy, with comfy seating. would recommend for a fancy, beachy breakfast.

I had an incredible stay! Thanks Jupiter beach resort

My stay at Jupiter Beach Resort was exceptional. The hotel blends elegance, comfort, and a beautiful oceanfront location that truly stands out. Everything was impeccable. The valet service with Janio and the rest of the staff was outstanding—professional, attentive, and incredibly reliable. His kindness and efficiency made a noticeable difference from the moment I arrived. A wonderful place, elevated by top-tier service. Highly recommended.

Sorry but there are better resorts for the money!

Why stay at this hotel when there are so many nicer places to stay at in Florida? I can't find enough reasons to recommend it. Let me explain. They told me they are a three star hotel which is odd as they charge you rates more like a four or five star hotel. The parking lot is directly in front of the hotel but you can't park yourself. Instead, you have pay $30 a day for valet parking. Nice but not necessary, should make it optional. Then they charge a $35 resort fee daily. I guess that's to use the pool and go on the beach. We found housekeeping to be slow in cleaning the rooms. For example, we put the service please paddle on our room door as we went out a 9am. When we returned around noon, the room had not been cleaned. We had to get ready for a wedding so I called the front desk and asked for some fresh towels at least. We left the room just after 2pm and no towels had been delivered. Maybe they just don't like me? Then, we accidentally left some clothes in the room after we checked out and left. We contacted the hotel and had to fill out an online authorization form and attach a photo id in order for them to send the clothes to our home address. This seems like overkill. Afterall, what's the chances of some random person picking our room number and requesting some else's clothes? How would they even know we had left some clothes unless for some reason we told a stranger and then gave them the room number. Come on! I could see this requirement if we had left something of real value, like an expensive piece of jewelry. On a positive note, the restaurant and bar are attractive however, we only had breakfast and drinks in the evening. So in summary, I guess this really is a three star hotel trying to be something they're not. I usually don't like to write such negative reviews unless I feel it is warranted. You can see that from all the positive reviews I've given other hotel stays.
