This is a very busy hotel. Not the usual four seasons vibe. The hotel itself is an old Marriott property so it’s large and loud with the open atrium sound as travel. This place also host many large events so if you’re solo traveler like me may be hard to find a quiet spot. I arrived on a Friday, the adult pool was jampacked. It was ridiculous. My room wasn’t ready, but the guy who checked me in was really nice. His name was Ryan. I liked my room. It was a good size. Very comfortable great linens, beautiful view as long as I kept the sliding doors closed otherwise I’m hearing shouts of celebratory yells of several weddings going on on the big lawn. Set up and breakdown of large tents caters trucks backing up crazy busy place and this is the end of September I can only imagine what it’s like during the summer. I think it’s way overpriced, but the spa keeps bringing me back. This place has the best spa on the island. I kid you not!

My experience was good . But not perfect how supposed to be for the 5* hotel . This is beautiful hotel but at the bar ( pool area ) was so old glasses and plates with the scratches. I think this is not ok for the hotel of this type and level

Wow! From arrival to departure, we could not suggest any major flaws with this property. The valet staff greeted you with a smile, take your bags and name.. We arrived two hours early for check in. Our room was ready, and by the time we were finished checking in and given a tour, our bags were in the room. The room was a little compact, but we booked the entry level room, so it was to be expected! The room was beautifully furnished, pre requested firm pillows were there, and the mattress was actually that comfortable, we ordered one for home while we were there! They also had welcome champagne and gifts for our first anniversary! That theme continued throughout the stay, everyone knew our names and that it was our anniversary! Food on the property was good, special recommendation for the ny strip at the manola’s lounge, seasoned and topped extremely well! The hotel is laid out extremely well as a medium sized property, so the adults pool feels completely isolated from the rest of the resort and very serene.. Pool staff are great, but watch out for Dr. Mai Tai, he’s the only doctor that makes you sicker! Special mention to the club lounge staff, Rico, Marc, Moana and the rest of the gang, they were so friendly, helpful, they really made us feel like Ohana.. this is not a party resort, or resort with a lot of entertainment, which is exactly what we were looking for. Serenity from start to finish.. highly recommended

You get what you pay for! Let me start by saying that, yes, the hotel and its restaurants are very pricey BUT they are all exquisite. Four Seasons quality all the way around for sure. Hotel is a decent size and all areas are very clean. The room was spacious, clean, and updated. Even with a partial ocean view, the balcony was amazing. Staff is super friendly and attentive to your every need. Pools are a good size and do not get overcrowded. Adults only pool is great. The beach front was great and lounge chairs were easy to find every day. Can’t say the same about neighboring resorts! The fitness center is phenomenal! Plenty of equipment and kids can play basketball and tennis. Great views everywhere! Restaurants are all high quality too. Location is perfect, secluded yet walking distance to nearby restaurants shopping area. Morning cafe is a huge plus. Best of all, nothing gets too crowded. Peaceful at night to just sit, relax and listen to the ocean.
