In Hawaii, the ocean doesn't heed where you've been, nor does the cascading sunshine care where you're going. All that matters is your surrender to a perfect tropical moment in a place where every step reveals paradise. At Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina, just west of Waikiki, you'll settle into a sea of comforts with elegant surroundings, gracious guest accommodations that feature private lanais, superb amenities, inspiring views, and superlative recreation and leisure.

A huge shoutout and thank you to Joseph, the server at the adult pool — he was incredibly attentive, friendly, and truly took the time to get to know us! His genuine hospitality really stood out during our stay and made a lasting impression. We also had a blast discovering the new speakeasy — such a fun and creative way to get in! All of the staff were upbeat and engaging, even offering sunglasses by the pool, which was such a nice touch. Noe’s Restaurant is another highlight and an absolute must-try! The Noe’s Signature Tagliatelle Pasta was phenomenal and definitely a standout meal during our visit. Unfortunately, the only downside of our stay was an issue with the spa. We had booked a massage for two people a month in advance as part of our girls’ getaway. However, at 8 AM on the day of our 9 AM appointment, we received a call stating that one of the therapists had called out. While we completely understand that emergencies happen, we were disappointed that no real effort was made to accommodate us together at another time or even day. The only alternative offered was a single therapist available at 3 PM, which meant we couldn’t enjoy the experience as planned. As we discussed our options and ultimately decided to cancel, the receptionist's response was, “Okay, perfect,” which felt dismissive and as though our inconvenience was a burden. Being locals, we were especially disappointed in the lack of hospitality and flexibility shown by the spa team. While the rest of the resort delivered amazing service, the spa experience unfortunately fell short.

FS Oahu is a nice resort and on par with other resorts in this very solid brand. HOWEVER, we stayed here and visited another island and felt a very strong dislike from native people. The openly bias natives made it a very unenjoyable trip and we ended up leaving early. Folks in Hawaii need to keep in mind that it's part of the U.S. and without tourism they would not be where they are today. Not going back anytime soon!

This place is completely out of this world. We have such high standards for hotels and have stayed at many 5*s around the world and this place is by far the best. Could not recommend it enough. Every single member of staff was brill, food amazing, room amazing… I could go on and on. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay. Particularly loved the iPad in our room where we could order room service, car or whatever we wanted and someone replied instantly.

Was double charged for incidentals during my stay, causing my card to be over the daily limit and ruining my day trip to turtle bay. Woke up at 5 am hopped in an uber. Now stuck in turtle bay with no money until tomorrow. The manager wasn’t even supposed to take that card number down as they charged another card for incidentals. Upon arrival the front desk got authorization to charge one card for all incidentals and returned my debit card to me and told me that card would never be charged returned it to me and charged another card for the room upon arrival. Few days in now, another full charge for incidentals on the card that was supposedly never recorded.

Absolutely thrilled with our stay at the Four Seasons. Our immediate family of 4 (2 small kids) had 1 ocean front room on 8th floor, and the 'grandparents' had their own room down the hall, also 8th floor. Both tremendous views!! The rooms are comfortable; BEST BED EVER. The hotel is gorgeous, with a spacious lobby, plenty of seating, and live music near daily. The kids club was welcoming to my daughter for a few of the activities: she did not stay unsupervised. The adult pool is quiet, the Mai Tais are EXCELLENT @ Dr. Mai Tai. Hawaii has so much to explore, but the service and luxury of this place will draw me back! Pro tips for the Four Seasons: 1) The balcony is an excellent size and allows for slow, caffeinated mornings. Coffee is available in the lobby before 8 am! 2) There is AMPLE sunscreen available at the pool, along with refillable water cups and excellent pool service. No need to pack the extra water bottles or sprays, you won't use them! Pool service is fantastic! 3) It isn't super clear on the map/pics just HOW CLOSE all the pools and beach lagoon are. I'm talking 35 seconds walks to get to each pool or location. Secret beach (through bushes) is more like a 5 minute. The grounds are just a bit tight, so it makes for easy exploring. 4) ALL OF THE FOOD at the Four Seasons is FANTASTIC. From the buffet to Mina's to poolside: excellent. 5) Like other reviews, the lagoon gets busy. The Disney hotel next door feels a bit overwhelming. If you want a quiet beach front day, I suggest staying on the right side of the lagoon, or walking down the beach a bit. You'll get a quieter day. Pro tips for Ko Olina, Oahu: 6) Go surfing!! Let's Surf Hawaii was EXCELLENT and located only 20 mins away on a phenomenal beach. 7) When you need a break from the hotel (I wouldn't understand why!), across the street are a few little shops, Starbucks, and 2 restaurants. Don't be surprised to see half of the Disney resort over there, to escape some madness! Aloha!
