Both front office and reservation teams are very attentive and helpful. Room was clean also location of the hotel is really good. We stayed there for a business trip , hotel matched our expectation. We will chose the same hotel next time. Thank you for everything

Hotel is very well located and rooms are nice, unfortunately front desk service was very disappointing. Check in took long time, rates agreed was disputed. except for the manager, most of the front desk staff lacked knowledge of tourist information. However, porter was very efficient and friendly. Rooms are nice and spacious and clean.

It’s surprising that a hotel would charge extra for water, especially when staying in a suite. Most hotels, especially those with premium accommodations, typically provide ample complimentary bottled water daily, understanding that guests expect at least the basics covered. In many cases, providing enough drinking water is a standard amenity, particularly for families. When I spoke to the front desk he refused to give any more bottles and this the amount of water provided is insufficient. Really unexpected from a hotel where we are paying a handsome amount to stay here.

Excellent location with a spotless, cozy atmosphere. Rooms are on the smaller side, yet well-equipped. The staff is exceptionally friendly and supportive, always ready to help. Highly recommended for a pleasant and convenient stay!..

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The hotel itself is clean and the beds are comfortable. It's right near the beautiful Galata downtown area and very close to the metro which makes it a great central location. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is pretty good too. The fitness center is a nice bonus, small but pretty comprehensive. Would definitely stay again!
