Serene
From the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. A special mention goes to Chef Nehal, Restaurant Manager Divesh and Neila. The hotel is incredibly peaceful and serene.

Not good!
My stay was not good. This is due to the terrible and stincky room that was given to me. It was also very noisy and humid. There are much better hotels not really far...

A very delightful experience.
It was a very pleasant experience. The ambience and food was superb. Sarvanan was attending to us and we loved the way he communicated and served. Very delighted.

Awesome food in a rainforest setting
Awesome experience at Taj Westend. Beautiful property in a rainforest setting. Had great vegetarian food at Machan. Saravanan, Meghna,Cyriac amd Praskash babu took excellent care. I am certain to come back here again.

Stay worth remembering
Loved the stay and service. Staffs were so nice and warm welcoming. Specially KC at reservation desk and Sunit handling buggy cart. Even the team handling breakfast in the morning. Everything was top notch and best in class. Thank you.
