The Taj West End

My mom and I would like to convey our heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional customer advocacy demonstrated by Ramnath! And also by Saravanan who made our lunch buffet experience truly memorable! The lunch buffet at Taj West End is awesome!

We arrived (as expected) very early in the morning and an arranged Taj West End Concierge and Driver were there to meet us after customs and immigration. Even arriving in the middle of the night, we could still see that this hotel is absolutely a gem in the middle of the busy city. We were given a wonderful room in the Taj Club. Taj Club Rooms are lovely—-with architectural accents like coffered ceilings, carved wooden posts and well maintained furnishings. The fabrics used for the curtains, cushions, accent pillows,etc are not only top quality, but also carefully curated for a harmonious, luxurious experience. Beautiful. From check-in, to each and every day of our 9 day stay, we felt the appreciation of our visit from the staff. Each employee with whom we came in contact with was honestly exceptional. Although I cannot recall the names of each ( my apologies), I do want to mention everyone I did manage to remember —-Lakshmi who helped me more than once with either my Lehenga or my Saree, Krutii who was able to resolve our room issue so we would have an absolutely unforgettable stay, Jamun at the salon who gave me a GREAT much needed haircut in preparation for the wedding festivities, Anji who has been with the hotel for 20+ years showed me around the lush garden grounds, the temple and the rabbit enclosure, Velu was invaluable as he accompanied us at the airport before departure. There were so many Taj employees with whom we interacted and we want thank each of you very much for your hospitality. If you are looking for a genuinely beautiful, historic hotel with the utmost excellent service, we can highly recommend the Taj West End Bengaluru. Thank you, TAJ!

I had a beautiful experience at the property. Very well maintained. And the hospitality was top notch, special mention to Mohammed and Varsha.

The Taj West End is a beautiful property set in landscaped grounds with spectacular specimen trees and tropical plantings. Rooms are extremely well appointed and we enjoyed the bars at both Blue Ginger and Loya and breakfasts at Machan. Special thanks to our concierge Mohammed whose assistance made our stay truly remarkable. When we learned that safaris were cancelled in Nagarhole National Park, he helped us quickly rebook from a safari lodge there to 3 nights at theTaj Madekeri in Coorg (also excellent), and booked us a great driver (Mani) for the duration of our stay in Coorg. He also went above and beyond in getting one if our iPhones repaired, booking us restaurants, and arranging for drivers and a tour guide in Bangalore. Thank you Mohammed! I would recommend the Taj West End without hesitation. A wonderful stay.
