My experience at the Machan
The food was good. The spread isn’t great for vegetarians. Non-vegetarians I believe would like the spread. But what I liked was the service. Mr. Saravanan especially was very courteous and provided excellent service.

Beautifully green oasis in the city
We really enjoyed our stay at the taj west end! The estate is beautiful and very green, it is well located in the city and all staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Farzana, Giri and Naveen. We did not want to leave and would definitely come again!

Loved this lunch experience with family at Taj Westend, where we have been coming for years. It’s always a homely and comforting environment with friendly staff. Saravanan, who looked after us this time was a great help, we enjoyed all that he recommended. Cannot wait to be back!

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Loya restaurant on May 24, 2026 to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we express our sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience and making our occasion a memorable one On this special occasion, a word of appreciation for Chef Sunil Kumar, who understood our dietary requirements / restrictions and ensured that every dish that was served was perfectly balanced and to our stated requirements. Also, we take the opportunity to thank two staff members, namely, Mr. Subhrajit and Ms. Haokip for their impeccable service. Their attentiveness, courtesy, and service reflected the highest standards of customer service. We look forward to visiting Loya again in the near future.
