Taj West End is a fitting tribute to Bangalore, the oegarden city” of India. Situated on 20 acres of enchanting landscaped gardens, this tranquil retreat surrounds guests with the beauty of nature at every turn. Airy, modern guest rooms and suites gaze onto picturesque flora, while two distinctive restaurants take full advantage of their tropical location. The beautiful designed Blue Ginger serves authentic Vietnamese cuisine, while the 24-hour international coffee shop, Mynt, entices diners with Italian, Lebanese, Mediterranean and Indian cuisine.

Taj West End was perfect for the last leg of our honeymoon! Special shoutout to KC for helping us with our room and making us feel celebrated! :) Venkatesh at the hotel restaurant was also incredibly friendly throughout our stay

Probably my favourite hotel in Bangalore. The service was exceptional, and we were well looked after by Venkatesh during meal times!

This is a hotel run by fools, who think that they know what they are doing and can treat guests with disrespect and get away with it. Each and every hotel staff was full of pride and showed rude attitude. I have been to like 35 countries and multiple 5 star hotels but this one is the worst 5 star hotel. Taj and India’s philosophy is “Guest is God” and these fools are ruining that image. Let me share you my detailed experience: 1. On my day of check-out when I collected my stuff from the room locker, I observed that there are multiple holes at the back of the locker which is clear invasion of privacy. This shows that the hotel promotes criminal behaviour and misconduct 2. Fridge in my room wasn’t working 3. Toilet and balcony weren’t cleaned properly on the day of check-in. Subsequent days there were dark stain marks in the toilet seat 4. They forgot to polish my footwear even after keeping in the drawer 5. International cricketers were staying at this hotel, so the hotel staff gave excellent service to them but not to other guests. Whenever a hotel staff talked with a white-skinned guest they were so polite, respectful and simultaneously rude to brown-skinned guy like me. They are also promoting discrimination by doing such things, such racists 6. Restaurant staff are the worst of all staff in this hotel. They didn’t know items of their own menu. Sachin, didn’t know that there was Pesto Sauce pasta and Paneer Makhani in the menu of the hotel. 7. Faced language barrier issues while placing order at restaurants. They aren’t fluent in any language 8. Restaurant staff were visibly rude and didn’t even have a smile on their face. Multiple times I said “Thanks” but I didn’t even get a reply or a reaction on their face. So ill-mannered fools with zero sense to treat guests 9. Coming to front desk and reception team: Ayushi Shukla, Rupa, Dinesh, Saina (or Sania). This all people didn’t even have the courtesy to apologise to me during the check-out process. When they wanted to ask for money, these shameless people reminded directly and collected money. The whole reception team is egoistic and full of pride, that they can’t even apologise, they think that their service is excellent but in reality their service is worst 10. Housekeeping manager even had the audacity to tell me that hope I return to this nightmare hotel. Literally I don’t know what steroids these fools are living on Go and ask for honest reviews from your guests then you will understand, that this is experienced by multiple guests. Till now guests may haven’t been direct to you like I have been so you must have continued such treatment of the guests. Worst experience of my life…

A fantastic experience - probably the best staff service levels I have ever seen in any hotel including Taj. I would recommend this hotel to everyone

My recent stay at Taj West End was truly memorable and a perfect example of exceptional hospitality. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless. The check-in process was extremely smooth, thanks to Agastya, who ensured everything was handled efficiently and with great warmth. His professionalism set the tone for a wonderful stay, and even during checkout he was equally attentive and helpful. During my stay, I had the opportunity to dine at Machan, where I met Chef Keshav and Srijani. Their hospitality was absolutely outstanding. The way they interacted with guests and ensured a great dining experience was truly impressive and deserves special appreciation. I also dined at Loya, where I was hosted by Daria. While good service is always expected, Daria stood out as one of the best hosts I have come across. The attention to detail and the personalized care made the experience even more special. Another highlight of my stay was meeting Mr. Muniraj. I happened to bump into him while exploring the property, and he very graciously offered me a tour. The way he explained the heritage and features of the property was fantastic and added a lot of value to my overall experience. Overall, this stay perfectly reflects the Taj brand’s legendary hospitality. The team members I interacted with made the experience truly special, and I look forward to visiting again.
