The Taj West End

I recently stayed three nights at Taj West End, and it was a delightful experience throughout. The hotel itself is a refuge from the chaos of city life. It is filled with greenery, and one slows down merely by being on the property. The rooms are comfortable, though not as large as those in modern hotels. We ate mostly at the Machan restaurant, a delightful leafy setting with a diverse menu. Both the breakfast and lunch buffets were satisfying. I would particularly like to thank Chef Rukesh Bale and Front Office Manager Varsha Gupta for the special care they took of me. I would definitely recommend this hotel for another stay, and I plan to return soon with my wife for a break.

We had a wonderful heritage tour here in Taj Westend and staff mohammed guiding us to its history moment by moment and in great detail. Loved the experience overall.

It is our second time at West end. After our high tea experience we went for a Heritage walk. It was a great experience as we got to know so much about the history of the hotel. It was really fun even though it rained as we got a tour on buggy. Mohammad was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Excellent property. The stay was exceptional. Birthday well enjoyed. Taj team’s hospitality was outstanding. They upgraded me to the taj club rooms and that was amazing. Special mention to Ayushi for her hospitality and the birthday surprise. There are two more things to not miss at taj here, one being dinner at Loya! Special mention here to Siddharth here for being an exceptional host and the dinner itself was something i will cherish forever. Then the second one would be the property tour with Mohammed ah what a property and the perfect host, beautifully explained the tour.
