This is possibly the best Taj property in the city for leisure purposes. Low rise and good rooms. The club room is nice and big and has a garden view. There is a small temple within the premises, the garden is spread over large area However, the food at the restaurants is not catering to Indian taste. much like most 5 stars. Some basic service issues encountered during the airport pickup. Some basic courtesy issues as well. However the general manager promptly tried to make things right . Liked the gesture, but what's done is done . Finally, they claim to have the oldest pist box in Bangalore. We took post- cards and mailed them using the same post box, however. They haven't reached our home, even after an year....

Taj west end is a beautiful peaceful property where everyone will love I had a best service in restaurant specially thanks to Mr Prakash babu he is very kind and gem he is righted person , he is just so good at service nice to have this kind of service we feel so great thank u so much Mr Prakash babu u are the best at service evevey one will definitely likes and keep u remember Food was very good and really yummy Palak dal and pizza chicken all very nice food I had I really liked dessert eveveything was so good

Good experience with a variety of delicious breakfast items. Excellent service by Prakash Babu and Mohan. Surreal mornings with live music. Rooms are well equipped with good quality essentials. A must visit hotel for a relaxing vacation.

Great service by and Mohan and rest of the team at breakfast buffet. They took care of the guests and ensured good service. Happy with our stay here at Taj. Great location. Rooms are well equipped. They opened the gym at 5am upon my request. Very accommodating and kind.
