Best in Banglore !
I stayed at the Taj West End Banglore for 2 nights and had the most amazing experience. This trip was part of a State Visit to India where our Head of State stayed in the same Hotel. The Hotel was totally full. Despite it being full, I must commend the team members for just being totally amazing. Kudos to Lakxita of the front desk! From the time I booked the hotel she took excellent care of me. She was kind enough to coordinate the receipt of urgent packages for me prior to my arrival and have them ready in my room when I got there. Throughout my stay she was just super amazing taking care of every detail. She is the epitome of great customer care and hospitality. Deepest gratitude to her. Mohamed of the Concierge was another amazing guy who took care of all the stuff I needed packed with precision. He also made sure the car I booked was ready when I needed it. Amazing! The servers at the restaurant were also way above all expectations. Their Vietnamese restaurant was the best I have ever had! Kudos to their GM Taronish, who with his team provided both our government and business delegation an amazing experience. Not only did they represent the Taj group but also India as one of the world’s most hospitable destinations! He found ways to get things done and done well at that! Thank you All! Will surely be back !

Good service and great food. Prakesh babu took extra care to make the experience better. Enjoyed the brunch overall. The location & ambience is also great.

Brunch at Taj Westend
Good spread. Taj level hospitality. Prakash waited on us and he was very cordial. Will recommend this laid back brunch - it starts at 12.30 though.

A short but delightful stay
I checked in late at night and had a smooth quick check in.. when I walked into my room I was delighted to see a hot foot soak and wonderful flowers . I ate breakfast on the lawns and it was peaceful . The waiters remembered my order and I got a perfect Dosa . My check out was quick with my car waiting for me . My baggage had already been placed in the car saving me some valuable time . I would recommend the hotel for a business stay.. an oasis of calm in the bustling city.

Prakash Babu has been amazing! His service has been outstanding. The food was great! The dosas were made as expected. We will visit here again.
