A memorable stay in a beautiful heritage property with exceptional hospitality and warm staff.
I recently stayed at Taj West End from 14–16 July and, overall, had a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, with its heritage charm, lush greenery, and peaceful atmosphere making it a true oasis in the middle of Bengaluru. What stood out most was the hospitality. Every member of the team I interacted with was warm, courteous, and genuinely eager to help. A special thank you to Mohammed, who conducted the heritage tour. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made the experience both enjoyable and memorable. I regret that I can’t remember everyone’s names, but my sincere thanks go to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return. Excellent property
Property is excellent, the heritage walk was excellent, Mohammed gave a very good walk all around the property, if ur Bangalorean u shud stay here for 1 day
