The Taj West End

I had a wonderful stay at the Taj West End Hotel. This is a very nice hotel with a charming ambiance that blends luxury and heritage seamlessly. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious spread with a wide variety of options to suit every palate. My room was spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat. The staff were exceptionally attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. I highly recommend the Taj West End for anyone seeking a delightful stay with top-notch service.

Satisfying stay. The Heritage Room , was just what my pet and I needed for a staycation. The lush greenery made the stay all the more soothing. The staff were kind with my pet. Special thanks to Miss KC who eased us through the check in process at our room, helped us get warm quickly as we had traveled in the rain.Also the security lady at the baggage counter. To get a taste of lush greenery and clean air like the Mountains in the heart of traffic ridden streets of Bangalore head to Taj west End . You shan’t regret it! With the exception of just a handful of staff, we found the hotel staff extremely cold and unfriendly. This is not the Taj that I know. I’ve visited quite a number of Taj hotels but Taj West End doesn’t represent the best or Taj. The staff members who I would like to sing high praise for are the following: Kumar (extra special shout out who consistently and regularly goes out of the way for us - than you, you are a superstar!!), Karan Shetty (lovely meeting him on this trip - I think he is just terrific), Neila (shining star of this hotel - she is more than just “sweet” - she exceeds in providing services and is a total professional - I’d like to see her move up the promotion ladder since she deserves it more than most at Taj West End), Chef Nihal, Chef Rukesh, Abhishek and Atul. Without the aforementioned individuals, our stay at Taj West End would’ve fallen in the negatives, which is such a shame for such a gorgeous property. Taj West End should, and can, do better than this.
