The Taj West End

Had a lovely one-night stay at Taj West End. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing despite being right in the heart of the city. A special mention to Venkatesh Sarvanan and Naveen, who were extremely warm, accommodating, and helpful throughout the stay. Their hospitality and attention to detail really stood out and made the experience even more comfortable. The location is excellent, and the greenery and calm ambience make it feel like a little escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. Overall, a very pleasant stay with genuinely warm hospitality. Would definitely be happy to return.

We are regulars at Taj West End and we keep coming back for their excellent service. We ate breakfast at Machan today and were served by the incredible Saravanan and Naveen! Saravanan welcomed us so warmly, and Naveen served us amazing filter coffee. The ambience is beautiful with greenery all around accompanied by the sweet sound of birds and live classical instruments from the lobby. The pancakes and a cheese omelette from their live counter is a must. Their hot chocolate is one of the best I have had. They also have an adorable cat, who is due to have kittens soon!

Beautiful environment, sooo green. We had a delightful breakfast. Not only was the spread delicious (especially the pancakes and sausages), but the service was exceptional. We felt very welcomed and were served very well by Naveen and Saravanan. They were proactive, saw to every need, and had very good recommendations for food. We will be back, especially for the service.

Super 👌 experience at the heart of city

The entire experience was amazing, all staff members were very warm and friendly (as we’ve been here quite a few times, they now recognise us and treat us very well). I want to mention the staff members who consistently make the stay here amazing.
