Very sad looking hotel. In need of a major renovation revamp. The room needed a lick of paint. But the worst, the toilet seat was broken! The towels were threadbare. I think you might get fluffier towels in prison! Around the lagoon was fine. But again felt sort of neglected. NOT a five star experience as promised

Wonderful place to relax, rejuvenate and come back to your desired state of mind and body. You’ll be surrounded by lush, vegetation, and flowers. If you are a bird lover, many birds to watch. If you’d like to fish, bring a fishing rod. Spa services are excellent. Great place for couples and families. The pool was absolutely refreshing.

Stunning magical hotel resort in the heart of Kerala
A magical complex. Semi detached villas which look out onto an internal lake. Birds sweep over the complex, two semi circle paths allow easy access to villas via a buggy track - linked by a footbridge (with no lift). The rooms are a little basic in decor and I’m sure that will be upgraded soon paint, electric and cleanliness wise. Still privacy at the top of priority there is a secret doorway from the shower to an outside courtyard to another shower. Really a beautiful resort with fantastic team running all aspects of the departments.

Sanchita was just beautiful. She decorated the room for my friends birthday. Beautiful welcoming resort. The location and peacefulness is perfect t and jys what we needed
